About: I’m pretty active, so if you have a high-energy dog, I love running around, playing tag in the backyard, and tug-of-war (until I win 😌—gotta build my noodle arm strength somehow). I also have a 16-year-old Yorkie Terrier, so I’m very used to frequent potty breaks, gentle encouragement with eating and drinking, and being attentive to mood or behavior changes. He’s bed bound now and still friendly. He just has arthritis. I understand that your pet isn’t just a pet—they’re your baby. “Let me say, Aaliyah was AMAZING! This was the first time my dog has stayed with someone who wasn’t family. Rocke is 9 years old and doesn’t like much change to his routine. He’s timid and takes a while to warm up. The first day or so, he had an upset tummy due to his anxiety and Aaliyah was so patient with him. She kept me informed with pictures and videos. About: I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and genuinely enjoy caring for them. I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels. I understand that every dog has their own routine, so I take the time to follow feeding schedules, exercise needs, house rules, and any special instructions. I’m patient, attentive, and focused on making dogs feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I also have experience caring for older dogs and understand the extra patience and attention senior pups may need. A typical day is based around your dog’s normal routine. That can include morning and evening walks, regular potty breaks, meals at their usual times, play sessions, enrichment, relaxation, and plenty of individual attention. I adjust activities to each dog’s age and energy level—whether that means an active day with lots of exercise or a more relaxed environment for a senior pup. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my priority. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, medication, crate, and household instructions provided by owners. I supervise pets closely, keep their environment clean and secure, and take introductions slowly when other dogs are involved. I’m also happy to send regular photos and updates so you can relax knowing your pup is safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention.
