About: I have loved caring for my animals since my youth. As a child, I cared for my neighbors’ pets when my neighbors were away from home. In more recent years, caring for the adorable pets of my friends and family has been the highlight of my days. Some pet sitting highlights include ball play, swimming in the puppy pool, cuddles, long country walks, and suburban strolls. While our dog loves other dogs, it would be important that your pet is not aggressive. I have zero concerns that our dog would ever be aggressive. We do not feed our dog anything other than two meals per day, as he is on a strict diet. Water is always out. We would follow all food directions you provide for your pet. About: Neighbors, friends, and family members have relied on me to take care of their pets every since I can remember, my most unique pet being a pot belly pig. I have trained 3 puppies and taken care of a senior dog over the last three years. I work from home four days a week and the one day that I go in to the office is only for four hours. While I am home your pet will be left out with me and if they need crated while I am gone I have one that can be provided. They have full access to the home, including the couch and bed. I live in a condo with a small yard. I have a 2 year old treeing walker coonhound for them to socialize with. We go on frequent walks in the neighborhood to stretch our legs and to the park.

I have an 8 year old son and 6 year old son who love to help me and LOVE to see their baby (our dog rocky) make new friends. My downstairs is open to any dog staying in my home and full access to my large privacy fenced in backyard. I am also very close to the b&o walking trail that animals love to go to. My dog rocky loves to share his toys and will play tug of war with dogs of any size. I work full time, i am gone early morning 7-8am and back around 6pm. My wife is at home and they’ll never be alone. I have a pretty big house, upstairs and downstair, dog gates and a large doggy door(my 100lb dog fits through it) to my big privacy fenced in backyard. I have a small pool for my dog on hot days and a screened in porch for them to be in the shade if they want to be outside but not in the sun.

About: I have cared for and lived with several dogs throughout my life. We have a female black lab named Vanta. There is someone home at nearly all times of the day, so your dogs will have free roam of the house and can go in and out of the fenced in back yard as they please! We also have an 8 year old son that loves to help! I am a preschool teacher, so I am able to do afternoon and evening visits during the week and anytime on the weekend and during school breaks. I work normal school hours, but there is another adult home at almost all times of the day. We have a fenced in yard and a doggy door into the backyard. We have a black lab and a 8 year old son, so there is plenty of opportunities for your dog to have play time and burn some energy if needed or get snuggles if they prefer that!

I am training for an Ironman triathlon as well, so if your dog likes to go on runs (or look like they need to start😉), look no further as I’d love to have a buddy join me. I am generally unavailable on Mondays and Tuesdays, as I have my OMM and clinical anatomy labs on those days. I have lecture Monday-Friday from 8 AM-noon, but after that I would be happy to stop by for your pet! Weekends are completely open for me, however there may be weekends I need to study a lot more than others, so as long as we work out a relative plan in advance there shouldn’t be a problem. I would be glad to let your dog(s) out to use the restroom, play, go for walks/runs, and anything else they may need while you’re away for an extended period of time. Just let me know what their usual schedule is and how you’ve trained them so I know what to expect.

I have experience with diabetic cats and know how to administer an injection of insulin. I have learned and know a lot about cats now since having my first cat. About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was old enough to stay home alone as a young teen! Growing up, we always had two or three dogs in the house, along with the occasional indoor and outdoor cat. I also grew up around horses and have experience caring for a variety of animals, including some other farm animals. Honestly, chickens scare me the most, but I am up for the challenge! If you’re looking for care beyond dogs and cats, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss your needs! I also work from home a few days each week, which allows me to give pets extra attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. I currently work full time, but I work from home on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, which allows me to spend extra time with your pet throughout the day. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I’m available before and after work, meaning your pet would typically only be alone for about eight hours during the workday. I’m also available most weekends and can provide frequent potty breaks and check-ins throughout the day. At this time, I’m only offering care in clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I do my best to make pets feel safe, cared for, and loved while their owners are away by sticking closely to their normal schedule for feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and cuddles. I understand every pet has a different personality and comfort level, so I adjust my care based on their needs and energy level. I also make sure owners stay updated with regular photos and messages for peace of mind while they’re away.
About: I have had many dogs since I was a kid. As an adult, I have had 5 dogs over the years. They have always been adopted from a shelter or rescue group, plus one dog from an elderly friend. I have adopted 2 puppies and the others were several years old when they were adopted. I love their companionship. I walk our current dog as many days/week as possible. She is my travel buddy! I have crate-trained the puppies and provided as much love and care as possible for our senior dogs, including providing medication. My animals are my children and are very spoiled! I'm currently unemployed so available pretty much any time to care for animals. Once I find a full-time job, my schedule may change a bit but if my job is remote then I would have a lot of flexibility to care for the animals. I have a fairly large fenced yard for running and playing. Trees for observing the squirrels! There are 2 outside cats that do not really mind other dogs. My dog has done very well with other dogs as long as they are not aggressive or too big. I also live in a nice neighborhood where dogs can be walked, including a nice, wooded area with a great trail for walking. I also live close to Eagle Creek park where dogs could be walked.

I have passed on my love for animals to my 15-year-old daughter, Piper. She started sitting for neighboring pets three years ago. Working from home allows me nearly constant access to care for your dog's every need during their stay with us. Also, my schedule flexibility is perfect for midday drop-in visits and walks as needed. Piper also has availability during evenings and weekends to provide extra snuggles and play time with your furry family members. Our backyard fence is a 4' aluminum fence with custom picket spacing of 2.25" which is perfect for accommodating smaller dogs and puppies. We also have a variety of crates available if your pup prefers their own safe space. We own two small dogs (Yorkie mix and a Maltese) that are very accustomed to strange dogs (fosters and occasional overnight guests) coming through our home. And Piper, who has her own neighborhood pet/house/child sitting service, is usually available to give your fur baby extra snuggles and attention as well.
