About: I've taken care of pets since I was young. I've always had a dog growing up! After moving to Sycamore in 1998, I moved into a farm. We had almost every farm animal, as well as cats. I've had all of my dogs from puppies until the end. Come summer, I am free all the time! I work at the school district! Just weekends are softball. My oldest is on a traveling team! I will follow what is needed to be done with your pet! Treat your pet like my own fur baby. Always lots of love and treats (if that’s okay with the treats lol)

About: Tiger is my personal cat. I have shopped for her food, taken her to the vet, and fulfilled all her needs since I got her. I have her maintenance schedule to fill all her needs, cause no pets are low maintenance, it just means they aren't getting the care they need. Every four months her litter box gets deep clean, the box itself and scoop get washed. The litter box gets scooped twice a week. She also gets brushed twice a week, because not only does she enjoy it, but it reduces hairballs and promotes fur health (and less fur in the house!). I play with her a minimum of once a day, twice is the average though. She gets fed three times a day from wet food, and has a water fountain that gets a monthly deep clean. I do have experience giving her medication in her food along with her probiotic. Occasionally she goes for a leashed walk in the yard for extra stimulation. I have only cared for my own cat, but I am willing to go up and beyond for any cat.

About: Hello! Kim and family here. We have over 30 years of animal care experience. From cats and dogs to lizards and horses. We feel comfortable with a variety of animals. With a background in law enforcement adjacent positions and a TS clearance. Clean background. Bachelors level education in behavioral science and criminal justice and security administration, as well as CPR certifications for humans and animals, and a vet assisting certification/experience! We can administer insulin and give oral medications. We also LOVE elderly animals. We are licensed bonded and insured. And have decades of the world under our feet. Animals are like people to us. We actually prefer them, and function with them better. Living on a five acre hobby farm for over a decade. They are literally our family now that the kids have aged into adults. It’s me and my husband Mike here. My family helps me operate a small pet care business out of Big Rock IL. House Sitting: We treat your home with respect and follow all of your rules. Water plants. Get mail. And stick to pet schedules. Please advise we do this full time. Each sitting is different as each animal and owner ask for different things. If full time care is needed it will be an extended stay rate of 125 for 8am through 8pm hours and 75 for the night. If we can’t come and go. We can’t make money. This is all I do for income and no one can survive off of only 75 or less for the day. Otherwise most sittings look like me making that my center of gravity through any schedule I have for the day. Usually no longer than four to six hours away from the home while out with drops in accrued in a single day. For Boarding: PLEASE READ: This is a home setting; we do not consistently tour our home. I believe the photos on here and reviews do us justice. We send pet parents updates with the surrounding view almost daily to every other day. Having people walk through the house consistently was just too much for out family and the farm animals here. So we do not do this anymore. In the future we may build a kennel/outbuildings addition, and will offer tours of that should the time ever come that we decide to do that. But again, WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOURS OF OUR PERSONAL HOME. There are also other considerations to consider that most residential people do not account for. 1. Liability coverage: my liability coverage covers your animals. Not you. 2. Animal anxiety: it’s a chain. The system I have for doing things allows for animals to be as calm and anxiety free as possible. If you’re on the property. The regulars don’t know you and anxiety fills the entire area. 3. Biosecurity: Don’t take this the wrong way. I don’t know where your shoes have been. 4. Private farm setting: exactly as it states. The lay out past my private acres long drive does not even allow access to my front door without going through two secured gates. It’s not easy access. 5. Safety: I live in the middle of nowhere, and do not need anyone to know the exact lay out of my home. You’re signing up for pet service. I am providing this service. Not giving people access to my home. Thank you for understanding. Please note this is a country setting. Someone is always here if I (Kim) am not. Sometimes photos have issues sending. But they always eventually go through. Service can be patchy because it’s the country. Text updates are reliably daily. I pride myself on building close relationships with my clients. I treat the animals I care for with top priority as my family does this full time and this is our entire income. Our reviews and the animals we care for speak for themselves. If you’re looking for someone to love and care for your animals with truth, trust, and transparency. I reached out pretty last minute with a request that wasn’t exactly simple—she had to pick Ghost up from his training facility (not from me) and coordinate all of that seamlessly. On top of that, she even helped me sort out a small payment detail on Rover to make sure everything reflected correctly, which she absolutely didn’t have to do. She was super responsive, easy to work with, and just handled everything without friction. And the best part—Ghost lit up the second he saw her again after a few months, which tells you everything you need to know. About: I have taken care of many dogs in my neighborhood for years. I had a German Shorthair Pinter I trained. I have had a umber of cats over the years. My dog now is 14 yes.! I am a retired teacher so I have the time to care for your dogs! I am available everyday. I do attend church on Sunday’s for 3 hours. Other wise I’m am home all day. First thing in the morning we are out the door for a walk around the neighborhood. We come the dogs have a fresh clean bowl of water and a treat. My dog eats around 12 o’clock. I feel his bowl up with his favorite dog food from blue buffalo. Second walk of the day is around noon outside around the neighborhood check in with some of the friends dogs and back home. We take a little nap around 2 o’clock and then back out for another walk around five. My dog gets another bowl full of blue buffalo. Sometimes he eats it and sometimes he waits and eats it later in the evening. We go out approximately between nine and 10 o’clock. The last of the day potty breaks. I try to keep the same schedule for the dogs so they know what they have to do when we go outside.

About: I have been raised with a pet by side. When I have born we had two brittany spaniels that have since passed on. In 8th grade, after they passed, we adopted another puppy brittany. A year later, we adopted another, to have our current pair of brittanys. So I have experience raising puppies as well. I play with them outdoors and indoors, brush them, clean up their poop, bath them, feed them, and train them. They also get taken on walks at the local forest preserve for stimulation. I have experience in caring for fish and snakes. Between dogs, I had my cat to keep me company. She is solely my cat, so she got the same attention as the dogs, plus I bought her toys, treats, litter, and food. Outside of my dogs I have pet sit goldens labs, goldendoodles, springer spaniels, and many other breeds. As in my headline, I don't think any animal is low maintenance. That just means the pet isn't getting the care it deserves. I had my cat at my dorm first semester, and I fed her breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I made sure to play with twice a day and we played birds on the tv for stimulation as well. I had a weekly schedule to brush her twice a week, and clean the litter box every Sunday and Wednesday. At home I would alternate playing with my dogs, training, and brushing them whenever possible. I can play indoors and outdoors. I can take the animal for walks. Clean up any potential messes, such as muddy dogs or if a cat has a hairball. I can accompany senior pets that need help eating. I can brush the animal. And feed them, and do basic training.

About: I have been taking care of my Australian shepherd since I was twelve years old. I've been grooming her, walking her, training her, and feeding her since I was a child. Throughout my life I have gotten two more dogs and many more animals that I have loved taking care of. My college classes have all been online so I have had plenty of time to be at home and spend time with my three dogs. At my home I have three dogs. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I’ve got my first one when I was 5 years old. Throughout the years, I’ve gained a ton of experience taking care of all dogs. As an owner of 3 dogs (2 small. 1 large) I’ve definitely have had my fair share of doggy cuddles, play time, walks, and lots love! I’m currently working part-time, so I have a lot of flexibility within my schedule. I am a student, but because my class schedule is very spread out, I have lots of free time to take care of any furry friends! In your home, I will implement any rules you have for your dog. I will also establish to you dog that I am a trustworthy person as I will slowly introduce myself to your dog to make sure they feel safe with my presence!
About: I'm located in Sycamore, IL and am familiar with the surrounding area. I’ve been caring for dogs of all ages and sizes for most of my life, from puppies to senior sweethearts. Whether it’s playtime, long walks, or just plenty of cuddles, I make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and loved. I understand that each dog has their own personality and needs, and I take the time to get to know them so they feel right at home with me. Your dog will be treated like family—with patience, kindness, and lots of belly rubs. On each visit I can spend 30 minutes or a couple of hours, even overnight - whatever your fur baby needs. I'm currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to give your pets the love, care, and attention they so richly deserve. I'm happy to spend a quick 30 minutes, a few hours, or overnight - whatever your fur babies need! Some holidays are available, but do fill up quickly. I will provide your pet with the same care and consideration that you do. I'll make sure they not only have their food, water, and bathroom breaks, but plenty of playtime, walks, and love on the schedule you wish them to have. Keeping their routine as close to normal is my goal while your pets are in my care.
About: I've taken care of pets since I was a teenager. Pets that belonged to my sister to pets that have belonged to my neighbors. I have experience feeding and walking dogs. I'm currently in between jobs at the moment, but that'll change in a little while. So, take advantage while you can. Of course, when I do get a job, I'll still make time to care for your pet! I'm always dependable to feed your pet on time and walk your pet for however long is needed. I also enjoy playing and interacting with your pet.

About: I've taken care of pets since I was young. I've always had a dog growing up! After moving to Sycamore in 1998, I moved into a farm. We had almost every farm animal, as well as cats. I've had all of my dogs from puppies until the end. Come summer, I am free all the time! I work at the school district! Just weekends are softball. My oldest is on a traveling team! About: I have work experience in kennel and farm animal as well! I have been fostering pets since 2015 and am in undergrad for Veterinary Medicine. Pet care is usually always a responsibility 4-5 times a week when I am working. With my free time it can be my responsibility whenever. I provide care by creating a fun experience for the pet(s).
