“Tanisha was great! She provided daily updates along with pictures. I felt very comfortable leaving my little one with her. I would definitely recommend.”

“Manuel is the best sitter I could have found for my dog. He took such good care of my corgi Kit, and kept me updated the whole time. He looked after his sensitive paws and made sure Kit was entertained. I really appreciate the social time with other dogs that Kit got during his stay. Manuel is very responsive, attentive, kind, and reliable. Thank you so much for looking after my pup for the holidays. Will definitely book with Manuel again the next time I’m out of town.”

“Thank you again Kayla for having my Lady girl for the weekend! Kayla does a great job caring for my pup and keeping me in the loop on how she is doing. I never have to worry about Lady being in good hands.”

“I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. From the moment I met her, she was so warm, kind, and welcoming. She kept me updated the entire time with pictures and messages which gave me so much peace of mind while Prince was with her. She went above and beyond in the most thoughtful ways. She even made a little report card for him which was the sweetest touch ever. It’s clear she truly cares and treats the dogs like her own. Prince was so loved and well taken care of. I would trust her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone genuinely kind, attentive, and amazing with dogs.”

“Nemo took to Kathleen right away. She kept him busy with walking and playing with her children. She is a dog lover! He is as in good hands. Sent several pics too. Would definitely ask her to sit again.”

“Janet was the best! I was nervous to leave my dog behind, but she eased my fears. She sent me pictures every day and her dogs welcomed my dog into their pack right away. He was sad to come home! I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful sitter. We’ll definitely be repeat customers! Thank you, Janet!”

“Kendra was awesome! She had great communication and sent lots of pictures. She made us very comfortable. Considering this was the first time being away from our pup.”

“It was our first time boarding Koda, so we were a little nervous about how he would handle it. Megan made the entire experience incredibly comforting and seamless. She kept us updated throughout the day, responded quickly, and truly put our minds at ease. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend her to anyone.”

“Shani responded quickly to take a last minute long term booking. She was very communicative & hands on with Malcolm. Felt very comfortable leaving my baby while out of the country.”

“This whole experience has been just amazing. From the constant reassurance of videos and texts to the undeniable love for dogs is what made us so happy with the care we received for Milo. We were a little wary leaving our little guy for a couple of days, but we’re very surprised to learn he was having a better time there than he was at home. He made a lot of little friends and received so much love. Will definitely be booking again in the future!!!!!”

“Monae did an excellent job watching my puppy! She took him on a walk, gave him cuddles, & playtime! She even sent pictures videos! Thank you for watching my furbaby!! Milo had a wonderful time and enjoyed his sleepover !”

“Tabitha was absolutely wonderful! She is communicative and sends updates regularly with photos throughout. My boy Max gets anxiety when I’m away and she tried any and all things to help him and let me know how it was going as the stay went on. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an organized, efficient and empathetic dog sitter!! Thank you Tabitha for everything!!”

“Kamiah and Casius were great sitters for Bailey. For me, it was a very last minute booking and Kamiah was incredibly accommodating to make it work. She was also very quick to contact us on the first day when Bailey wasn't eating (but everything was fine, as this is how Bailey always is at a new place), and Bailey looked very happy in the photos and videos we got each day. Also, Kamiah's pick-up and drop-off were prompt and efficient. I definitely plan to use them again!”

“Bridget was amazing with our dog, Miller. Miller has separation anxiety and can be a hit or miss with sitters, but he warmed up to Bridget and her family right away. Great communication and felt extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend to let your dog stay with her family and pup of her own who is both adorable and friendly.”

“My Gizelle walked right into Victoria's place inspecting every corner before Victoria could give her a proper greeting! Gizelle was very comfortable and tool to Victoria who sent photos throughout the days I was gone. Somehow Victoria got Gizelle to use a pee pad and play with a toy. Things she never does at home. I am grateful for Victoria's care. Thank you!”

“Liz took great care of G! She kept me in the loop with photos and updates on how he was doing. He played a lot and had a huge smile on his face during pick up! Will 1000% recommend”

“Jessica was great. Left my 3 dogs with her a whole week and even tho we missed them so much they had a great time. Every day we got updates with pictures and short videos, it made being away from them a bit easier knowing they were also having fun. 10/10 would recommend.”

“My husband and I were a little worried to leave Bailey behind since she is very attached to us; but, after the meet and greet we knew everything was going to be ok. Candace did an amazing job with her and treated her like one of her own. We got daily pictures/videos of Bailey and little updates on how she was doing. I will definitely be using her again and we highly recommend her!”

About: I know that cats are independent but still require consistent, attentive care, patience, and a calm presence. I am comfortable with feeding routines, litter box maintenance, fresh water changes, playtime, enrichment, and most importantly, respecting each cat’s individual comfort level—whether they are social and playful or prefer space and quiet companionship. In addition to general experience, I have many friends who own cats, and I’ve cared for their pets while they’ve been out of town for a week or longer. During those times, I handled daily feeding, litter box cleaning, check-ins, and playtime, making sure each cat remained comfortable and stress-free in their familiar environment. These experiences have made me very comfortable around cats and confident in reading their behavior and adjusting my care style accordingly. While I’ve never personally owned a cat yet, I’ve spent a lot of time around them and have grown very comfortable caring for them independently. I am actually looking forward to owning one in the near future to complete my little pet family, and I genuinely enjoy building trust with cats at their own pace.

“Toni is awesome! We were so at ease while traveling, knowing that our two cats were in great hands. Toni left thorough and thoughtful reports and took lots of pictures for us. We look forward to using Rover again and hope that Toni is available to watch them in the future.”

About: I have over 13 years experience doing vet assistant and vet technician tasks and skills as a volunteer at The Animal Welfare League in Chicago Ridge, IL. I have been employed as part of the membership and philanthropic department at Lincoln Park Zoo from which I learned a great deal, stemming from my biology classes on taxonomy to zoology, to specific animal facts and conservation of threatened animals. I therefore know a great deal of educational background on animal behavior. I studied psychology and comparitive human psychology/animal behavior with a bachelors in science from IIT. I have grown up with dogs, cats, and ferrets. At Southwest Animal Care Center, I bathed, fed, walked, medicated, and cared for boarding and patient animals. I graduated with my veterinary assistant certificate in 2018. After graduating from IIT, I became a kennel attendant and learned a great deal about how to care for animals. Pet care is a daily task for me as I take care for two little fuzzbutt ferrets, Icarus and Agatha. Icarus often wakes me up with his bushy tailed excitement. I'm lucky to have such wonderful critters in my life. Right now, I am only offering dog walking and off-site at client's home services. From what I've read from the anthropologist book "Inside of a Dog" by Alexandra Horowitz, animals, especially dogs, crave human attention so being attentive to an animal's needs is to me, what's most important. This includes communicating with animals to know when they need a bathroom break, when they want play, when they want affection and cuddles, when they want nappy time, being fed according to what their schedule is, and of course, offering healthy treats (if allowed) and new novel smells, toys, etc. I can manage 4-5 walks per day with one or multiple dogs at a time 5-6 days a week. This is my main job and I'm dedicated to providing top care as if they are my own. I take extra care to be a courteous and contentious guest in the owner's home. I treat my stay with respect and humbly care. You can trust me to provide excellent care and keep everything tidy and clean.

About: I've owned pets my whole life. I currently own two dogs: a Coton de Tulear named Kitty and a sweet German Shepherd named Medusa. I volunteer at animal shelters, and work as a veterinarian assistant. I have experience with cats and dogs ranging from newborns to seniors. While I have my own pets, rest assured your baby will have my undivided attention while in my care.
“Megan was wonderful dealing with my 3 cats with VERY different personalities. She wven thought to move a food dish under a table where the shy old cat was hiding. It is such a relief to know that there is acaring person to take care of my cats when I travel.”

“I had such a great experience with my Lizbeth! She was reliable, caring, and kept me updated the entire time, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. What really stood out was her flexibility—when my flight got canceled, she kindly agreed to take care of my cat an extra day. That meant so much to me and truly showed her dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter!”

“Melissa is wonderful and our pets enjoy her care. She is reliable and very accommodating of our kids, pets, and general household disarray. Happy to recommend her! She walks our energetic 55 lb 1 yo several times a week, and has taken care of him and our two cats when we travel.”

“Rae is a great pet sitter, very professional, reliable and promptly replies to questions. She is experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to looking after cats and dogs. One of my pets is challenging, and during the meet & greet, I could tell that Rae would be able to care for her easily. Additionally, she is friendly and personable. I would definitely book her again!”

“Very reliable and professional. Did everything I asked like scooped litter and entertained/enriched/gave attention to my cat while ensuring he didn't escape! Would highly recommend. Will definitely be using in the future. Thank you :)”

“I recently adopted a rescue who is having a hard time adjusting to new people. Kathryn did a great job with him! Despite him growling at her she was patient with him and helped him calm down so she could walk him. She was reliable and understanding. I then asked her if she could come again last minute and without hesitation she agreed! I would definitely work with Kathryn again!”

“Gionna was great! From the first message I sent to inquire through the last message after her last walk with Roxy! Her communication was spot on and her care for Roxy was very assuring. She came for a meet and greet since she was Roxy’s first walker. They hit it off and had great walks while I was gone making me more relaxed and less worried to enjoy my weekend away. Thank you Gionna, we can’t wait to work with you again!”

About: I’ve lived around animals since I was a little girl and have owned a diverse range of pets myself. I grew up caring for my Hungarian Vizsla into college as well, even while he got sick and eventually had to be put down. I have experience owning rabbits, gerbils, dogs, cats. I live with three sweet cats now with my boyfriend and his mother, I’m home most of the time taking care of them. I do however now work a part time retail job that doesn’t have a fixed schedule, so I will have to work bookings around it. I love animals and have always felt more comfortable with them than humans sometimes. I believe every pet should be taken care of with compassion and a watchful eye. I understand animal body language and always respect what the animal needs or wants for their own sake and for my safety. I’d be honored to help any family with their furry babies! Since I am a university student online my schedule is very open and flexible. I expect most pet sitting jobs to require seeing the animals at least 3 times a day, every day needed. I am looking for another part time job but would allow me to leave work in cases where animals need care in the afternoon as well. Our cats are kept inside most of the time but we do have a yard with a fence that allows them to be outside supervised. If the weather allows for it, we let them out to get exercise in and just have some stimulation. We have to feed them separately as one cat likes to try to steal food from the other. They’re both on their diets to lose some weight so feeding times are in order now for them.

About: I know how important it is to have a sitter you can trust and that will provide all your pet needs while you're away. I've had pets around me my whole life. I've cared for other pets while family or friends have been away and have become really good at reading different animal emotions and recognizing what they may need. Whether it be cats or dogs, I am confident in my abilities to form a relationship with your pet so they are comfortable with me and I will be sure your pet knows they are safe and cared for even when you aren't there. I work at a school so, during the week, I am available to care for your pet(s) from early afternoon (around 3:30pm depending on the commute) until the evening (around 9:30pm) and may be able to squeeze in some early attention before work between around 6am-7am. during typical weekends I can be much more available to check in on your pet(s) multiple times if needed. You can be sure that while I am in your house / on your property my only focus is on your pet and what they need. I will only access supplies or areas that have been "okayed" by you and you can be sure your belongings will never be touched, taken, or tampered with and your pet will be cared for and have all they need while you're away

“With the busy schedules my husband and I have, we use Melissa weekly for recurring walks. She is great about picking up extra walks when we need, so our fur baby has some consistency with all traveling I do for work. Bruno loves her and I love the peace of mind she gives us! Thanks Melissa for all you do!”

About: I believe the best pet care starts with listening. With a 5-year-old German Shepherd (Niko) and a 7-year-old cat at home, I’ve spent years mastering the "silent language" of animals. Whether your pet is high-energy or shy, I prioritize reading their body language to ensure they feel safe, respected, and calm. Why Choose Me? • Large Breed Expert: Raising a GSD from a puppy means I’m confident and steady with big dogs. • Cat Savvy: Raised my cat from a kitten; I understand feline boundaries and "slow-burn" trust. • Bilingual Training: My pets are bilingual. I am happy to maintain your pet’s specific language or hand-signal commands to keep their training consistent. • Family Trusted: I’ve been my sister’s go-to caregiver for years because pets naturally gravitate toward my calm, gentle energy. My Promise: No force, no stress—just attentive, professional care tailored to your pet's unique personality. I work full-time from home, which allows me to be physically present and attentive throughout the day for pet owners who need overnight or house sitting needs. My remote setup offers the flexibility to take frequent breaks for potty runs, playtime, or mid-day walks to keep your pet’s routine on track. I am flexible to accommodate special weekday requests. Since I have my own fur baby at home (Niko), I am happy to coordinate a schedule that balances his needs but also giving your pet 100% of my focus. My goal is to provide a seamless, low-stress experience that makes your pet feel like you never left. I will build safety and trust in your home by strictly following your established routines and utilizing my deep understanding of animal body language. I believe in giving pets the space they need to approach me on their own terms, ensuring every interaction is rooted in consent and calm energy.

Whether we’re going for a walk, playing, or just relaxing together, I’ll provide attentive and loving care every step of the way. I’m currently working part-time, which gives me flexibility to provide care to your pup after work during the weekends. I’m completely available on wednesdays and weekends. Your pets safely and comfort are my top priorities. I have a calm, secure environment with a fenced yard for supervised outdoor time. I currently do not have any animals so your animals can enjoy an stress-free environment. As for in-home visits, I follow all instructions closely to maintain their routine and ensure they feel secure and cared for in their home.

About: I have taken care of family pets my whole life, no pets are allowed in my household so I have taken every opportunity to interact with and care for animals outside of my home. I make sure to keep up with their needs while also providing them an enjoyable environment! I work 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and have 24/7 availability! I have an hour lunch break and am also available anytime after work and on weekends! “Megan was a wonderful addition to our extended pet family! She was on time and always sent every update on every walk with photos. She’s a very kind woman and my pets loved her! She took my one dog on walks and helped my senior dog go outside and was successful in keeping my escape artist cat in the house. She fed them right and was just very accommodating to their every need. I will definitely use her again and I recommend her to you! Thanks Megan!”

About: The dog in my pictures was Winnie. She was my first dog and was a rescue from Tuscaloosa while I was finishing up my last year at The University of Alabama. Although she was more of a couch potato, she was a great learning experience for how to handle shelter dogs and dogs in general. We had another dog and a cat as well in the house with never any issues….even whenever Alabama lost believe it or not. I prefer the later afternoon and night shifts due to the fact I work in an office every day. Weekends and holidays I am free all day. I prefer to use the client's yard or take them to a park. My yard is only size appropriate for smaller dogs but still fenced in if your dog is not very active.
“John is awesome! He walked my dog every day for two weeks and was always prompt. He left notes and pictures, and was extremely sweet with him. Brady was tired and happy every afternoon! Would highly recommend John as he is so responsible and dog-loving ❤️ If we hadn’t moved, I’d have had him help with Brady permanently.”

About: I have have been taken care of all types of animal breeds since I was a little one (approximately 5). Neighbors, friends, and family have always relied on me to persist whenever they went out of town or even needed me to walk their dogs for them. I even specialize in caring for exotic animals (like reptiles, frogs, snakes, etc) as well. Taking care and providing the needs for animals has always been a passion for me. Anything your fur baby needs I am the one. I wanted to further this passion so I decided to further my education by enrolling into pre vet school and one day get my PhD to be a veterinarian. I am currently a student online so anytime after 1pm is fine. There’s not a specific day I am not free. I stay at home most of the days except when I take my dogs for a walk around the neighborhood or take farm visits. I have a fenced in 8 foot fence. So no worries of your babies escaping. I also have a dog that can keep your fur baby company. I have food and water bowels ready at all times. You can bring food if they have a specific diet. I don’t like crates but if you feel that it is needed then that can be arranged as well.

“Manuel is the best sitter I could have found for my dog. He took such good care of my corgi Kit, and kept me updated the whole time. He looked after his sensitive paws and made sure Kit was entertained. I really appreciate the social time with other dogs that Kit got during his stay.
