About: I have had a lot of experience with dogs over the years and am just getting started with pet sitting. My priority is providing a safe and caring home for your pup while they are in my care. I currently have a yellow lab mix who loves other dogs. I have some experience with high energy dogs, nervous dogs, giving medicines, and helping finicky dogs eat. I work full time, but have a flexible job that will allow me to let your dog out as needed. Our routine includes three walks a day so I will make sure your pup is exercised. I am home evenings to spend with your dog. Weekends are the best times for me to board and your pup will be sure to get a lovely walk or hike! About: I grew up caring for dogs my entire life so far, and cats/exotic animals later on. I had a golden retriever from ages 0-10, two Bichon Shih Tzu mixes from ages 11 into my late teen years, and a mini golden doodle and Bichon poodle mix from my teens until i moved out at 18. I also grew up keeping exotic animals since age 8 with help from my parents, and started caring for them on my own since age 16. I have kept frogs, toads, an anole, and even a praying mantis! My partner and I currently have a Husky/German shepherd mix, 3 cats, a bearded dragon, a red eared turtle, a day gecko, and an american toad. I am well versed in caring for all kinds of reptiles and amphibians of all habitats, including arboreal/tropical, desert, aquatic, etc. When it comes to feedings, any kind of feeders/bugs don’t scare me😅. I currently work part-time, and am a full time student. I am doing online college, and working towards a business management degree. About: I’ve taken care of fur babies of all kinds since before I could walk. I grew up with a dog and cat always in tow. I lived in the country, so learned fast that the world can be hard for an animal, thus beginning my rehab ‘career’. As I got older, I pet sat for neighbors and family friends. In my mid 20s I trained as a vet tech, prepping animals for surgery, giving vaccinations, nail trims, etc. Until the ISU Wildlife Clinic closed, I volunteered there, learning more care for wild native animals. I have been an animal my whole life and am now devoted to taking care and improving their lives. I do have a full time job but I start late in the day. About: I used to work as a certified dog trainer and managed a daycare / boarding facility for 2 years. I was an employee there for longer. 12 hour days every day with dogs of all types. I know how to administer medications, including insulin. I also know how to handle myself in emergency situations, I've learned dog first aid and I've broken up fights in my time that would've been deadly if I wasn't there. I am currently a general contractor making my schedule very open, my wife loves helping with pets of all kinds as well which allows for more care opportunities. The only thing that wouldn't likely work would be multiple days of house sitting IF I am not able to leave for 3-4 hours at a time. I have a hard time spending an extended amount of time not being able to see my infant son! I'll do whatever someone wants for their pet, assuming it's reasonable. About: I’ve watched many dogs and two cats over the past 4 years usually over family friend vacations. I’ve worked with reactive dogs as well as two young puppies. I spoil my dogs and would be happy to treat your pets with just as much love! I am a part time college student so I have a TON of time to pet sit! As I prepare for dental school in the fall, I will also be free for summer work. I love staying with dogs in either an environment they are used to or my own depending on what the pet parent prefers! There is a fenced in dog park behind my apartment that is never occupied where I run around with dogs. If it is occupied, I would walk around the park nearby with lots to smell on the trail. I also love giving dog baths, so that could totally be included!
About: I have been a dog walker at the ARL for 3 years. I have also taken care of many teachers, friends, and neighbors pets. As well as taken care of my school pets! I have had 2 dogs, 4 cats, 5 guinea pigs, and many other pets! I work at a veterinary clinic and have kennel shifts a few times throughout the week in the morning and evening. I am also a college student so I have classes. Aside from that I am available and fully willing to work around whatever I need ! I am a deep lover of animals. I have loved animals all my life, and I decided to pursue this love by doing all kinds of volunteer work. I have worked at the ARL as a volunteer for 3 years. I am going into college for animal ecology, and eventually going into vet school to study proper care for animals. About: I have had a passion and love for animals since I was young. I enjoy spending time and playing with animals. I have had experience with animals my whole life. I love taking my dog on walks and playing with him when I am home from school. I have taken care and watched many of my friends and neighbors pets. During visits, I make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, whether that’s going on walks, playing with their favorite toys, or just keeping them company so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I have experience working with dogs and cats of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I’m comfortable handling both high-energy dogs that need lots of activity as well as more relaxed or older dogs who prefer a slower pace. About: I’ve dog sat for multiple dogs in the past and love getting to bring them to the different places around the area especially the dog park, hiking trails, and stores that allow pets inside! I also would love to treat your pup to pup cups from Starbucks, Scooters, and Dunkin Dounts! I have dog sat for families overnight before and am comfortable with staying at the home. I also have cats of my own and would love to care for your cat as well! I currently work Tuesdays through Fridays with a very flexible schedule in between! My weekends are usually pretty my open and I can work with your pets schedules during my work day as I am able to move my lunch around. I am able to stay overnight with your pets any night of the week, take them on any length of walk, and spend time with them outdoors either in your backyard or at the dog park. I also love to cuddle up with your furry friends and give them the TLC they desire! I also am able to give medications, provide treats, brushing, baths and feeding. I also am comfortable cleaning up after them as well!
About: I’ve been taking care of my dogs since high school and have taken care of family friends pets as well over the years. I love animals and I love taking care of them. I am currently on summer break from school, and trying to keep myself busy this summer with a job before I have to go back. About: I have had a lot of experience with dogs over the years and am just getting started with pet sitting. My priority is providing a safe and caring home for your pup while they are in my care. I currently have a yellow lab mix who loves other dogs. I have some experience with high energy dogs, nervous dogs, giving medicines, and helping finicky dogs eat. I work full time, but have a flexible job that will allow me to let your dog out as needed. Our routine includes three walks a day so I will make sure your pup is exercised. I am home evenings to spend with your dog. Weekends are the best times for me to board and your pup will be sure to get a lovely walk or hike! I have a comfortable and dog friendly apartment and access to a fenced yard/private dog park to play in.
