About: I recently lost my doggy friend of 11 years. I have experience with elderly and sickly pups. I will handle your pup with the same care that I took care of mine. I work from home full time, so I am able to provide plenty of potty breaks and walks if required. We have a large back yard that is fenced in for play as well. I have a fenced back yard. I grew up with German Shepherds so I am very comfortable with bigger dogs, but also love a small dog too :) I work full-time, but am available every Wednesday guaranteed. I have 3 cats and 1 dog myself, and other family members even have whole reptile rooms. Needless to say, I’m an avid animal lover and owner. I do currently work part-time! With enough notice however, It’s fairly easy for me to make time for pet sitting, dog walking, bathroom breaks, etc. Animals are a priority. I am very communicative. If by any chance I run into any questions or bumps in the road, I will give a phone call or send a text message. I never want any pet parents to be “out of the loop.” I work very well with treat training or praise. If I need to crate an animal, I prefer positive reinforcement. I treat animals how I would want to be treated! I love meeting dogs or cats first to establish some trust or a comfortable relationship. A decent conversation with an owner would work as well.

I also have an 8-year-old cat, so I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, including kittens. I’m happy to accommodate your pet’s routine, including morning walks, potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins. When caring for your pet, I prioritize their safety, comfort, and individual needs. I’m experienced with both dogs and cats, including pets who require extra attention or special care. I’ll follow your instructions closely and make sure your pet is comfortable in their own home. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos during visits so you know your fur baby is doing well.

“Leaving our dogs with someone outside of family is always a bit nerve-wracking—this was only our second time doing so—but Taurus completely eased our minds from day one. Throughout their stay Taurus kept us updated with frequent messages, photos, and videos. Our dogs looked so visibly happy and comfortable in every single picture and video, which allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our trip. What really set Taurus apart, though, was how incredibly accommodating and empathetic they were when things didn't go according to plan. We were scheduled to pick up our dogs at 8:00 PM, but our flight was delayed by over four hours due to a severe tornado watch in Philadelphia. Taurus was amazingly understanding, reassuring, and continued to take wonderful care of our babies until we could safely get back. Both the drop-off and pickup processes were seamless and stress-free. To top it all off, Taurus even packed cute "Pooch and Chop" to-go snack bags for the dogs' ride home! That extra touch of thoughtfulness speaks volumes about how much they genuinely care about the pets in their stay. We cannot recommend Taurus enough. “Langston was awesome with our boy Buddha (170lb Boerboel). Unfortunately a few days before Buddha was scheduled to have his visit with Langston, our boy had an allergic reaction which caused us to change his food along with an ear infection. Langston was diligent in the cleaning of his ears and with updating us with regards to his stomach/ stool condition. His attentiveness and care for our boy is more than enough of a reason to use him again for any of our boarding needs. I definitely recommend him!”
