About: I’m a hairstylist so I’m about to work my schedule around your pets needs. I’m will you stay at your home or drop in when needed. I’ve also taken pets to the groomers and to the vet when needed. I’ve also been trained in giving insulin shots to small dogs. Most of the time part time. I do have a full time job as a hairstylist. My usual schedule Tuesdays-Thursdays I’m at work from 10am-6pm but can be changed if I’m given time in advance before. Fridays and Saturdays I work 9am-3pm. I’m off work Sundays and Mondays so I can be full time those days I do not bring dogs to my home. But I’m willing to do cleaning and extra tasks around the house. If a dog wants to just sunbathe outside, I also have a stake and tie out, so no fence, no problem! To help prevent accidents, stairs and basement access are blocked off at all times, and rooms remain closed. All interactions between dogs will be supervised and there will never be any forced introductions. If a dog needs time to decompress or prefers their own space, I have multiple safe options available, including an end-table crate in the main living area so they can remain close by while I relax, a standard metal crate, and a dedicated quiet room for dogs that may become overwhelmed or simply need a break.

It's completely normal for your pet to feel restless during the first couple of days and evenings. This behavior can vary based on each pet's background, and I understand that it is to be expected. I will do my best to give your pet the time they need to adjust to me at their own pace, while providing plenty of love, comfort, and patience.
About: On top of taking care of my own 4 doggos and 2 cats growing up, I've pet sat for several friends, family, and neighbors for many years. I've taken care of many different breeds, sizes, and ages of dogs over the years and I love taking care of animals. Let's get into contact and get you the best pet care! I'm a part time worker, so my schedule fluctuates and can accommodate even the weirder times you need your pet cared for. I have mornings, afternoon's, and evenings available depending on the day. Since most of my services typically take me to your home, I can ensure I'll take all the precautions you desire. I've handled the dogs that like to try running away and those that need crates.

She sent updates and pictures every day so I could feel confident he was relaxed and happy. He even made friends with the people in her neighborhood! He’s a social butterfly and she knew I was okay with him saying hello. “I was so nervous to find a caregiver for our Zoey. The reason is Zoey is a 3 year old epileptic boxer. Even though her seizures are controlled I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone to keep her overnight and be responsible for her medication. Then I found Jennifer on Rover. I set up a meet and greet and I just knew Jennifer was ready for the challenge. We set up an overnight stay while my husband and I had to be out of town. Jennifer sent so many pictures and updates. It was wonderful!! Zoey was in great hands and received amazing care. We are so thankful for her love of animals and for the more “needy” animals. Jennifer was a rockstar!!”
