About: Hi I’m Christina! I’ve been a vet tech for 20 years and currently still working in a clinic and I pet sit all the time for friends, family and church fam! About: I’ve cared for a variety of dogs and cats — for friends, family, and many clients through Rover — over the past decade. I am a physician research fellow completing a research fellowship at WashU, where I primarily work from home with a flexible schedule. I only need to be away one afternoon each week for clinic, so your pet will receive plenty of care and companionship. About: I had my own personal dogs for over 20 years in total but do not currently have any pets. As my schedule allows, I help out with short-term fostering for a rescue that I adopted two of my dogs from. All 3 of my dogs ended up with health issues in their old age so I have plenty of experience giving medications, feeding special diets, assisting with mobility issues, etc. Because my boy was dog reactive, I became a master at 'crate/gate/separate' when fostering while he was alive. However, I intend to only sit animals that are from the same home at one time so the animals do not face any restrictions needing to avoid animals they do not live with. I work from home (day job) so I will be around most of the time during the care dates with the exception of any planned events outside of the home (which likely would not be more than a few hours at a time). I have a fenced yard (4 feet) for quick potty breaks (I do not leave dogs unattended in my yard). For walks, I can use a double leash/collar if needed for extra security. I do have a shared fence line with a neighbor dog that is reactive so, when needed, I run a line of chicken wire to keep dogs in my yard from being able to reach that fence. The neighbor’s dog is my primary reason for marking ‘no’ to un-spayed/neutered. I don’t leave any dogs I watch unattended in my back yard but he’s a Cane Corso that’s not neutered and my fence is only 4ft tall so I figured better safe than sorry.

About: I’ve had a dog since I was 9 years old. I’ve been taking care of them ever since! I have been watching other dogs since I was a teenager. I’ve pet sat a good variety of dogs, from border collies to labs and teeny little Pomeranian mixes! I DO NOT DO SLEEPOVERS I have a good deal of availability during the summer, so my schedule is very flexible! I teach private lessons on Monday and Friday afternoons for a couple hours, otherwise my other jobs provide me a good deal of flexibility, so that I can pet set as much as possible! I do NOT do overnights! At my home our dogs have an electric fence, and have been properly trained not to cross the invisible line. I have also lived in areas where dogs are fenced in, and even with neither type of fence and just a long chain attached to the ground. My goal is to make both pets and owners feel completely at ease and confident in the care they’re receiving. I am currently home from college for the summer, I am available at almost any time! I do not typically work after 10 PM but can work something out if needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of attention, exercise, and playtime, and feel safe while their owners are away. I also understand that being in their own home helps many pets feel more relaxed and secure. I’m respectful of each client’s home and follow all care instructions carefully, including walks, medications, crate routines, bedtime routines, or any special needs. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel reassured knowing their pets are happy and well cared for.
About: I’ve grown up around rescued misunderstood breeds so I know how important quality care for your pet‘s personality can be. I’ve been taking care of family and friends pets since I was 12, as well as volunteered at local shelters. I currently work full time, M-F but love animals and have decided to pick it up on the side. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats at home that I spend most of my free time loving on. I have my own 3 year old cocker spaniel that I rescued 4 year ago who super laidback and well trained. I also have a 3 year old doodle mix who is higher energy but loves to snuggle as well. I have a very large crate that would be comfortable for nearly any breed if needed, as long as multiple small ones for daytime naps, etc.
About: Hi my name is Diane, and I have been caring for dogs, cats, fish and birds most of my life. I will care for your precious babies just like my own. They will receive professional care, love, attention and affection. This is my full time job, if you can call it that. It's a blessing. I have a nice yard and field for walks, and a large covered deck for outside play time in severe weather. I only take one family's pets at a time. So, your babies will get plenty of quality attention and companionship. My home is pet friendly and all safety precautions have been implemented. Your companions will be kept separate from my own for the safety of both parties. I am also comfortable and experienced taking care of special needs pets that might require medications to be administered or other accommodations. I now have a bedroom designated for cats. It has a king size bed and lots of windows for bird watching. I only book one family's cat or cats at a time. I have excellent reviews and references. Thank you for your consideration. About: I have worked with dogs for several years in various settings. I have previous experience working in a veterinarian office, dog day care, dog walking/pet sitting, and have taken care of dogs in advanced training to become service dogs. Animals hold a very special place in my heart and I enjoy working with them and providing companionship and the highest quality of care! I work a non-traditional part-time job with varying hours throughout the week. I can care for your pets before and after my scheduled work times. I will do whatever the client would like rather that is playing with their dog(s) in their yard outside or taking your dog(s) for a walk.
About: I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life, and I absolutely love them! I have experience with puppies all the way to senior dogs, and I can easily adapt to special instructions if need be. I am a college student currently on summer break, so I have LOTS of free time during days of the week and weekends to take care of your dog or cat! I do not offer pet services in my own home, but I can stop by your home to feed them, crate them if needed, play with them, walk them, etc.

About: Hi I’m Christina! I’ve been a vet tech for 20 years and currently still working in a clinic and I pet sit all the time for friends, family and church fam! I’ve decided to move on up and join rover to expand my love and care for animals. I’m trained in dog/cat handing, emergency, body language and administering medication. I just love what I do! Tour anytime! I’m allowed to bring my animals to work and they absolutely love it! Always hands on. My yard is very large and it works great for running and playtime. My neighbor dogs are so sweet! My pets are crate trained. I also have other large crates and the space! Free range is ok with me! I carry potty pads and diapers for male dogs just in case. I have a little senior Yorkie who needs them too.

You can tell immediately that they are just genuine people and they really care about the animals and are very passionate about what they do. They provided an amazing place for Nova to stay the weekend and I was able to relax and enjoy my little weekend trip knowing that Novs was in the best care. They do special little activities with them and I could just go on and on. I hope that they are available next time I need a sitter for Nova because they provide exceptional service. They sent her home with the most amazing picture of her and a hand written note that was very touching. I would recommend them to everyone.”
