About: I am an avid animal lover who worked as a vet tech for five years. My spouse and teenage girls are also animal lovers! We LOVE to have animal visitors! We have small dogs of our own who enjoy making new pet friends. I am a full-time nurse with very flexible hours and my spouse is home all summer! About: I helped take care of my family’s two senior cats. I assisted in giving them medications, cleaning their ears, and grooming their matted fur. About: I love all types of pets. I’m very affectionate, attentive to details, responsible, high energy. Pets make me feel less anxious and I love them in my lap I am available any after before 8 am and after 4 pm for a walk or feed the pets. All day during the weekends to watch them. Any day during the week for overnight care I take them everyday once a day and let them go outside to pee and poo because I have a danced yard. I feed my dog twice a day, and give a bath every 2 weeks. I these her every other day. Control fleas and worm every month, and take her for nail trim every 3 weeks.

About: I’ve taken care of fur babies of all kinds since before I could walk. I grew up with a dog and cat always in tow. I lived in the country, so learned fast that the world can be hard for an animal, thus beginning my rehab ‘career’. As I got older, I pet sat for neighbors and family friends. In my mid 20s I trained as a vet tech, prepping animals for surgery, giving vaccinations, nail trims, etc. Until the ISU Wildlife Clinic closed, I volunteered there, learning more care for wild native animals. About: I have personally had a pet or 3 since I was 13 years old. I begged for a cat for years and once I got one, I never have been without at least one pet. I have been volunteering with the ARL since 2005. I have had 30+ foster dogs through them as well. I just love animals. I do have weekends blocked but just ask about availability! I am retired. I enjoy going for walks with dogs and depending on the dog spending time outside in my fenced in backyard. I have a 6 foot fence. Your dog will have the ability to be part of our family and our family pets are on our furniture. We do separate our home animals, fosters and house guests at night. About: I am an avid animal lover who worked as a vet tech for five years. My spouse and teenage girls are also animal lovers! We LOVE to have animal visitors! We have small dogs of our own who enjoy making new pet friends. I am a full-time nurse with very flexible hours and my spouse is home all summer! My teenagers are also available to help with our guests. We have a fenced in yard, and love to take our dogs for walks. Our dogs are very friendly with other cats and dogs. We have a special needs dog, so we are very comfortable with giving medications and other special needs.
“I think Missy has got to be the best sitter my dog Bella has ever had. Not only did Missy welcome the challenge of a spicy chihuahua but she mastered it. By the end she let her hold her! And if any of you are owners of little anxious dogs you know this is a big deal!! Missy also did a great job communicating with us and sending tons of photos which we appreciated. Having Bella stay with Missy made us feel at ease, allowing us to enjoy our trip to the fullest knowing Bella was in good hands.
