Not only did they take her on a 5k on thanksgiving, which our dog LOVED, nova got to go on long walks everyday and play lots outside, and they even made Nova a christmas ornament with her paw print!!!! About: I grew up on a small farm with a mom who had a big heart so not only have I taken care of every animal under the sun we also often had animals who needed extra time, care and love! I’m a very active person who benefits from being outside just as much as your dog does! I am more than happy to take your dog on walks at their needed pace! I am a student and a stay at home wife! So I spend most of my time at home other than a hand full of classes in the week my schedule is very easy to work with. I can most likely walk your dogs at the time you need! I am very observant! “My puppy stayed with them for 10 days. I was worried because my golden retriever can’t get along with other dogs, so I was glad they did not have other dogs and only take one dog at a time. About: I’ve owned a variety of pets, but my main experience is with dogs! I’ve been taking care of my own dogs (3) for 7+ years, and they have a special place in my heart. I also have cared for my previous neighbors dogs and horses on a regular basis. I know how to handle multiple issues, including illness, aggressive behavior, fear and anxiety, etc. . I’m looking for the opportunity to work with dogs, and cats, since I am not able to be with or take care of my own dogs. I’m currently studying Wildlife Management at BYUI, and love working with all animals. On a side note, Rover does take 20% of your payment so I’m not actually earning everything you pay. If you think I did a good job at the end of my services and you are willing and able, any extra tips are appreciated (but not at all expected). I’m a full time university student, but typically have gaps in between classes. I would be able to care for your pets before, after, and in between my classes if you are close to campus. I own a car, so for pet sitting if you live farther away from campus that is not a problem. Just know that depending on the distance my check-ins may not be as frequent. I would be able to check in regularly (if home-sitting), as well as give your dog/cat the attention they need. If walking, I know how to engage and work with dogs, which comes in handy when encountering other animals. I’ll make sure to give them plenty of love!

“I usually plan ahead but this time realized a pet sitter would be a good option for day 2 in Yellowstone. At first Becky was busy but then her other appointment moved so she contacted me and was able to take my dogs for the day. I felt a little guilty dropping them off at 7:30 am but she was gracious and met us outside. I gave her instructions then we introduced my 2 dogs to her 2 dogs and I liked how she handled the greeting. Her dogs had great greeting behavior. I called her as we were coming out of the park and she had everything ready for a 7 pm pick up. I felt very comfortable leaving them for the day and she did a great job feeding and medicating them.”

My wife and I are experienced pet owners that are committed to providing a safe, healthy and enjoyable environment for your pup. The dogs we care for thoroughly enjoy our large fenced yard as there is lots of room to run, play and explore safely! For our health and that of the animals we love, we do not use toxic chemicals on our yard or in our house. My family and I naturally connect with animals and are happy to provide reliable care for boarding and daycare. I am self-employed and work from home which allows me plenty of time to spend interacting with your pupper while it's in my care. My schedule is flexible for meet and greets, drop-offs and pick-ups. I am available most weekdays, weekends and holidays. Saturday availability is limited to in-progress boarding that began prior to Friday night and pick-ups as my family and I observe a 7th day rest. Your dog's well-being is very important to us. We want them to have as much access to the outside as they want, as much play and activity as they need, and plenty of space and calm to relax and settle. Our experience has shown that crate trained dogs that come with their own portable dens typically handle their stay better than those that don't. To reduce stress and better the experience, we prefer to keep dogs with crates.

I work from home so watching animals during the day is no problem. My dog is inside and outside with a large backyard to play around in. When it's very cold I let the dogs roam the main floor of the house. I provide a safe, calm, and structured environment for every pet. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any medications. My goal is to be helpful and someone you can trust to love your babies too!! Currently I am taking classes at BYU Idaho but only gone for 2 hours out of the day for classes! Other than that I am available all other hours!! I care for pets the way I would take care of my own! I think it’s important to know about the pets and their personality and how to give them what they need. That might look like playing with them or giving them interactive puzzles I offer , or even pets! I understand the importance of wet food for cats / treats when people are away as well. I have an entirely separate room that I offer for the cat to make them at home! I have lots of places for them to play and snuggle as well! Including tunnels , blankets, cardboard castles and fun interactive puzzles. My cat also is very friendly and loves to foster/ make friends if your cat is very social and needs a furry friend!

About: I am away at college right now and deeply miss my babies, at home I have 5 dogs! A golden retriever, cavapoo, ridgeback, pitbul, and a husky. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes! I have a morning job from 7am-12 but I am completely available after! I can also do nights if you aren’t far from my job. I love taking my dogs on walks or to the park! About: I grew up on a small farm with a mom who had a big heart so not only have I taken care of every animal under the sun we also often had animals who needed extra time, care and love! “My puppy stayed with them for 10 days. I was worried because my golden retriever can’t get along with other dogs, so I was glad they did not have other dogs and only take one dog at a time. About: Hi! My name is Destinee and I’m currently a college student at BYU -Idaho. I’ve always loved animals and enjoy spending time caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I’m responsible, dependable, and very attentive to pets needs and routines. I am a college student so I will be in school from 11:30am - 3:15 the latest Monday through Thursday.
