“I honestly can’t say enough good things about Ruben! We booked him to watch Tsuki for 3 days, and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He accepted our request last minute and was incredibly understanding of my situation. From the beginning, he genuinely wanted to help, which meant so much to me. Ruben was so kind and even offered to show me his place beforehand and clearly explain how everything works while he dog sits. He communicated so well throughout Tsuki’s 3 day stay and consistently gave me updates, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. One moment that really stood out to me was on the 3rd day when I realized I had forgotten to pack Tsuki’s food. I was already feeling stressed and overwhelmed, and Ruben immediately offered to feed her rice and chicken. It may seem like a small thing, but it genuinely meant so much to me in that moment and really showed me how willing he was to help and make sure Tsuki was taken care of. You can genuinely tell that Ruben cares about the dogs he watches. The way he talks about them and the way he gives updates felt so genuine. You can tell that he really takes the time to get to know each dog, pays attention to their needs, and make sure they’re comfortable and happy. It was clear to me that his care for Tsuki wasn’t just because she was staying with him it’s genuinely how he treats the dogs he dog sits for. About: We are the proud owners of an adorable dog (Ace) and are adept with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Everyone in the house (Micah and I) work from home full-time, so the dogs will never be left alone. Ace is always great host and will have a lot of fun with his new furry friend 😊 Ace (a miniature poodle / Bishon mix) can mingle with any visitors but can be separated upon request. He shared a bed with a sweet little dog who was missing a leg. Chachi likes the big yard to roam around; he's older so he does not play but he still likes the opportunity to go free in the fenced in yard. Ian can well accommodate little ones, big ones and handicapped ones all together for a nice time to be had by all. Ian offers food on time and often, sets out clean full water (I know other places that do not set out water the whole day) and he accommodates each individual dog's needs.”

About: Having my own dog, I know first hand that dogs are precious family members who need a lot of love and care and, and each dog had different needs. I have had my own dog for 3 years and previously cared for many of my friends’ and relatives’ dogs. I have training experience having gone through classes with my own dog. I am excited to meet new dogs and make sure they are happy and healthy while in my care! I currently work from home and I can be flexible throughout the day Mon-Thurs , but evenings or early mornings work best for me. I can also be flexible on Fridays and weekends. About: I grew up with cats and have taken care of them my whole life, and I am now a full-time pet sitter! I have lived with dogs and done some care for them as well. I currently have a rabbit, rats, a frog, a gecko, and a jeweled lacerta, so I'm well-versed in pet care and in balancing multiple pets' needs! I am also experienced giving meds to rats, frogs, dogs, and cats, as well as caring for rabbits. I am a former librarian, but now I pet sit full-time, so I have a lot of daytime availability to take care of your pets! I'm very careful to triple-check that I'm following all the instructions I am left. I never want to leave out an instruction, since you know your pets best! I always make sure to give pets as much love as they want, but if your cat is shy, I'll give them their space! Please inform me in advance if anybody will be in the home while I am there.
