About: A pup in my care is treated like my own. I typically will take them out and about such as the trail near my home, lots of loving and stern understanding through our time together. I work from home so I have all the time in the world to walk the pup every two hours, feedings through the day and scratches behind the ear often. I live alone with a fenced in backyard with cameras in and outside my home. The pup is allowed on the couch and bed. Your pup will be comfortable in a smokeless home.

About: I’m pretty active, so if you have a high-energy dog, I love running around, playing tag in the backyard, and tug-of-war (until I win 😌—gotta build my noodle arm strength somehow). I also have a 16-year-old Yorkie Terrier, so I’m very used to frequent potty breaks, gentle encouragement with eating and drinking, and being attentive to mood or behavior changes. He’s bed bound now and still friendly. He just has arthritis. I understand that your pet isn’t just a pet—they’re your baby. That’s exactly how I treat my own, and I’ll care for yours with the same love, patience, and respect. For added convenience, I also offer pickup and drop-off services if needed—just let me know and we can coordinate what works best for you! About: I’ve never had a time in my life where I didn’t have a pet. I’ve lived with up to four dogs of all different breeds and ages, and I’ve owned two cats in my life. I’ve also fostered two dogs and one cat! I’ve done some minor training with my own pets, like simple “sit,” “shake,” and “stay” commands. I even got my cat to do a couple tricks! I started petsitting for family members and neighbors a few years ago, and I look forward to making new furry friends! I’m a PhD student working on my dissertation, so I’m always looking for things to add to my day that give me a break from writing! I usually write while I keep an eye on my own pets, and use playtime and walks as an excuse to take a break from my work. For daycare, I have a fenced in yard with spacious room for play and exploration. I also have plenty of space indoors to relax and nap, and the option to kennel if that’s desired. My house is also home to one cat and two dogs, with enough room to keep everyone separate or to socialize as desired. For drop-in visits, I’m timely with feedings and potty needs, and I’m well in tune with an animal’s changing needs. I love playing with pets to give them some enrichment time, or to just chill if they’re feeling more like a low-key hangout. I have used Rover before and understand the worry and missing of one's pet so I am quick to respond as well as send pictures cause who doesn't like pictures! I live near a park that has a dog park as well so we can spend some time walking the park and romp around. Since I don't have a yard and live in a townhome, I usually take out dogs every couple of hours especially if they are larger. My dog has his own vacation during the week so for boarding and daycare Monday through Thursday means your pup gets all my attention. Yay! My jobs allow for flexible schedule, working hybrid as well. It allows for plenty of breaks to take your dog outside for a walk and play. For house sitting, I will make sure to treat it with the upmost respect and care. In my own home, I live in a 2 story townhome ans although I don't have a yard, it means more walks around the neighborhood and being taken to the parks.

“Chrissie looked after our dog Sheila from Jan 5-Jan 16. Chrissie is a wonderful person and did a great job with Sheila. She sent us pix and updates while we were on our trip. When I picked up Sheila she was happy to see me. However, after greeting me, she turned to Chrissie and did the same to her. It looked sort of like divided loyalties. About: A pup in my care is treated like my own. I typically will take them out and about such as the trail near my home, lots of loving and stern understanding through our time together. I work from home so I have all the time in the world to walk the pup every two hours, feedings through the day and scratches behind the ear often. I live alone with a fenced in backyard with cameras in and outside my home. The pup is allowed on the couch and bed. Your pup will be comfortable in a smokeless home.
