About: I have been taking care of cats for about 4 years now. I’ve taken care of kittens and played with them until they wipe me out ! I have also taken care of some senior cats who really just love to cuddle and be brushed. About: I have been loving and caring for dogs since I was a young girl. We always had a dog in the family and I was the one who fed, watered, and did all of the basic care for each of them. I spent a lot of time outside with our dogs, playing toss, catch and tug-of-war, and generally keeping them busy. Going for walks was a big deal back in the day and it was and is good for both of us. When my daughter was young, we would go for walks with her in the stroller and our dog by our side. I also took my service dog on a two month trip across the country. He was safely secured in the back seat, while we drove and then went into all the stops with me. We both had a great time and he enjoyed all the stops as much as I did!! You see, I like to treat dog like people. I believe they understand a lot of what we say to them and I know they love to be petted and scratched, so that's what I do to show each of them love. I've been retired for several years and I live alone.. I don't have a lot on my schedule so I want to take care of dogs to fill my daya and evenings with furry friends to love and play with. I keep water available for them and always have treats on hand (if they are allowed). I have a dog friendly home and a screened in front porch as well as a fully fenced front yard. Your much loved dog will be very safe at my home as well as cared for. I only have one dog, so once they get to know each other, they can play together both inside and outside. About: Registered Veterinary Technician who works emergency medicine on the weekends looking for extra work through the week. I can’t stay at your house overnight, but your pet can come to mine. I can also do drop ins pretty regularly. I graduated college with a degree in Veterinary technology and passed my state boards. I work at an emergency clinic in Atlanta on the weekends and right now I’m free through the week. I can try my best to work out whatever you need help with. I’m skilled at giving medications and anything basic your pet may need in home, as well as lifesaving care due to any emergency. I can keep non child friendly cats in a different area, but dogs must be child friendly. I do have cats & ferrets, but they can be kept separately if your animals are not cat & small rodent friendly. About: *Update: In regards to the new weekly feature, I can only do so in YOUR home. I am a cat person but I also love dogs. I'm an equal opportunist lol . I've taken care of cats, dogs, even hamsters, fish and plants for neighbors, friends, family and later on for clients through apps like these. I started taking care of pets at age 10 which was around the same time I got my cat, Allegra. I loved her like my own child. We would even take walks together. She lived a good 14 years but that of course was still too short for me. She was a family member to me, not just a cat. She was even kind to the random strays I would bring home and be forced to return lol. I also grew up with my dog Angel (pictured). She lived for 14 years too. Her last few years were rough and she was on a lot of medications. I have experience administering those. We had to put her down and that was such a hard decision. Another family member lost. I'm still proud that they both lived long lives. I've had other cats short term since then. I adopted a black cat, Maleficent Marie, in February 2023 and shes my new fur baby. I started using Rover in 2018 when it first started but deactivated because I lived in areas that didn't use the app at all. Our resident babies eat twice per day and are allowed out for potty breaks three times per day. If it is a rainy day we do indoor activities in our 35x40 temperature controlled dog suite and we even watch a little "Dog TV" We have a great time, rain or shine! Sleeping arrangements will depend on what your baby is comfortable with but we do not allow our pets on the furniture or in our beds (at least when daddy is around). We have kennels but we allow the dogs to sleep anywhere they want to in the dog suite. I am a retired nurse and I am always home so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for dogs in my day. We have a huge fenced in backyard where all the dogs enjoy their time outdoors. We also have plenty of equipment in the yard for their enjoyment.

I’ve take care of my neighbors, co-workers, and family/friends animals as well! They rely on me to make sure their babies are fed, safe and happy! I’m currently would be working part-time which will give plenty of time to play with your fur babies! I’m usually free weekends or evening and sometimes during the morning! I usually go to the clients home because I do not currently have the enough room for other animals at my current residence! I’m good at crate training, taking your pups for walks, or anything that you need for your babies.
About: I have had several different kinds of dogs since I was 5 and have raised several Boxer puppies from birth. If it is something I have not done before a brief instruction ahead of time is required but once you show me one time I am comfortable administering any kind of medication. My care for an owner's pet or respect for their home is curated based off of each client. About: Dogs are a big part of my life right now. With two energetic boxers (one of them deaf) I’ve taken a crash course on raising dogs that are loving, friendly, and listen. About: I’ve always adored pets growing up and both of my parents are certified veterinarians so I pretty much grew up around animals my entire life! I’m currently a college student doing online classes so I am at home majority of the time taking care of my own personal pets day to day I monitor them really the entire time with them by my side, but I also have two veterinarians with me in my household every day
