We were gone for 13 days and had Heather do a drop in for 11 days. Farah requires eye cleaning just about every day and is super picky about how clean her litter box is. About: I had many cats throughout my childhood and have a sweet cat currently. I have friends and neighbors who have cats and I make drop in visits for feeding and cleaning litter boxes and stay for a bit to play and hang out with them. I can stay at houses when needed to care for the cats.

About: I have experience caring for dogs at all stages of life, from puppies to senior and those with special needs. I previously had a small blind incontinent senior terrier who has since gone over the rainbow bridge, so I understand the extra patience and attention required to make them feel comfortable. I have also raised and house-trained two puppies into adulthood, who are still with my family today! One of them is a unique mix of Belgian Malinois, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Alaskan Malamute, and Rottweiler (Try saying that five times fast!). We had his DNA tested, so we can now confidently confirm his impressive mutt status. His high energy and intelligence required consistent training and socialization. After raising him, it's safe to say that I'm comfortable with puppy routines, basic obedience training, and how to handle a wide range of temperaments and needs. What sets me apart is that I take the time to understand each dog's routine, personality and comfort level so they receive the best care that fits their individual needs. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an active adult, or a gentle senior, I will provide the best and reliable care while you are away. I am currently homebound so your fur baby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby so having a temporary walking companion would be great therapy! In my home, your dog will be family. I follow each dog's routine, including feedings times/medications, and any special care instructions provided by the owner. I keep leashes and harnesses ready by the door so dogs are always secured before any potty breaks or walk. If a dog wants to just sunbathe outside, I also have a stake and tie out, so no fence, no problem! To help prevent accidents, stairs and basement access are blocked off at all times, and rooms remain closed. All interactions between dogs will be supervised and there will never be any forced introductions. If a dog needs time to decompress or prefers their own space, I have multiple safe options available, including an end-table crate in the main living area so they can remain close by while I relax, a standard metal crate, and a dedicated quiet room for dogs that may become overwhelmed or simply need a break.
About: Our family has taken care of friends’ dogs and cats for four years or more. We are now offering our pet services to more ‘07 neighbors. During summers we are available at all waking hours of any days we’re not on a family vacation. During the school year we lose family pet minders during the school day but are available after school and on weekends. Cassandra made Banjo feel at home and kept him in a normal, relaxed environment and routine.”
