“Bowser was given wonderful care for a long day at Jordan's. Bowser can be a bit reactive, but Jordan assured that she had dealt with such and her manner when I dropped him off kept him relaxed. Apparently he complained for a bit and then settled right in, getting to know a small dog and cat. I was camping at the dunes and was able to spend a day in Chicago riding the South shore in from a station not far from Jordan's. I will definitely be doing this again it went so well!”

About: We have always had pets (Mostly Dogs) growing up and have never met a dog or cat that didn't like us. We are the type of people that animals (Fur Babies) just feel at ease with. From the smallest of toy and lap dogs to the much larger Great Danes and Mastiffs. We will always get along, even the dog that nobody can handle and scares them. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and love all breeds. We truly don’t deserve them. My soul dog, Abo, passed away 1.5 years ago and I have been watching and walking dogs for extra money ever since. About: Got a cavalier when kids left 20 years ago and have been in love with and taken care of pups for family and friends ever since! I work part time as a sub at a local school lunchroom. I have lots of available hours to spend with your pets. My schedule is consistent usually, but fairly open. In the past, I was walking dogs. Not sure if I am going to start doing that or not. I have a fenced in yard and 4 dogs to keep your dog company. We can play in the yard or hang out in the house. I have lots of toys and balls.

About: Dogs have always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Currently, I care for two of my own—Sparky, my sweet 13-year-old Bichon Frise, and Shelby, my playful 1-year-old Miniature Goldendoodle. Having both a senior dog and a young, energetic pup has given me a wide range of hands-on experience, from managing health needs and gentle senior care to keeping up with puppy energy, training, and teething phases. In the past, I also cared for an American Pitbull Terrier for 5 years, and over the years I’ve looked after many dogs for friends, neighbors, and family members. Every dog is unique, and I truly enjoy getting to know each one’s personality and quirks. I’m usually available Monday through Friday, which means I have plenty of time throughout the day to walk, play with, and care for your pup. Today, I share my life with two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers who are truly my fur babies. I’m a mom to two teenage daughters and a small business owner in Chesterton. I worked as kennel staff at an animal hospital for over a year before I moved to Nevada, and then I worked at both and animal hospital and a grooming salon during the two years I lived there! I grew up with dogs, and have had cats all of my adult life. I’ve yet to meet a pet that I have not loved with my whole heart. As a dog sitter, I like to keep the environment as close to normal for your dog as possible.. this means I will be happy to go on any dog walking routes around your neighborhood you usually take, and stick to typical feeding times as well.
About: Hi there! My name is Andrea and I'm looking forward to helping provide support for your fur-friend. I enjoy walking dogs and cat sitting. I have been dog walking for a few years and grew up with several cats. I enjoy talking dogs on walks so that we both (the dog and I) can get some much needed fresh air! In summertime, I make sure to go on early walks with the dogs so that the heat doesn't affect them as much. I do dog walks and house sits/visits for all pets and have references by request. I am responsible and value communication so that we can both have a great time using Rover. I’m looking forward to helping make your life easier!
