This was our first time using Rover on a recommendation of a friend, first time leaving him with a stranger, first time for an extended period. Lots of firsts and we were a little nervous. This whole experience could not have gone better! Telly and Carlos visited with us once before the stay to meet and make sure they all click, and to see him interact with them and other dogs. Right after we left him they made Barney feel obviously completely at home, wholeheartedly embraced him, all whitnessed by daily funny pictures and updates. And while he can get aggressive with big dogs he does not know, he made friends with a bigger dog while there. Overall great experience. Truly wonderful dog lovers and dog sitters. About: I grew up with always having at least one dog and several cats at the same time, so I am used to a little pet chaos! Currently a cat mom to 3 cats, and am a self-proclaimed cat whisperer. I love making stranger cats my new friend, and have never met a kitty I didn't think was adorable. About: I’m not doing this as a side hobby—I live this every day with my own pets. I understand behavior, energy levels, and how to keep animals calm, happy, and cared for. Your pet won’t just be watched—they’ll be understood, respected, and spoiled (in the best way). Because I work from home, I’m around throughout the day and can easily build pet care into my daily routine. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to handle feedings, walks, and playtime consistently while making sure your pet gets plenty of attention and care. I have a fenced in yard and my 3 dogs play well with others,I also have 2 cats but they stay in one part of the house and usually let the digs do thsir own thing.
About: I grew up with a sweet dachshund and have been a dog-lover ever since! Andrew and I both work from home full time, and that makes us the go-to pet sitter for neighbors and friends. We’ve had experience with both active dogs and those that might need a little more care and patience. We love having a new friend around to keep us company! We both work fully remote jobs and therefore can give your fur-baby all the attention they may need! We always aim to go out at least 4 times a day, but can adhere to your pet’s specific schedule. We offer flexible boarding availability throughout the week and weekends. For any weekend bookings, we do ask that your pet be comfortable being alone for at least a couple of hours since there may be instances where we will be out of the house running errands. While we don’t currently have any pets of our own, our pet-friendly apartment will cater to your furry friend’s comfort. We live on the Beltline making it the perfect setting for long walks or quick potty breaks. We’re more than happy to accommodate your pet’s needs, whether it is crating them or something else.
