Our Luna has been a bit depressed since her stroke a few years ago but after coming home from doggy daycare with them she way spunky, happy, and is even spending more time outside with a smile whereas it was difficult to get her to enjoy much time outside before as she would want to go back into the house or wouldn’t leave the back porch much. I’m so happy to see her rolling in the dirt and playing now. This means the world!!! She requires a lot of care and they did an excellent job even wrapping her foot really well and keeping it protected. I will send regular check in photos to provide accountability for myself and the clients well being.

I know how to perform CPR on both cats and dogs. I am comfortable following care plans for senior pets. Trained to provide subcutaneous fluids to kitties. I work long hours over the weekends so I am unfortunately not available at all Friday - Sunday I am a big believer in routine, as I know my fur babies definitely have and prefer theirs. I have a playful golden retriever who adores all animals big and small. I have experience bathing and giving insulin to cats too. I volunteered at a rescue ranch for a number of years and have experience with livestock. I personally have ducks, chickens, reptiles and a senior cat as companions for my golden. I am currently working 3 days a week for a tax office and am unavailable from January to April. On my off days I hike and take my golden to the river. I have a contract that I have been using since 2010 that outlines my safety procedures. When I am in a clients home I always have them review it and do a walk around of the home with them. From my years at doggy daycare I am pretty familiar with certain breed characteristics like the awesome heights husky’s can jump or the tunneling ability of a weenie. I also am very understanding about separation anxiety as someone who has worked at rescues. For walks I require a harness or collar the dog cannot slip out of. I require an in person meeting beforehand, if doggy play dates with my dog are requested we must meet on neutral ground first to see how they interact.
About: I’ve cared for cats 3months old & up my entire life! I can give them meds, and know body language well. Feeding, scooping, and play are a must! I will always make sure to do a head count if kitties are shy, and will include photos/videos! I’ve also cared for exotic pets; spiders, snakes, and birds. About: I grew up with animals my whole life, especially dogs and cats. At a time we always had four dogs and four cats. I also have two cats of my own and cannot have a dog at the moment, but I miss interacting with them and being around their goofy, loving, and fun personalities! My I currently work week days from 7:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. and am available weekends! My daily routing includes taking a morning walk every day from 5:00-5:30 a.m but I love walking at all parts of the day! I love my cats more than anything and will treat your pets the same! On top of daily love and care, they have an automatic litter box that I completely clean (fully soaked and scrubbed) every week, I take the time to make nutritious meals for them every morning and night that includes real salmon, minnows, vitamins, and other goodies! They are brushed every other day and their nails are clipped every three weeks!

About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.
“We are from Seattle area so of course finding a sitter for our two dogs was a little hard for us. After going through many suggestions and profiles we found Justin. When we showed up to his place he took the time to get to know the dogs and showed us where they would be and his yard. They immediately took to him and couldn’t be happier. He wore out two high energy silver labs and sent us updates of how they were doing. Even on the second day when we dropped them off instead of chasing a squirrel they instantly went to Justin for another fun day. About: Always had a dog in the home growing up. Trained puppies and watched all of my neighbors dogs for them. Dogs have always loved me! I am self-employed so my schedule can be as flexible as needed to give your pet the time and attention needed. Morning, midday, and nights I can be available. About: Animals and animal care has always been my passion, I’m currently working towards getting my bachelors degree in animal science and zoology! I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals and I’ve done a lot of rescue and rehoming! I love animals, from cats to fish, lizards and birds. I’m crazy about all of them. I’ve cared for babies and elderly of a lot of different species and I pride myself in always doing my best in taking care of all their needs. Ive got quite a few of my own babies at the moment but they’re all very friendly and adjust easily to new animals. I don’t currently work because I’m working towards getting my bachelors degree in animal science/zoology, so I’m home 24/7 to care for my own pets and school, I have two crate trained dogs, five cats, two frogs, two birds, fish, and a hamster, so I’m basically always cleaning and playing or training one or the other! While I live in an apartment, we have multiple fenced dog parks and ample walking area away from the roads for walkies with the dogs, my apartment is pretty spacious especially in the living room and animals are allowed around the whole apartment. If I were to watch your babies at your residence I would stick strictly to the rules you set for me and never overstep your boundaries or rules.
About: I’ve had 2 shihtzus since they were 8 weeks old. Have lost both within the last 2 years at ages 15 and 17. Me and hubby enjoyed them and we miss them terribly. I love strolls around the block and playtime. Serious lap time and undivided attention is awaiting your special fur baby, as I am retired and at home full time. Each year I go to Utah to dog sit for my middle son for 2 weeks while they vacation. They’ve had a Rottweiler, Berniedoodle and Yorkies. The big guys loved TAKING ME on daily walks around their local park. I always took my 2 shihtzus swimming every time we went boating. Perfect day in my opinion!!! I am retired and available most of the time. Short trips to the grocery store or other errands are basically the only time I leave. I have a fenced yard and plenty of room inside and outside. Special diets or medications are not a problem. I liked to wash my dogs faces after mealtimes. They can sleep in my bed, or not. Your preference.

About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life from dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and I’ve had experience with goats, sheep, cows, geese, ducks, exc. I helped someone who had dogs that had puppies and that was challenging but an amazing experience. I’ve got lots of love and experience with all different dog breeds & temperaments. I currently have dogs, cats, chickens, and geese of my own! I am currently a stay at home parent to two kiddos. One is in school so most of my days are free. Tuesdays & Thursdays late afternoon/evening are blocked out as we have a prior commitment of gymnastics. I have a fenced yard at home but I do live in the woods and have some bit of land that is not immediately fenced off. I always keep a close watch on my pets daytime or nighttime and I would do the same for yours if they were at my home. I really enjoy getting to have new pet friends! I have taken care of all sorts of animals--dogs, cats, birds, lizards, hamsters, bunnies, horses, pigs, goats, chickens and even cows! I feel comfortable with pets who have medical issues, as well. I also have done a fair amount of pet massages for dogs and cats (not lizards, though!!) I have an online business, so I usually housesit and work part-time online. This makes it very easy for me to be in a home with pets who need more attention, or dogs that need walked often. I have done all levels of pet care-from simple one hour drop-in visits for cats to feeding and cleaning up for horses and cows (extra fee for that!!) So, I am very versatile with my clients! I also find that I bond easily with pets, and can often connect to shy or nervous cats and dogs by being present, calm and talking to them. I also know to leave someone alone when they just don't want to connect. I usually do lots of walks and playing together as well as simply sitting and petting and offering yummy treats!
About: We always had multiple animals growing up! Dogs, cats, hamsters even! I absolutely love animals and pet sitting allows me to get pet time in since we don’t have pets. It’s also gives my three year old son chances to get used to pets. He loves all animals but cats especially. Just like his mama! I always bring my fiancé & son to the meet & greet. That way you know who will be in your personal space and Incase my fiancé needs to do a drop in due to my work schedule. It is important for the dogs to be kid friendly but can work around it and avoid bringing my son. *** rates are flexible! They may change if you are far away considering gas prices. It is very easy to work pet care into my routine. I typically work from 4pm to 11pm, 3 to 4 nights a week. Although my fiancé will be available if a drop in is needed during that time. My schedule fluctuates but I always will keep you in the loop on if he needs to go. If you’re okay with it during the initial meet & greet. It has not created an issue in the past:) In clients homes I’ll sure the animal has fresh water & is fed correctly. We make sure to give treats if allowed and lots and lots of play time. Along with snuggles if the pet enjoys them!

Our Luna has been a bit depressed since her stroke a few years ago but after coming home from doggy daycare with them she way spunky, happy, and is even spending more time outside with a smile whereas it was difficult to get her to enjoy much time outside before as she would want to go back into the house or wouldn’t leave the back porch much. I’m so happy to see her rolling in the dirt and playing now. This means the world!!! She requires a lot of care and they did an excellent job even wrapping her foot really well and keeping it protected.
