I eventually started volunteering at shelters which lead to working at shelters, rescues, and animal hospitals/ clinics. I can train dogs in basic skills such as “sit” or “paw.” I currently take care of my senior dog and young pup. About: I’ve been dog watching for about 4 years now. I started in college and began to enjoy it. I have had 4 dogs at once before and I loved it! Whatever you prefer for your fur baby will be done! If they need to be walked 6 times a day, we will do it! Love will be given to any animal in my care! I have a fenced backyard for them to play around in and there is also a trail nearby to walk if that’s better! Every need will be met

With years of hands-on experience in rescue, fostering, and caring for dogs from seniors to pups, I can provide attentive, personalized care for your dog. Your dog will love peaceful afternoons filled with energetic runs or watching the backyard koi pond. Inside, a toy basket overflows and is ready for game time. If your pup craves high-energy playtime or gentle pampering, they will be treated like family every moment! I am retired, and I love to take care of dogs! The dog can cuddle with me on the couch or sleep on one of the many available beds. I have a large house and yard and stay at home during the day. My Irish Setter also provides companionship. We have plenty of room for your pup to run and play.

Because of that, we were a little nervous about having them stay somewhere else, but Emily was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly patient, loving, and kind with both of our dogs—especially our Labrador, who has become quite the homebody in his older years and needed a little extra time to adjust to being away from home. Emily handled it with so much patience and care, and we could tell she genuinely wanted him to feel comfortable and secure. When we picked them up, they were excited to see us but were clearly happy, comfortable, and well looked after. It’s obvious that Emily genuinely cares about the animals she watches and treats them like her own.
