About: I have raised and cared for dogs and cats my entire life, all sizes and ages, several with serious medical needs. As a child, my family bred and raised Irish Setters and kept any pup that was not 100% healthy for adoption. Therefore I have experience with all aspects of pet care and I have raised my kids to do the same. We are Tara (49yr), Jaden (15yr) and Alia (12yr) and have been dog sitting for friends and family for years and really enjoy hosting pups to play with and pamper on the weekends since unfortunately we are not home enough during the week to provide adequate care and attention to a full time pup. Our three kitties are very accustomed to dogs but we have plenty of room to separate them if they overstimulate your doggy. Our three level home, plus large back yard, will give your pup plenty of room to play inside and out! We typically run and play in the backyard during potty breaks and go out for several walks a day. The yard is only 90% fenced so I have several 50ft leashes around the yard to provide the illusion of freedom while maintaining safety. If your pup is high energy, they can also play with the neighbor’s dogs or we can take a trip to the dog park so they can socialize and run with other pups. I assure you they will get lots of cuddles and attention and I will send photos and vids of your pup to you throughout their stay! I am available for boarding in my home on the weekends, beginning Friday evening through Monday morning. I can also board at your home from Saturday morning through Sunday evening. I will treat your pet like a member of the family! If they get muddy in the backyard I have no problem giving them a bath and brushing them. They are welcome on the furniture and will not be left alone while they are in my care.

Will never leave them out of my sight. I can care for any dog after 5pm to 11pm Monday through Friday and if I am open to the weekend as well, I will gladly be able to have service open for Saturday and Sunday. “Our daycare we normally go to had a bordatella outbreak so we couldn’t use them for the weekend we were celebrating our anniversary. We’re so glad we found Ruben! He was very quick to reply and sent plenty of pictures — which we love. Our dog also requires taking medicine which he was able to do with ease and texted a confirmation with us when he gave it to our dog. He was a great substitute and we’re hoping to have our dog stay with him again soon!”
