About: I've been a cat owner for over 20 years, and my cat is my world. I'm the cat owner who only gives my cat filtered water, cleans the litter box everyday, and lets her sleep right under the blanket with me. I understand the unique personalities, little quirks, and sometimes spicy energy that make cats so special. About: I have taken care of a couple of different sets of cats. I love them all, even if they're a bit angry about an intruder. I've administered meds to cats before, traditionally in the pill form. I actively attempt to play with and love on the cats I work with, as long as their recipient. I am not afraid of getting clawed or bitten since its happened so many times with my previous cat.

About: My wife and I love dogs and are excited to have the opportunity to care for your small to medium breed non-aggressive dog(s) under 35 lbs. (Please be advised that our experience has shown that the high energy cattle /sheep dogs, shepherds, etc., are generally not a good fit for us). We both have had dogs all of our lives. We have the experience of caring for dogs through their feeding, grooming, exercising, bathing, and of course lots of loving through their senior years. We are both retired, so your dog(s) will have lots of loving attention and care throughout its/their stay. We have a doggie door so your dog(s) can have free access to our large fenced backyard. We accept only one client at a time and up to three dogs IF they are from the same client, so we can give your dog(s) our undivided attention and love. We have one dog, Jax (Cavalier King Charles). He is very loving, playful, and unaggressive. Weather permitting and with your approval, we will include your dog(s) in our daily walks in our neighborhood and excursions to local parks. However we do not allow our dog and your dog(s) in "dog parks" and do not allow them to have exposure to other dogs on our walks. Since we are retired, we will also give lots of cuddles and play in between outings, to keep them engaged. We have a dog toy box full of toys for them to play with, if they want. Just click on our profile pictures to see our "Doggie Hall of Fame" photos which show our care of our clients' dogs. We will follow your instructions, including for special needs, to make sure of your pet(s)’ total care and safety. We have a large and comfy single level home with 24/7 access to a large secure backyard and a doggie door. We will give potty breaks to those dogs that don't want to use the doggie door every couple of hours or as needed. We also have 24/7 video surveillance both inside and outside for their safety. Your dog(s) will have access to the entire house and is/are welcome to cuddle on the furniture, and can sleep in our bedroom in a doggie bed or crate, whichever your pet prefers. She said that was fine and she would work with him. Jill is very calm and definitely knows what she is truth dogs. She has a great fenced in backyard where he can run a play. About: There hasn’t been a time in my life where I haven’t been around a dog. I’ve been with the dogs throughout their walks of life. From puppies to seniors. I have also cared for and loved several other animals. I have experience in caring for rabbits, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and birds. I also know CPR for dogs. I’m a student who has class twice a week in the mornings, and am free any time after 12:30p on Tuesdays and Thursdays! I am very flexible and can ensure that your pets needs are taken care of whether it’s a quick play date or long walk. About: I have been taking care of family/friend pets through the entirety of high school and afterwards. I have worked with a positive feedback trainer with my dog and have been able to apply those teachings to other behaviors in animals. I also know how to handle medications for dogs, from pills, intestine liquids, and topical creams. I absolutely adore big dogs and will totally let them be lap dogs. I love little dogs, even if they try to be ferocious creatures. I work a part-time job and am focusing most of my free time to medical concerns. I traditionally work in the early morning, 6-12. This leaves my afternoons free for the pets, but I can figure out how to care for them in the morning if necessary. Beyond that, I want to maintain active with the animals, playing, cuddling and taking for walks. I have 3 dogs of varying sizes (8, 25, & 100). They have different diets and activity levels, but all maintain their appropriate body weight. We have a fenced backyard for them to roam around in. The big dog is an anxious creature so he gets put in the crate when everyone leaves the house. I specifically worked with him on it and he has done wonderfully with positive reinforcement. I am able to transfer this knowledge to other animals, it might just take a few tries. Access to treats might help 😋. For walks, I can handle dogs big dogs and the ones that pull pretty well. I refuse to use choke chains and shock collars. If they are wearing one, I would like (with your permission) to switch it for a regular collar during the time of my stay.
About: I’ve done multiple pet sitting jobs , own my own dog and have been around animals my entire life . Pets are my fav and I am able to do care for all and any I’m currently working from home and can make pet care work . I’ve cared for 5 cats in one sitting and taken plenty of dogs for walks I have a fenced yard but it’s smaller so caring from then from your home would be best . At one point we even had 7 dogs at once! Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and over the years family, friends, neighbors, and now Rover clients have trusted me with their pets. I’ve been boarding and caring for dogs through Rover for over 3 years and truly love what I do. I’ve also spent time learning from professional dog trainers, which helped teach me proper handling, walking, and understanding different dog temperaments and behaviors. I’m a stay-at-home mom to my two boys, who are now a little older and very used to being around dogs. Because I’m home most of the day, your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, playtime, potty breaks, and cuddles throughout their stay. My husband and I are both huge animal lovers, and our home is very dog-friendly and relaxed. We have a fully fenced yard, two friendly dogs, and lots of space for your pup to feel comfortable and at home. I can also crate your dog if requested or follow any specific routines you have for them. Dogs are allowed on the furniture here because we believe pets are family too! I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I always do my best to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free environment while keeping owners updated with messages and photos during their stay. I’m experienced with different dog personalities and always do slow introductions to help everyone feel comfortable. I can crate your dog if requested and I’m happy to follow any routines, feeding schedules, or special instructions you provide. Dogs in our home are treated like family — including plenty of couch cuddles if they enjoy them! I also provide regular photo and video updates so you can feel comfortable while you’re away.
About: Hi! I’m Hazel, a senior in high school preparing to head to college. My mom is Patricia and she and I and family team to provide pet services, but I am the main person. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my entire life, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve had experience with all kinds of animals, including ducks, chicks, kittens, goats, pigs, and of course dogs. Right now, I have two dogs, Comanche and Chalko, who I’ve raised since they were puppies, as well as a kitten I helped bottle-feed after it was found at a very young age. Taking care of them has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to understand each animal’s unique personality and needs. I truly love animals and treat every pet like they’re my own. Whether your pet needs a fun, energetic walk, lots of attention and playtime, or just someone to make them feel safe and loved while you’re away, I’m here to help. You can trust that your pet will be in caring, reliable hands with me! I am at work from 8-4 generally, but have flexibility, and available outside of those hours. My daughters have other availability during the day around class schedules. I am home and available all day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and most holidays. I am home all day for full weeks during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Spring Break. I am home during summer months. I take dogs who are kennel trained and do not allow pets on furniture. I match my care to your loved companion's individual needs. Some dogs love being outside and running around, some love to lay on a dog bed by the fire. I understand some pets are older and need a gentle approach and others are high energy and need lots of movement and interaction. I take careful care that your pet is secured and not able to leave the property. I have a huge fenced yard and a field with ample space which allows your pet to in pet heaven! Its a fun time!
About: I have grown up with a wide variety of dogs since before I can remember. This has allowed me to have hands-on experiences while learning how to properly care for, feed, and exercise animals. I take a high level of pride and joy in my own animals so I would definitely love to care for others! I am currently in school and available to work part time! This means I have plenty of time to care for and play with animals! I am available Monday through Sunday! If pets were to stay at my house, I have two friendly dogs and a well fenced yard. If I were to stay at a clients house, I would follow the owners routine as well as properly managing my time with the animal.
About: I was always the one growing up that took on the caretaker role when it comes to animals. Making sure all animals are fed and have clean water and bowls. My favorite part of caring for pets is walks and playing with them. When my dog had babies I was there the entire time making sure mama was doing well, giving attention and making sure i could give support when needed. I grew up with multiple dogs at once and I understand it takes time and effort to care for them. I am available after 2pm monday through Fridays and on weekends I am free all day. I am looking for some companionship with cute dogs as I don't own a dog currently. I actually had an ankle injury in the beginning of this year and I am recovering well, just need extra cash to pay for some medical bills. I would love to spend my other free time spending it with your fur babies. I am new to rover app. Gaining your animals trust is very important to me. I will always be watching your animal when taken outside even if your yard is gated.
