About: I’ve taken care of quite a few dogs since I was young. I’ve had two dogs myself but currently don’t have any furry friends. I regularly dog-sit my parents’ dog and have occasionally watched other dogs. I do not work during the summer so I am home most of the time other than when running errands or the occasional day trip. This will allow me to keep whatever schedule your dog is used to. We have a fenced in yard with a few doggy neighbors. We do not have any furry pets at the moment so yours will get all the attention!

About: I've taken care of dogs of various ages for about 2 years at the client's home. I've done baths, taken them on walks, outside to go potty, of course feeding and giving all the treats! I work in Cedar Rapids so I'm only able to do mid day check ins in that area. If you aren't in the Cedar Rapids area I can do morning and evening/night check ins. I am able to stay overnight at your home as well if needed. I provide care at the client's home. I am able to come for a drop in visit and hang out with your pet for a short time or I'm able to come and stay for the night, weekend, or longer if needed.

About: I lost my dog last year and miss taking care of him, now that I have free time on my hands I'm looking to help take care of other dogs like I would my own. I treat pets like family and have experience with administering medications if needed and am willing to learn of any specific needs your pet has to take care of them like you would! I'm currently free most days and stay at home since my school schedule is very light for the next few months and have flexibility in it. Currently work near by and come and go from my house of rain throughout the day. There is a park near by that I walk my dog to and play with and I know yours will love it too! I have a yard, large enough for play a good game of fetch. I also have an outdoor large dog kennel. All dogs are supervised and leashed at all times when outside. I have a big dog who loves new playmates. There is a spare room where your pet can have there own space, create and bedding. I can’t help but train a few tricks to those dogs who enjoy new things. I’m very flexible if there is any special accommodations needed.
About: I do not personally own any dogs but I have lived with dogs my whole life. Each dog ranged in size, one of the bigger dogs I have had was a German Shepard. I recently moved here to Iowa from Ohio. I watch 3 amazing kids a few days a week. Since I only have them for 2-3 days a week, I would be able to walk/watch your dogs and cats more frequently At the clients home I would ensure the fur baby would have food and water. I would also, depending on backyard situations, take them out in the yard to play. If there isn’t a lead or fenced in yard then I would take him or her on a walk. All animals should feel loved but also worn out after our walks and play time!
About: I love dogs and have always had them in my home. I have previously watched and cared for my neighbor's dog and an elderly dog. I would love to be able to care for and be a pal for your animals! I am currently working part time at a doggy daycare and boarding facility but am available to care for and spend quality time with your pups! I have always had dogs in my home. Currently I have a six-year-old silver lab named Sadie Mae. Previously I have cared for and watched my neighbor's dog. I love dogs and I think that I would be a good fit for this role.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and currently have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix named Maverick. I also volunteer with local animal shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, energy levels, and personalities. As a medical student, I’m used to staying organized, following detailed instructions, and paying close attention to routines and behavior. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether your dog needs lots of exercise, extra patience, medication, or just a comfortable place to relax, I’m happy to tailor their care to their individual needs. I’m currently a medical student, and much of my coursework can be completed from home. This gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care throughout the day. While my schedule varies slightly week to week, I’m generally available for frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, and plenty of companionship. I make every effort to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and exercise, and I only board one guest dog at a time so they receive plenty of individual attention. I also have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix who enjoys other dogs when it’s a good fit. I always take introductions slowly and make sure both dogs are comfortable before allowing interactions. I’m happy to accommodate specific feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, and any other instructions that help your pet feel at home.
