About: I have always been a cat person. Since I was a babe. Since our first family cats. The Gray one that we named 'Smog' used to try to lick my face! Even though we grew up with mostly outdoor/indoor cats and I have even befriended some semi-feral 'barn cats'. When I got *my* cat, I was very slow to begin to let her outside freely. I understand that some cats are better suited to being indoor only cats. I know some of the 'tricks' to making good friends with cats, and one is just for them to see you enough times in a calm state that they feel they can trust you. I deeply care about helping cats feel safe and nurtured. Once I know their personality, I am really good at knowing if something different or difficult is going on with them. I have made some really beautiful connections with different cats and seen amazing abilities from them when befriending new people.

She arrived on time, and from the photos, I could see the cats were curious and slowly getting to know her. She gave me just enough little commentary to know all was well and to bring me a few smiles. She reached out with a couple of relevant questions. I can stay overnight on school nights, but only if it is within 30 miles. I am available all weekend and holidays (Except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day this year). My hours at school are from 7:30 am to 3:00. I do have an hour planning/lunch break if you are close to the school. Otherwise, if your pet can't go from 7:30 to 3:00 on school days, then I may not be the best fit. My pets are like my family. I treat them and their owners’ homes as if they were my own. I like to go by the motto 'leave it better than you found it." Your pet will be happy and your house will be clean when you return.

I do not start my full time job until late September so I am free whenever needed! About: Growing up always with a lab in the house, I have had a love for dogs since I could remember. From hunting with them to playing fetch in the yard I have never gone without one my entire life!
