I always loved helping my parents and grandma with our many pets while growing up, but it wasn’t until I graduated high school that I decided to start expanding to pet-sitting for my friends as well! I was always happy to spend time with and gain knowledge from their furry friends. Two years after high school, I adopted a sweet husky puppy. He was just 8 weeks old when I took him home and I quickly realized raising a puppy is A LOT of work (but worth it!!). After a long journey of trial and error and 4 training classes together, he’s the best friend I could ask for. Three years later my dad rescued 3 more husky puppies, who I also helped raise! They have definitely taught me patience, how to deal with a semi-reactive dogs, and has made me confident in my ability to care for large breeds. I’ve looked after a variety of breeds, big and small, timid and reactive. I’m experienced in handling high energy dogs, young puppies who are still learning, and older dogs who need extra care and patience. I’ve also looked after cats, including those that needed help with medications and asthma treatment. Whether your pets like to walk and play or just need someone to hangout with while you’re gone, I can do it all. I will care for your beloved pets in your home and follow all your wants and needs! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m currently available any time Wednesday-Friday and on most Saturdays. I like to know all the details about your pets every day life so I can help keep their routines as normal as possible. Whether that includes certain times for feeding, walking, medications, etc. I also like to know if they are reactive, timid, or have any other quirks you want me to know about!

About: I'm an Veterinary Emergency Assistant. I've been working in veterinary emergency medicine for over 2 years. I was also a veterinary assistant at a regular veterinary hospital with on top of that I was a boarding facility manager. With all my experience and knowledge I can handle a wide variety of pets/species. Not only that but also taking care of as such as new born puppies to senior dogs with special needs. Also, willing to take care of multiple pets in a home the more the better. Also ,currently in veterinary technician online to advance my education. I have a full time job outside of working for rover as a pet sitter/ dog walker. Although, by planning pet sitting services and dog walk services in advance I can work on giving high advanced services and meet with clients needs. Unfortunately, I can't provide pet sitting in my home. Although, for my clients I can take care of multiple pets at one time. Use my advance veterinary experience to care for your pets.
