I have started my home based doggy daycare, and I will care for your four legged baby to fill my past time with something I love and provide them with my undivided attention. About: I grew up in a household of large dogs, I am very good at reading body language, and I have an incredible amount of free time to dedicate to any extra needs! I am currently available everyday and any drop off hour works for me. I wake up with the sun so morning walks will be a breeze as I also live down the street from a park and down the road from a forest preserve. I live in a 6-bedroom house, occupied by two adults, backyard is not closed in, but there are many nearby parks available for playtime. 3 pets, 2 bearded dragons enclosed in a separated terrarium which is located upstairs, and a 7 month old cane corso. I live in a secure apartment building with controlled access and a safe environment. There are several nearby parks and walking areas where your pet can enjoy regular exercise, enrichment, and outdoor time. I typically accept only one pet (or pets from the same family) at a time. I do not board pets from different households together, which helps prevent conflicts, anxiety, and unnecessary stress. This allows me to give each pet my full attention and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and at home during their stay.

About: I was the neighborhood baby/dog sitter for most of my teens and even now I do the occasional dog sitting for a week or so for family friends. I have taken care of dogs ranging from Chihuahuas to Great Danes. I recently started fostering kittens and have a newfound love for those little guys too! I’ve owned bunnies and hamsters, watched a snake, taken care of a bird. You name it I’m sure I’ve had some sort of experience with it! I’d be so happy to take care of your critter too <3 I work from home! Rest assured your little buddy will get lots of attention in my care. If they have a more strict letting out schedule that’s absolutely no problem! I have a small mix dog, with two friendly cats. I work from home and can spend more time than the average person with your pet. I have a non fenced in yard, but am happy to take out on walks or on their leash in my yard.

“I will 1000% use Meaghan again. She accepted my dog into her home and treated her like she was part of the family. From family outings, to walks, to hanging out with her and her children, my dog was always included. I love that she sends morning updates with pictures. Being able to see that she is calm and comfortable with Meaghan and her family is very reassuring. My dog is very anxious, especially when we go out of town, and tends not to eat when we are gone. Meaghan was consistent and patient with her and finally was able to get her to eat on the 2nd or 3rd day.”

“It was the first time using this site. I have never left Izzy with anyone before, but I was going away for a long weekend. I was so nervous to leave her and she cried when I dropped her off, but I knew she’d get over it because there were other dogs there and she loves to play. Desiree was awesome. Send pictures every day and videos which made me feel ease on my vacation. I would definitely recommend her. She has a wonderful set up and is wonderful with the dogs that she cares for. I will be calling her again when I go away.”
