About: I’ve taken care of quite a few dogs since I was young. I’ve had two dogs myself but currently don’t have any furry friends. I regularly dog-sit my parents’ dog and have occasionally watched other dogs. I do not work during the summer so I am home most of the time other than when running errands or the occasional day trip. This will allow me to keep whatever schedule your dog is used to. We have a fenced in yard with a few doggy neighbors. We do not have any furry pets at the moment so yours will get all the attention!
“Laylah watched my dog Oreo for a week while I was away on a trip. She sent pictures and videos of him, and I could tell that he was having the best time! We will definitely be booking with her again!!”

“Anastasiia was EXCELLENT!! Communication was great and she included daily pictures and videos. My dog has anxiety during storms and she was very compassionate with him. I couldn’t be happier with the way she treated Chipper!!”

“Grace was a perfect fit for our spoiled little girl! Her dog Archer, is a sweet and mellow boy. We rebooked Ellie with Grace when we picked her up on Sunday, for later in the week already. We felt that comfortable with her!”

“Abbey did a wonderful job watching our dogs while we were away. She was very flexible with drop off and pick up times and sent us pictures of the boys. We really appreciated the yard space she had for them to run around which was very well kept. We will most definitely be using her service again when we leave town. Highly recommend her.”

“I cannot say enough GREAT things about Megan! She kept us up to date on all the fun our Rue was having and sent so many photos! Rue is a more timid dog, but Megan was so patient and Rue warmed up very quickly. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“Pip had a wonderful time at Emily’s home with her and her Fiancés dog Frankie! Emily was flexible with scheduling pickup and drop off times and sent plenty of fun photos! Pip will be visiting again!”

“Trish was amazing with Murphy, our 11 month old Lab. We had never left him with anyone other than doggy daycare and she made sure we had all our questions answered before and during his Monday-Friday stay! She gave us lots of updates, pics and videos and were pretty sure he would have stayed there forever!! We will be using her every time she lets us :)”

“Micki was great! She was very accommodating with which made scheduling pick up and drop off easy. She kept me updated with pictures and I could tell my dog received a lot of attention and was well taken care of!”

“Rizzo had a great day hanging out with Adela and her fam. Lots of outdoor time in her amazing backyard. Great communication with Adela. Thanks for another great stay! 🐾”

“Stacy did an AWESOME job with my 1 year old (LARGE) dog, Jemma. She worked with her on commands that we'd been working on and gave her lots of love! She sent pictures every day and was very easy to work with. She is great with animals and was able to watch Jemma for a week while I was travelling - what a life saver she is!!!!”

“Ali took care of our 1.5 year old weimaraner for an overnight. Provided multiple walks and photo updates. Took the dog with her on errands when our dog was exhibiting stress symptoms when left behind”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and currently have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix named Maverick. I also volunteer with local animal shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, energy levels, and personalities. As a medical student, I’m used to staying organized, following detailed instructions, and paying close attention to routines and behavior. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether your dog needs lots of exercise, extra patience, medication, or just a comfortable place to relax, I’m happy to tailor their care to their individual needs. I’m currently a medical student, and much of my coursework can be completed from home. This gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care throughout the day. While my schedule varies slightly week to week, I’m generally available for frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, and plenty of companionship. I make every effort to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and exercise, and I only board one guest dog at a time so they receive plenty of individual attention. I also have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix who enjoys other dogs when it’s a good fit. I always take introductions slowly and make sure both dogs are comfortable before allowing interactions. I’m happy to accommodate specific feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, and any other instructions that help your pet feel at home.

“Meredith was an incredibly responsible and caring pet sitter. She took great care of our cats, making sure they were well-fed and comfortable. She even went the extra mile by cleaning their bowls and taking out the trash. Although we booked 30-minute visits, she often stayed longer to spend extra time with our cats. Her communication was excellent—she responded quickly to messages and sent daily photo updates, which gave us great peace of mind. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful pet sitter!”

About: I've had a cat in my life for all 27 years (usually multiple!) and currently have my own pair of companions. I'm comfortable with every personality: chaos goblins, social butterflies, koala huggers, verbal commanders, independent observers, and everything in between. I'm experienced with medications (including insulin) and giving extra TLC to senior cats. <3 I read body language, respect boundaries, and let cats warm up at their own pace. Litter care, feeding, playtime, and keeping your beautiful companion looking and feeling their best (including hairballs, mats, and other little messes) are all part of my care. I provide updates (and as often as you'd like) so you can relax knowing your kitty is happy and healthy. Scritches are precise, loving, and possibly bribery-assisted. Your feline(s) will be pampered and adored (and probably plotting how to steal your attention when you get home!) :)
“Jordan is great! She is a great communicator and I can tell she really cares about animals. I love the pictures she sends me and the little synopsis she gives about how the day went. I will happily continue to use Jordan to watch over my boys!”

Perfect for high energy dogs - Hills

“He sends updates and love the Rover card at the end. Theodore is always a little shy coming in but warms up and loves his buddy Timber. It takes a while for Theodore to warm up to others since he is a mama boy but Jason has the patience to win him over.”
“Auden was fantastic! Communication was great throughout the day along with photos of our pup playing and on walks! We definitely would love Auden to watch our dog again!”

“We absolutely LOVE Megan! We have been sending our dog to her for the last year since she was a puppy and Megan has transformed her into such a well behaved girl. She has a natural instinct to understand dogs and knows exactly what they need and what they need to work on and how to accomplish it. She has been extremely flexible with our busy and chaotic schedules and I always know I can trust her to be there if we are in a pinch. Our dog always gets excited when she sees Megan and I know this is telling of how much fun she has at daycare with Megan - in addition to the great pictures that Megan sends me while I'm at work. I can't say enough good things about her - she takes your dog in as her own and loves on them when you can't be with them and is amazing at what she does.”

“Abbey took excellent care of our Husky! She was very flexible and attentive to his needs and took her time to walk me through the arrangements. Our boy was super happy and loved, I strongly recommend her!”

About: Get to know me ~ It’s lovely to meet you! I’m Skylynn! But my friends call me “Lo”. I am a clinic services specialist at UIHC, an active reader, lover of nature—and I ADORE fur-babies! 💕 Pets have been part of my world since I could walk! I’ve shared my life with dogs and cats through every stage: from puppies with the zoomies to sweet, nonchalant seniors. In that time, I have learned to tailor walks and playtime to match each pet’s energy, keep a close eye on special diets, and gently handle medications and supplements when needed. Whether they’re shy, spunky, cuddly, or curious, I tune into their emotional needs: offering play, snuggles, and calm companionship that makes them feel right at home. I even handle brushing and nail trims, when requested, to help your sweet-faced, little fur-ball feel their best! No matter who I’m caring for, I bring kindness, patience, and a whole lot of heart to every visit! Friends, family, and clients have trusted me for years because I treat every pet like family. Because to me, they are! (También hablo español :) My Availability ~ I work full time at the U; Monday-Friday. On weekdays I am available in the afternoon and overnight (with pick-up at 7AM). I am available all weekend. Safety & Environment ~ In my home, your pet becomes part of the crew. I have two very friendly, well-socialized cats (you could be a robber and they’d still flop on their backs and ask for belly rubs all the same! 😂) and a playful (yet very respectful) Shiba Inu puppy who loves making new friends, while understanding boundaries. I take introductions slow and make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. My neighborhood is walkable and safe. I’m right down the street from the police station, fire station, local vet, and S.T. Morrison Park! Which means lots of fun walks, fresh air, and enrichment time! (I’m all about protective safeguards and organization, so living in close proximity to aid and community enrichment was a must for me :) 🙌 I stick closely to your pet’s normal routine: feeding schedules, potty breaks, medications, cuddle preferences, crate time, you name it. I adjust to their vibe and your instruction.

About: I began providing pet care at 13 years old, starting with friends and family before expanding through social media to serve a wide range of clients. My experience includes dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding, medication administration, enrichment, and personalized care. What began as a passion has grown into a trusted, professional pet care service. For more about my background, visit me at Jet Set Pet Care. Animal care is intentionally built into my daily and weekly routine to ensure consistency and reliability for every client. I structure my schedule around morning, midday, and evening care windows to accommodate feeding times, walks, litter maintenance, and enrichment visits. I limit bookings to maintain quality and punctuality, allowing me to provide attentive, unrushed care. Weekly planning includes route organization, client communication, and follow-ups to ensure each pet’s needs are met. Pet care is not a side task for me — it is a priority and a structured part of my routine. I tailor my care based on each pet’s routine, personality, and the specific service requested. In a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their normal schedule to reduce stress — including feeding, fresh water, walks, litter box cleaning, medication if needed, enrichment, and plenty of affection. I closely monitor behavior, appetite, and overall well-being and provide detailed updates with photos.

I am currently working a flexible part time job and have plenty of time to help with your furbabies! Afternoon and evenings work well for me and my household but I am available as needed. I have a fenced in back yard. We have 4 dogs and a cat. I do not bring other male dogs into my home since our oldest male is a jealous guy.
About: I have grown up with all kinds of animals from horses to dogs and understand the responsibility or taking care of animals and their unique needs. I understand the importance of providing a safe and stress free environment for the pets and owners! I am a full time college student my hours are pretty flexible and as open to dog sit on weekends and walk during the week days when I am not in classes! My goal is to create a stress free environment for the animal and parent. I make sure to stay attentive to needs of the animal to keep it as safe and happy as possible. By treating every pet as my own I want to be trusting and reliable for their owners.
About: I’ve taken care of a dog ever since I was 8, I love to be around animals and can’t wait to expand my pet caring experience! I am currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pets! My schedule can be pretty flexible to fit your needs! I will almost always be available if you need to contact me while I am taking care of your pets, and will do whatever you instruct me to!
About: to be blunt: I love animals. I treat them like kids, they need attention and love. I'll make sure your pet feels cared about while you're away! I'm currently only volunteering and working on coding in my free time so i'm very flexible and available! I build my schedule around the animals I am caring for, whether that's ensuring I have time for midday play breaks, afternoon walks, or late night cuddling time, I will make sure to communicate that I am able to be there and show up for your pet. I take a calm, safety-first approach in every single home I enter. I like to follow routines, and I will follow yours to a T. I always ensure that doors and gates are closed and secured, and I always check in to see if anything seems off. In my home, pets get a quiet, low-stress environment with lots of supervision.

“My dog Chloe immediately took to Ty's calm good nature. Ty has great communication and proved to be an excellent dog-sitter! He went above and beyond when he watched her an extra night and day while we were stranded from a snow storm. Would highly recommend him!”

Once she had Contess she followed up with me constantly, took my girl on multiple walks, sent me pictures and videos and Countess loves her and Humby (the other cute pup she was also sitting in her home).”

“Christian was wonderful! Extremely responsive, easy to contact, friendly, and organized. He sent us updates throughout the stay and we felt very relaxed knowing our dog was in good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Kenneth and his son were terrific dog sitters, my 2 dogs were well kept, took many walks and were very happy. First time to Iowa and they were very welcoming, definitely will book them again.”
