About: I’ve been around cats my whole life. Whether they were my own cats or just neighborhood cats, I’ve always been the one feeding them, taking care of them, and somehow becoming their favorite person. Everywhere I’ve lived, including where I live now, there always seem to be outdoor cats that I end up looking after. It’s like they just know I’m a cat person. I had my own cat for 15 years, and losing her recently was really hard. Right now, I don’t have a cat of my own, so getting the chance to spend time with and care for someone else’s cat would honestly mean a lot to me. I really miss that daily connection and all the little things that come with having a cat around.

I keep leashes and harnesses ready by the door so dogs are always secured before any potty breaks or walk. If a dog wants to just sunbathe outside, I also have a stake and tie out, so no fence, no problem! To help prevent accidents, stairs and basement access are blocked off at all times, and rooms remain closed. All interactions between dogs will be supervised and there will never be any forced introductions. If a dog needs time to decompress or prefers their own space, I have multiple safe options available, including an end-table crate in the main living area so they can remain close by while I relax, a standard metal crate, and a dedicated quiet room for dogs that may become overwhelmed or simply need a break.

I have cared for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, turtles, horses, chickens, llamas, and a hedgehog. If owner was okay with it I took the dog to work with me or to a park to walk. I currently work part-time at a park on Thursdays and Fridays and/or when someone needs coverage. I also attend church on Sundays. Otherwise I am available all days. I treat the animals as if they were my own. Play with them inside and outside when weather permits. I enjoy cuddling with them and enjoying their company.

My true availability (I’m unable to modify the calendar to reflect this) is Monday & Tues available all day/night, Wednesday & Thursday between 7:45am to 4pm, Fridays before 2:30pm, and Saturday & Sundays I’m generally unavailable but open to requests on a weekly basis (especially if we have an established relationship). I am flexible & will do what you think is best for your dog. I am used to staying calm under pressure & providing a reassuring presence for your dog. I’m especially good for dogs which need a physical outlet seeing as I lead an active lifestyle with lots of running, walking, bike riding, hiking, etc.

About: Both my wife and I have had pets since we were little. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and love spending time with them all. I work from home Monday-Friday, and my wife works from home only 3 days a week, allowing a lot of flexibility for potty breaks and play time. We are also home most of the time on weekends. I am able to dog sit during the week, over the weekend, and overnight as well. We have a fenced in yard to keep the dogs safe. We also live in an area that is great for walks multiple times a day.

I treat every pet like my own, communicate consistently with pet parents, and make sure you always feel confident while you’re away. I currently have full availability and a very flexible schedule. I’m focusing on pet sitting full-time as I get back on my feet. I can easily adjust to your schedule, provide extra care, and be available for last-minute bookings or extended stays. When caring for pets in their own home, I do everything I can to keep them comfortable, safe, and relaxed in their familiar space. I follow your routine closely so your pet’s day stays as normal as possible while you’re away.
