“Olivia was great, I left my miniature schnauzer with her for a week. She sent pictures every day of her where she looked like she was having a great time with her two small dogs. I would definitely recommend Olivia to take care of your pets, she did an awesome job.”

“Nikki and her family were great! My golden needed medication through out the day and they stayed on top of it with ease! She sent constant photos and updates of my dog. Great first experience using a sitter on River and would recommend Nikki and her family to anyone!”

“Gloria is a great sitter. She has a nice back yard with doggy door and is very responsive. She was able to accommodate all of my dog’s needs and sent me updates. Highly recommend!”

“Great visit. Pups were happy and in great spirits when we picked them up. Tyila was quick with communication and easy to work with. Her home is perfectly dog friendly and we loved seeing picture updates!”
“Kayla is the best. She showed patience and understanding for my furbaby whom never stayed with anyone before. He received lots of love and got a chance to have a play date.”

“If I could give more stars for Carly, I would. We were worried about someone taking care of our beloved pet Chase. He's a Vizsla, if anyone knows about this breed knows that they're very attached to their owners and many times suffers from separation anxiety as ours does. We are retired so we spent every day with him, and rarely live him alone. For our 41 wedding anniversary, we decided to go on a cruise so we spent a lot of time thinking about what to do with Chase, but we were lucky to find the best person for the job Carly and her husband. Were a lot better than we expected. Can't recommend highly enough to anyone who is in a similar situation. Thank you Carly for the bottom of our hearts for taking good care of Chase. Everything went perfect in our vacation thanks to you, and your love and dedication to Chase. Respectfully, Haby and Cristina”

“Debbie was great....she gave us regular updates on Roodles. She took very care of our dog....we were very impressed. She even had a meet and greet in the beginning to meet roodles....we felt very comfortable leaving Roodles with her. Our dog is scared of fireworks and Debbie comforted her and got her through it on NY eve”

“Once again Jennifer and her family did a wonderful job of taking care of my dogs. I always have complete confidence leaving my dogs with Jennifer. I even worry they might not want to come home with me. Lol I highly recommend Jennifer for all your boarding needs.”

“Our kitty Elliott had a wonderful stay with Rebecca! We were receiving constant updates, and he looked like he was right at home. Would recommend to anyone looking to board their fur baby.”

“Kara took such great care of our dogs! She took us very last minute and was very accommodating! She offered pick up and drop off as well as grooming and bathing for both which I am extremely grateful for! The doggies came back happy, smelling good, looking fresh and well cared for! Definitely recommend and will be booking again!”

“Sandra and Mark were so amazing with my two babies that they didn’t even want to come home, seriously! Sandra even found treats that my picky eater actually likes. I’d give them 100 stars if I could. The communication was excellent and we were able to enjoy our trip to the beach knowing our babies were in good hands.”

“Tinkie had the best vacation here! Friendly playmates and lovely family who gave her undivided attention. She came home happy and relaxed. Anna sent constant updates and photos. 100% will use Anna for all future sits💕.”

“Kept me informed daily about how my dog was doing. Loved getting the pics she sent. Was flexible when my flight was cancelled and had no issues with taking care of my dog an additional day.”
“Amber was fantastic! My dog Nora really enjoyed her time with Amber and her family. Amber's communication was excellent—she was quick to respond and kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the stay. It's clear that Amber genuinely loves caring for animals, and I felt completely at ease knowing Nora was in such great hands. I will definitely be reaching out to Amber again the next time I need a dog sitter. Highly recommend!”

“First time leaving my baby, Kai, with a sitter in Columbus. Couldn't have made a better sitter selection. Selau was wonderful from their first meeting at dropoff, I could tell Kai felt comfortable with her. I had no worries while Kai was in Selau's care. Wonderful sitting, I have found my Columbus sitter. Will definitely use again and recommend.”

“Heather is amazing! Super welcoming and friendly. She was really prompt responding before and during the sitting. We got pictures without having to ask and our pup was obviously well taken care of. She’s highly qualified, would definitely use her services anytime and highly recommend!”

“Mrs Catherine is the best person that took care of my golden doodle and this’s priceless to me. I really love that she was sending pictures and videos every single day and updating me on how Karol was doing. Please Do not hesitate to contact her for the care of your pet, as she will provide excellent care. She’ll be my dog sitter on our upcoming vacations.”

“Alex was great! She gave updates on how her interaction with my cattos went. She also went above and beyond when l asked if she could return to my home to turn the heat on after her visit had ended meant everything. 🥹 Very quick responses and cared for my cattos as if they were hers. Thank you!”

About: I have grown up taking care of numerous animals, including inside dogs and hunting dogs, bearded dragons, fish, cats, birds, etc. I also frequently pet sit for friends and family when needed, and have been doing so for years! ❤️ I am currently working part time, usually from 4:30-9:30 throughout the week and on Saturdays (besides Mondays). I am also in school at CSU, but classes are over for the Summer 😊 I have a fenced in backyard with a lot of room to run and play as well as a friendly poodle to keep your babies company (they can be easily separated if needed) !! At clients homes, it varies depending on the client’s request. However, I do love going outside with the dogs as well as being cuddled up watching tv with them☺️
About: I’ve been asked to pet sit for a variety of pets over the years. Anywhere from cats and dogs to bearded dragons and horses! I’m a quick learner and can adapt just as fast to match whatever needs are required. I also own a mixed dog and an orange tabby cat myself. I’d love to get to be surrounded by fur babies as much as possible! I love to let the critters set the pace when getting to know me. I believe there needs to be an established bond of trust before anything else. And I LOVE to love on them once they let me! I can never get enough pets and snuggles! I want them to feel as though I’m a friend and family member rather than a stranger. And the same goes for their human parents too! I love to connect with my clientele and keep them updated as much as possible to ensure they feel confident that their babies are taken care of :)

“Polly had her first visit with Ms. Debbie and it was a success. Communication was awesome. Drop off and pick up was super easy. Received an update and photo of my pup during the visit. Just an all around great experience. Highly recommended.”

About: Your baby will have my sole attention as I only board one dog at a time, unless other pets are from the same family. I have experience taking care of dogs of all ages, puppies and older. I have given senior care to all of my wonderful dogs in my past. Currently, I have no pets. I have worked with House Sitters America for years. I spent two weeks in Albuquerque, NM, taking care of two big dogs in the pet owners’ home. The owners left on vacation and hired me to take care of their pets and home while they were gone. I have also spent two weeks twice in Cheyenne, WY, taking care of two small dogs while the parents were away. They hired me in the winter, then again in the summer. I have hired Rover sitters for many years, all over the United States - from Washington State to Maine, to Texas, and to Georgia, as I traveled, and I know what I appreciated from each sitter and will give you the same care and services. I am retired so have plenty of time to take care of your beautiful pets. I love dogs and they will feel right at home with me. I have a spacious, fenced-in yard where they can run freely - always under my supervision. I also have a small fenced, grassy, doggy area with a doggy door on the side of my house. I will spend most of my time with your pet. They entertain me as much as I entertain them.
“This was Polly's first visit with Olivia and it was awesome. Drop off and pick up was super easy. Olivia was very attentive and caring to Polly. She shared updates and pictures during the visit. Just an overall great experience. I would highly recommend Olivia to care for your pet. We will be rebooking soon. Thanks so much!”

About: As a stay at home mom, I can assure that your fur baby will receive all of the love, attention, care, and interaction they could want or need! 💛. We have a large backyard and my kids and are I are around all day to let them out (or in) whenever they want. Our whole family loves animals of all kinds so we aren’t just limited to dogs and cats. We have years of experience with all kinds of pets and are looking forward to loving on yours! Our current menagerie includes: Islay- a sweet tempered 3yo Brittany who loves to run. She is great with other dogs and loves to be chased, but can also be super chill with dogs that are on the calmer side. Bingo- a 10yo humungous Ragdoll cat, who mostly sleeps and lays around all day—sometimes gracing us with his presence for ear scratches. Mayhem- a spry 2yo cat that adopted us after hitching a ride under my car (unbeknownst to me) as a kitten. He is sweet and playful but spends most of his time outside—coming in to eat then begging to be let out again. Ellie- a 3yo very friendly bearded dragon. Paul- a 1yo beautiful ball python. Ollie- a 1yo shy but gorgeous leopard gecko. And 7 chickens all named after First Ladies. I am a stay at home mom so, unless I’m dropping kids off at school or taking them to practice I’m home all day to meet the needs of your precious ones! I have a fully fenced in back yard with lots of space to roam, run, and sniff. Since I’m home all day, I’m able to let pups out whenever they want or need!
About: I have experience with a variety of pet sitting jobs, and in my previous Home Health Care work, part of my responsibilities included caring for clients’ pets. I’ve also volunteered at animal shelters, providing daily care, attention, and love to animals while they wait for their forever homes. Currently, I’m working toward a trainer certificate to further enhance my skills and provide the best care and guidance for pets. I have an amazing and flexible job working from home, so I’m able to provide care fairly easily in between my calls for work. I am usually at home and am dedicated to providing company and the best care needed for your pet individually. I also respect my clients pets and I do not board other clients animals at the same time. I do one family in my home at a time because you never know how a pet could interact with another person’s pet in a negative way. Regardless of what your needs are, please don’t hesitate to ask me! We can work together to create a plan that’s easy for both you and your pet. I take the time to learn your pet’s personality, routine, and preferences so that I can provide care that feels just like home. Their happiness, comfort, and safety are always my top priority, and I’ll make sure they feel loved and secure while you’re away.
“Ben and Nikki took great care of my pups. Very friendly and responsive. My pups had a great time and so enjoyed their lazy days and playing with the kids. Highly recommend this family to take care of your pups.”
“My luna adjusted amazingly! You could tell instantly Donald was a dog lover. He has a perfect spot for my protective Luna. She loved Donald. All the way 5 star visit.”

Would love to help take care of your animals while you are away or unable to. I'm a single stay at home mom of 2 wonderful little boys. So I do have a flexible schedule for the most part. I am home the majority of the time. I have a shih tzu that can keep your fur baby company as well as 2 little boys whom love animals. I can take your pets on walks through the neighborhood. I can easily crate smaller animals. I would need larger animal crates provided for me. I can keep them at my home or check in on them at your home as well. Will feed, water, potty break, and play with your lovely fur babies! I stay at home with my children, so we are able to keep your fur babies company the majority of the time! About: Please take a moment to read this before you send a doggy daycare request: **Doggy Daycare/Pack walks** Any pups that are dog friendly and trained on and off leash can attend. Your pup joins other well mannered pups on a weekly walk/adventure. We explore new places, practice proper socialization skills, and practice real world training experiences, This is offered Monday-Friday and a minimum of three days per week is required. Drop off/pick up services included! - Growing up I always had a cat or dog around. I have also taken care of countless of dogs and cats along the way- whether they were a stray I picked up, a family’s, friend’s, or neighbor’s. I’ve always had a passion for animals more specifically dogs. For three years I worked at a dog training/boarding facility as a kennel technician and a trainer. I was taught how to efficiently care for 25+ dogs at a time in a kennel environment. My responsibilities included taking dogs outside at specific times, feeding, administering medication, prioritizing safety, keeping kennels, and the dogs clean. Within the first couple of months working as a kennel technician I quickly developed a love for dog training and soon was promoted and worked as a trainer at the facility. I learned multiple ways to teach dogs different skills, work through behavioral issues, and how to better help owners understand and communicate with their dogs. From there I went on to work at a local dog park/bar for just about three years as well. I closely monitored the dogs in the park to make sure they were playing in a fair and safe manner. I had to be able to read the dogs in the park and deescalate possible tension between dogs to prevent any scuffles or accidents. After the dog park closed I have gotten back into dog training again and have recently started a pack walking service. I’ve also been here on rover since 2022! As of right now I’m doing Rover full time! However I do run a structured pack walk with dogs I’ve trained or have received previous training in the mornings and I also train Board and trains at my house/on pack walks. My schedule is open for early morning drop ins/walks, mid day, and evenings. I can do drop ins multiple times a day but please keep in mind I do not stay overnight. I can board your pup(s) overnight at my house if they have received training previously by another trainer or if they have been trained by me. I provide loving care in the comfort of your pet’s own space! When we leave for trips or go to work it can often cause our pets to feel anxious or stressed and taking them away from the home they find most comforting can often worsen these feelings, especially in very chaotic environments like conventional boarding facilities. By keeping them in their own environment it can be more comforting than boarding them away from your home. This may also be more comforting for you too! For boarding your pup must be kennel trained for when I briefly the house and for meal times! However if your pup is boarding with me they will usually be out free roaming with my pups while I’m home and they will join me on my weekly pack walks as well! Safety and comfort are my top priority when it comes to pet sitting. Finding someone you can trust is very hard. I will try my very best to keep you as updated as possible by sending as many photos as I can as well as on every rover drop in card I will leave a description about what we did during the drop in so you aren’t left hanging! On walks I will do everything in my power to make sure your dog is safe and gets the time they need to sniff, explore, and do their business. I can drop in a few times a day if you are out of town or if you work long shifts and you’d prefer your pup to stay at home. I drop by and give potty breaks, food, water, play time, exercise, whatever your best friend may need I will try my best to provide it!

About: My name is Johnnica and I homeschool my daughters that are 10 and 12. We have a Goldendoodle named Penny and a German Shepherd named Roxy that we adore and we’d love the opportunity to love on your pet! We are a military family and understand how difficult it can be to find a loving environment for your fur babies when you’re traveling. Allow us the opportunity to play with your pets daily. We are rarely gone from home so your pets will receive plenty of loving attention. We have 6 acres they will love to explore with our guidance and under our supervision. We’ve had the experience of watching many friends pets over the years and have always enjoyed them in our home. Thank you for looking at us for your pet sitting needs! We are a homeschooling family so we are rarely gone from home. We do attend church on Sundays and have occasional classes (theater and piano) which require us to be away generally for less than 2 hours. We feed our pets twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. We let our dogs out multiple times each day to play and potty.
However, I do love going outside with the dogs as well as being cuddled up watching tv with them☺️
About: As a stay at home mom, I can assure that your fur baby will receive all of the love, attention, care, and interaction they could want or need!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was little. I recently lost my dog who was almost 16 years old. So I am used to caring for elderly dogs as well and the challenges that come with it like medications, helping them with stairs, etc. I really enjoy spending quality time with the dogs and keeping them company. It’s currently off season for my job so my days are pretty free. I am really flexible from May to Sept. I will do my best to be able to accommodate with your needs. I live in a home with a big fenced in back yard. I do not have any other pets at home so there’s no need to worry your pet does not get along with others.
About: Experience includes growing up with a mini farm to raising sugar gliders in college and now having my two yorkiepoo fur babies for the last 6 years. My toddler son and I have been doing drop in visits for our neighbors dogs for a couple years now and really enjoy the cuddles and play time! I’m a SAHM so my schedule is pretty open 7 days a week for drop by visits to include walks, potty breaks and play time. Having an open schedule makes it easy to pop over to your home to let your furry loved ones out to stretch their legs, be fed, play some ball, get tummy rubs or for walks. My two small sons are always with me but one spends most of his day snoozing while my 2 year old toddler would love nothing more than to throw the ball 100 or more times for your furry friend.

I’ve always loved dogs and taking care of them we how our own dog and love to have other dogs over they play all day and have fun and have company. Pet care fits really naturally into my daily life. I work full-time during the day, but I always make time for morning and afternoon walks. My husband is home most of the day, so there’s usually someone around to give love, playtime, and potty breaks even if he steps out for a few hours. We have a sweet 4-year-old pup of our own and a playful 3-year-old child, so our home is full of fun and energy. With a big fenced-in yard, there’s plenty of safe space for running, playing, and exploring. Caring for dogs is just part of our everyday routine, and we love it! In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. They get plenty of love, playtime, and attention throughout the day, along with safe outdoor time in our large fenced yard. I make sure they stay on their usual feeding and potty schedule, and they’re always included in our daily walks and play.

About: I have over 15 years of hands on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. My experience includes German Shepherds, Chihuahuas, Pit Bulls, Australian Cattle Dogs (Blue Heelers), Bull Terriers, Cane Corsos, and Boston Terriers. I am comfortable with large, powerful breeds as well as small companion dogs. In addition to caring for family pets and dogs belonging to friends and neighbors, I was entrusted with the care of the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team (3ABCT), 1st Armored Division Bulldog Mascot while Soldiers were away for training. This experience required reliability, consistency, and attention to the dog’s daily needs and well-being. As a military veteran, I understand the importance of responsibility, trust, and clear communication. I treat every dog as if they were my own and strive to provide a safe, loving, and stress free environment while their owners are away. Pet care is already a regular part of my daily routine. I plan my schedule around feeding times, walks, exercise, playtime, and ensuring pets receive the attention and care they need throughout the day. With over 15 years of experience caring for dogs of various breeds and sizes, providing a safe, structured, and loving environment has become second nature to me. As a military veteran, I value consistency, reliability, and attention to detail. Whether caring for my own pets or those entrusted to me, I make sure they receive plenty of exercise, affection, supervision, and routine care. I enjoy spending time outdoors, which makes daily walks and active play a natural part of my lifestyle. Pet care is not an interruption to my routine, it is something I genuinely enjoy and prioritize every day. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a secure fenced yard for supervised outdoor play and two friendly, well socialized dogs who can provide companionship if your dog enjoys interacting with others. I understand that every pet has different needs and personalities, so I take the time to follow your instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and routines. Pets in my care are treated like family and receive plenty of attention, affection, and supervision throughout the day. If your dog prefers their own space, I can easily separate or crate them when needed to ensure a safe, stress free environment for everyone.
