“Just wanted to get on here and say I highly recommend Reyna and her husband, our story is a bit different, you see we have, my husband and I , a cane corso mix with pit male dog Moses. . He’s my baby and my what our kids call my empty nester dog lol. He follows me everywhere and he’s the biggest cuddle bug, he sleeps at my feet you get the point…he’s my baby. So when we decided to take our adult kids and grandkids to Tybee Island for the week, we started looking at where to board him since he’s never been on a trip that far away and the house we had rented had a policy on bully, big dog breeds. We had boarded him before, with a different company, 2 times before. The second time though when we picked him up he was acting very skittish, he was cowed down, his nails were jagged and the lady at the desk said he had had diarrhea, which they never told me when I called for a update. Needless to say I was upset and so when looking for a boarder this time we were very cautious, and concerned. I read all the reviews on Reyna on Rover and I told my husband I like this one. We met with Reyna and her husband and Moses done so good, he ran the yard, played fetch , met their other dog and seemed so content. They went over how they hade separate sections for the dogs to play in, the kennels, we felt so good bout them. Dec 26 we ended up running late to drop off Moses before our trip so all the other dogs that they were boarding was outside, but Moses got anxious bout all the barking, Reyna and her husband took Moses into the kennel and assured us that they would bring him out, after getting all the other dogs back in, to acclimate him. Bring out several dogs at a time. They said they would update us. So after talking to them a bit and feeling better about leaving him, we drove back to Blue Ridge. Reyna ended up calling me a couple hours later and asked how to get Moses back in the house, that he was nervous, and anxious and he wouldn’t come to her. She had tried for over 30 minutes before she called me. I told her some stuff to try, when I called back she said it wasn’t working that he was just very scared acting. She also had I think it was her sister that’s a trainer, trying to get him to come to them, they sit in the ground with him, she told me that she knew someone that could come by our house to check on him but I didn’t wanna leave him at our house that long. So I called our vacation rental company explained what was going on, thankfully they made an exception with a bigger pet deposit and I told Reyna just to leave him alone and we were on our way to get him. When we pulled up, he came running up to us, Reyna said he was a different dog when we got there, he sit while they petted him, and put his leash on, the kids were petting him. She and her sister kept apologizing and saying they tried everything to get him to come to them but he just kept running away and running around. I am super grateful that she called me instead of just putting him in the kennel and leaving him there. She was genuinely worried bout him instead of just making money off of him and for that we do recommend her and her husband for boarding. Her husband called to check up on us and Moses the next day, and he apologized that Moses wasn’t able to stay and how they tried so hard to get him acclimated. I said it was all good, that Im glad they called me. That meant so much to us that they cared so much. He’s my baby and I wouldn’t want him to be miserable. So Moses got to go on a beach vacation, he did amazing on the ride down and back and he made new friends wherever we went while we were there.”

“Charity was absolutely incredible with my lab and golden who stayed with her for 6 days. I was very nervous using Rover for the first time and as soon as I met Charity, she eased all my fears. She has so much experience with her dogs, as do her adorable children and they were so sweet with them! She sent me a lot of beautiful photos to ease my mind while we were away and handled my lab throwing up on the second to last day with such grace like a pro. My dogs were so welcomed and relaxed into their home very quickly. My golden takes a lot of supplements and Charity was so precise to even notice that I left one of the supplements off my instructions and she messaged me to confirm. She was extremely responsive and communicative through the entire process from my inquiry just a week and an half before our trip until even after we got home checking in on my lab. She’s amazing!!! About: I have taken care of my own personal dogs throughout their lifespan from puppies to mature dogs. I am held at a high regard in my neighborhood as a dog sitter who is able to maintain a schedule, give sufficient playtime, and follow personal instructions accordingly. During the summer I am always available at home where I am able to give maximum attention to the pets. During college school season I am home on the weekends, Tuesdays, and Thursdays all day. Monday, Wednesday, Friday I will be gone from around 7 am to about 3 pm. I have a fenced in back yard of about half an acre that does have a pool. If your baby loves to swim they are more than welcome to. If water is an issue I can easily walk them on a leash. I have 2 golden doodles that are extremely friendly and crate trained. I have dog beds your fur baby can sleep on! My neighborhood is very small and safe so I can take them on plenty of walks.

About: I was a foster for a shelter in Florida for 5 years. I have had many different types of dogs and cats. I have experience with puppies and potty training and any dog older than that. I usually go to the gym in the morning and then open for the rest of the day. I may have to run small errands during the day here and there I have a fenced yard at my home, I even have a fence in front yard. I like to use leashes for my little dog when I go outside due to coyotes. My dogs I’m my house can roam anywhere except the basement.

About: Hi, I’m Charity! Having had animals all my life, I truly have a deep love and respect for them. To this day, one of my most favorite jobs was my very first job in high school at a dog boarding facility a short four wheel drive through our woods. My responsibilities there were to let dogs out, love on, clean/sanitize kennels, feed and administer medications, and clean up the dog yards. I gained so much experience with different breeds while there, which made me fall more in love with dogs specifically. As an adult, my first dog was a West Highland Terrier named Gabby that my then fiancé (now husband) surprised me with. She sadly passed at 14.5 years old in October of 2024. We also have bench bred/English Labradors named Abel & Jett. Jett is the first dog I’ve had that I got involved with dog shows and sports with. He has multiple titles from obedience, dock diving, fast cat, conformation, and hunt tests. I am a stay at home mom which allows me the freedom to be available for your dog majority of the day aside from when I need to run errands. BOARDING: We have a spacious home on a culdesac with a large fenced in backyard. When caring for pets in my home, it is incredibly important to me to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and well-loved while providing lots of snuggles and play time. Daily updates of how your dog is doing along with pictures are sent to help keep your mind at ease. During a client dog’s stay, they will be on the main floor with our family. We have a basement with access to the backyard complete with a dog room furnished with 3 4ft x 6ft kennels, Kuranda beds, & orthopedic beds that my personal dogs will utilize, and is available for client dogs as well if needed. I also have a baby gate on our laundry room doorway off the kitchen that can be used for client dogs to have their own private space. This allows me to ensure every dog stays safe when not supervised. *I typically only board one client at a time. This allows your dog(s) to get all the attention and, I believe, have an easier transition staying in a new place vs there being multiple dogs from different clients. If a ‘regular’ requests the same dates, I will sometimes make an exception and let both families know there will be an additional dog. With my home set up, I am able to comfortably keep several client dogs separated and will only allow interaction between them with the approval of both families. DROP INS: During drop-in visits, our time is spent going out in their backyard for potty breaks and play, going on walks, getting loved on, and fed if needed. Any quick tidying I can do in the house (vacuuming, mop up if it’s muddy outside, wipe down counters, scoop out a litter box, etc) I am happy to do as well.

About: I am currently helping care for 3 dogs weekly and have been doing this for about a year. I have 2 dogs and 3 kitties. I take my youngest daughter to daycare around 8:30am and pick her up around 3:30. I just earned my degree in business administration in June of 2023. I go daily around lunchtime to let three dogs out to use the bathroom. Make sure they have water and then let them back inside put the puppy in her crate.

I have 2 dogs of my own. I’m available for visits and walks in the evenings in May. I’ll have week day and weekend availability in June and July. After July, I’ll be available mostly on weekends. I will follow any rules and routines you have set for your pet when visiting and walking your fur baby. I will make sure doors, gates, and crates are properly secured before leaving. I’m happy to send photos of pets if requested.

About: I've had doggies since I was 8, and I've helped take care of other people's pups since I was 12. I've had lots of experience with the elderly and disabled pups as well. I have had training experience, but am not quite experienced enough to call myself a trainer. If there is training you would like to continue working on with your pups, I will do my absolute best to help in any way I can. Ps. I have a beautiful 10-year-old husky and pointer mix named Skye, she is who you see in the photo! I am a college student with a part-time remote job, so my schedule is very open. While right now I can't take your fur babies into my home. I have a lot of experience in pet sitting for fur babies in other people's homes, and I will respect any boundaries you set. “Just wanted to get on here and say I highly recommend Reyna and her husband, our story is a bit different, you see we have, my husband and I , a cane corso mix with pit male dog Moses. . He’s my baby and my what our kids call my empty nester dog lol. He follows me everywhere and he’s the biggest cuddle bug, he sleeps at my feet you get the point…he’s my baby. So when we decided to take our adult kids and grandkids to Tybee Island for the week, we started looking at where to board him since he’s never been on a trip that far away and the house we had rented had a policy on bully, big dog breeds. We had boarded him before, with a different company, 2 times before. The second time though when we picked him up he was acting very skittish, he was cowed down, his nails were jagged and the lady at the desk said he had had diarrhea, which they never told me when I called for a update. Needless to say I was upset and so when looking for a boarder this time we were very cautious, and concerned. I read all the reviews on Reyna on Rover and I told my husband I like this one. We met with Reyna and her husband and Moses done so good, he ran the yard, played fetch , met their other dog and seemed so content. They went over how they hade separate sections for the dogs to play in, the kennels, we felt so good bout them. Dec 26 we ended up running late to drop off Moses before our trip so all the other dogs that they were boarding was outside, but Moses got anxious bout all the barking, Reyna and her husband took Moses into the kennel and assured us that they would bring him out, after getting all the other dogs back in, to acclimate him. Bring out several dogs at a time. They said they would update us. So after talking to them a bit and feeling better about leaving him, we drove back to Blue Ridge. Reyna ended up calling me a couple hours later and asked how to get Moses back in the house, that he was nervous, and anxious and he wouldn’t come to her. She had tried for over 30 minutes before she called me. I told her some stuff to try, when I called back she said it wasn’t working that he was just very scared acting. She also had I think it was her sister that’s a trainer, trying to get him to come to them, they sit in the ground with him, she told me that she knew someone that could come by our house to check on him but I didn’t wanna leave him at our house that long. So I called our vacation rental company explained what was going on, thankfully they made an exception with a bigger pet deposit and I told Reyna just to leave him alone and we were on our way to get him. When we pulled up, he came running up to us, Reyna said he was a different dog when we got there, he sit while they petted him, and put his leash on, the kids were petting him. She and her sister kept apologizing and saying they tried everything to get him to come to them but he just kept running away and running around. I am super grateful that she called me instead of just putting him in the kennel and leaving him there. She was genuinely worried bout him instead of just making money off of him and for that we do recommend her and her husband for boarding. Her husband called to check up on us and Moses the next day, and he apologized that Moses wasn’t able to stay and how they tried so hard to get him acclimated. I said it was all good, that Im glad they called me. That meant so much to us that they cared so much. He’s my baby and I wouldn’t want him to be miserable. So Moses got to go on a beach vacation, he did amazing on the ride down and back and he made new friends wherever we went while we were there.”
