My mom and I have a goal in the future to own a lot of land where we can build a dog sanctuary! I work as a nurse full time, which is three 12 hour shifts a week. My goal is to make your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, giving you peace of mind knowing they’re being cared for like they’re part of my own family. I work from home, which gives me a flexible schedule to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. I also travel intermittently for work, but when I’m home, I love starting and ending my day with morning, afternoon, and evening walks—especially with a four-legged friend by my side! I’m a parent with my kids on a week-on, week-off schedule (Friday to Friday), so during my kid-free weeks, I have even more flexibility for pet sitting, drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care. During the weeks my kids are with me, they’re kind, respectful animal lovers who have grown up with dogs and cats and enjoy helping give pets extra love and attention. I’m also excited to share that I’m currently having a fenced backyard installed, creating an even safer and more fun space for dogs to run, play, and explore. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. I know how important it is to have someone you trust with your furry family members, and I’d love the opportunity to provide them with a safe, loving, and happy home away from home. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’m happy to crate your dog if that’s part of their normal routine or if you prefer. I also have gates installed to safely separate areas of my home, including access to the deck and carpeted rooms, so I can easily accommodate different pets’ needs and personalities. I’m currently having a fenced backyard installed, which will soon provide an even larger secure space for dogs to run and play. Whether your pet needs extra structure, freedom to play, or somewhere quiet to relax, I’m flexible and happy to tailor their care to the routine that helps them feel most comfortable and at home.
About: I have been a lifetime pet owner, small to big. I helped raise 6 vizsla puppies in 2023 and continue to care for 3 of them when they need it. I have two cats myself that I love dearly. I also already work with dogs full time at a doggy daycare!! I am currently working full time so I will have time to take care of your fur baby in the morning and in the evening!! As a dog walker I will respect your home and space by not touching or wandering in spaces that I don’t need to be in. About: I have been watching friends and family animals for as long as I can remember. I love being able to give comfort to the animals when their parents are not able to. About: I have been taking care of pets ever since I could remember. I would go help my parents when we they would watch family and friends pets. And I had all kind of animals growing up and I gave them all the love in the world. I am always the first person to volunteer when someone needs a pet sitter. During the school year I will be available after 4:30. At home at other people’s home I make sure all pets needs are meet. I make sure they are safe, happy, and comfortable. About: I’ve always had at least one animal since i was a child, I’ve worked as a kennel tech and I’ve been to vet school! I have a couple cats and a dog, they are my WORLD!! My dog had a bad life before I adopted him, and I completely trained him myself with very little help. He is a perfect, well behaved angel now! My schedule is pretty open! I am a stay at home wife and I’m in school, so I have plenty of time on my hands to care for your pets! I am thoroughly knowledgeable on all things dog safety related, my pooch has had a rough go at it so I’ve take courses on animal CPR, de-escalation training, and I am familiar with taking care of animals with health issues. Every pet is different and they all need varying levels of care and comfort requirements.
About: My grandma owns her own dog rescue and I am always helping out. I’ve always had a special place in my heart for animals. I dog sit for lots of people even outside of the rover app! I also have experience using various no-pull harnesses and gentle leader head collars for larger dogs. I have no qualms about taking care of "controversial" breeds such as Rottweilers, Dobermans, or Pit Bulls. I'm available for morning, evening, and weekend check-ins. I'm perfectly comfortable and experienced at administering oral medications and/or taking care of senior dogs and cats. I have a fenced-in yard for frequent potty breaks and play time.
