About: I have always been a cat person. Since I was a babe. Since our first family cats. The Gray one that we named 'Smog' used to try to lick my face! Even though we grew up with mostly outdoor/indoor cats and I have even befriended some semi-feral 'barn cats'. When I got *my* cat, I was very slow to begin to let her outside freely. I understand that some cats are better suited to being indoor only cats. I know some of the 'tricks' to making good friends with cats, and one is just for them to see you enough times in a calm state that they feel they can trust you. I deeply care about helping cats feel safe and nurtured. Once I know their personality, I am really good at knowing if something different or difficult is going on with them. I have made some really beautiful connections with different cats and seen amazing abilities from them when befriending new people.

About: Growing up always with a lab in the house, I have had a love for dogs since I could remember. From hunting with them to playing fetch in the yard I have never gone without one my entire life! Typically I am free whenever you need me! I usually do 1-2 drop in’s per day if my clients are out of town, but I can always do more if requested! Family, neighbors and friends have relied on me to take care of their animals, whether that is walking feeding bathing etc. I am currently unemployed and trying to keep myself busy for the rest of this summer. “Tasha and Matt were absolutely amazing! From the meet-and-greet to drop-off and pickup, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel completely at ease. Tasha was prompt, communicative, and kept us updated throughout our dog’s stay with lots of photos and messages. It was clear that our dog was getting plenty of love, attention, and excellent care, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. We’ve used several Rover sitters in the past, and this was by far our best experience. Tasha and Matt truly went above and beyond, and we felt confident that our dog was in the best hands. “Amanda was a perfect sitter for my hunting dog Wrigley. Given all the exercise she needed, Wrigley was allowed to socialize/play with Amanda’s two golden retrievers, was fed well, and was thoughtfully protected from the summer heat. This included early morning walks before the heat of the day. Amanda provided photos, videos and feedback to keep me apprised of Wrigley’s overall health, allowing me to more fully enjoy my time away. Wrigley quickly became part of Amanda’s family, and I am confident Wrigley received the best care possible. I highly recommend Amanda for your dog sitting needs.”

“In our greet and meet interview our dog felt comfortable right away with the other dogs. We felt a relief as this is the first time we leave our dog with someone else that is not family or friend. We could see that is a caring family and he would be treated as part of it. During his stay, we got pictures showing us how great he was doing. That was something our family really liked.”
