About: *Update: In regards to the new weekly feature, I can only do so in YOUR home. I am a cat person but I also love dogs. I'm an equal opportunist lol . I've taken care of cats, dogs, even hamsters, fish and plants for neighbors, friends, family and later on for clients through apps like these. I started taking care of pets at age 10 which was around the same time I got my cat, Allegra. I loved her like my own child. We would even take walks together. She lived a good 14 years but that of course was still too short for me. She was a family member to me, not just a cat. She was even kind to the random strays I would bring home and be forced to return lol. I also grew up with my dog Angel (pictured). She lived for 14 years too. Her last few years were rough and she was on a lot of medications. I have experience administering those. We had to put her down and that was such a hard decision. Another family member lost. I'm still proud that they both lived long lives. I've had other cats short term since then. I adopted a black cat, Maleficent Marie, in February 2023 and shes my new fur baby. I started using Rover in 2018 when it first started but deactivated because I lived in areas that didn't use the app at all. I can't wait to meet your pet and I'll make them a priority like they're family! I'm currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to drop in or even stay with your furry family members. My home is not open to animals at the moment and I can sincerely vouch that I will treat your home respectfully like mine or anyone else's. I'm also fully vaccinated and take Covid seriously. About: Registered Veterinary Technician who works emergency medicine on the weekends looking for extra work through the week. I can’t stay at your house overnight, but your pet can come to mine. I can also do drop ins pretty regularly. I graduated college with a degree in Veterinary technology and passed my state boards. I work at an emergency clinic in Atlanta on the weekends and right now I’m free through the week. I can try my best to work out whatever you need help with. I’m skilled at giving medications and anything basic your pet may need in home, as well as lifesaving care due to any emergency. I can keep non child friendly cats in a different area, but dogs must be child friendly. I do have cats & ferrets, but they can be kept separately if your animals are not cat & small rodent friendly. I have 2 dogs as well. All of my animals are pet friendly with everything as many animals have come through my care fostering. I'm skilled in exotic pet care as well if necessary. I currently only work weekend overnights in the ER. So, I am home all week caring for my fur babies. As well as yours hopefully! I strive to care for anyone's else's pets exactly as I would my own. When they are with me, they are my babies too. I bring my ER compassion with me when I pet sit, in the ER the pets are without their owners & they are scared on top of being hurt. Stability, engagement, routine, and structure makes a happy dog and we aim to make sure that every four-legged friend who lodges with us, is happy and never wants to leave. Our resident babies eat twice per day and are allowed out for potty breaks three times per day. If it is a rainy day we do indoor activities in our 35x40 temperature controlled dog suite and we even watch a little "Dog TV" We have a great time, rain or shine! Sleeping arrangements will depend on what your baby is comfortable with but we do not allow our pets on the furniture or in our beds (at least when daddy is around). We have kennels but we allow the dogs to sleep anywhere they want to in the dog suite. I am a retired nurse and I am always home so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for dogs in my day. We have a huge fenced in backyard where all the dogs enjoy their time outdoors. We also have plenty of equipment in the yard for their enjoyment.

About: *Update: In regards to the new weekly feature, I can only do so in YOUR home. I am a cat person but I also love dogs. I'm an equal opportunist lol . I've taken care of cats, dogs, even hamsters, fish and plants for neighbors, friends, family and later on for clients through apps like these. I started taking care of pets at age 10 which was around the same time I got my cat, Allegra. I loved her like my own child. We would even take walks together. She lived a good 14 years but that of course was still too short for me. She was a family member to me, not just a cat. She was even kind to the random strays I would bring home and be forced to return lol. I also grew up with my dog Angel (pictured). She lived for 14 years too. Her last few years were rough and she was on a lot of medications. I have experience administering those. We had to put her down and that was such a hard decision. Another family member lost. I'm still proud that they both lived long lives. I've had other cats short term since then. I adopted a black cat, Maleficent Marie, in February 2023 and shes my new fur baby. I started using Rover in 2018 when it first started but deactivated because I lived in areas that didn't use the app at all. I can't wait to meet your pet and I'll make them a priority like they're family! I'm currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to drop in or even stay with your furry family members. My home is not open to animals at the moment and I can sincerely vouch that I will treat your home respectfully like mine or anyone else's. I'm also fully vaccinated and take Covid seriously. Your dog will also have a consistent daily routine, including scheduled meal times, potty breaks, activity, rest, and plenty of personal attention. For their protection and peace of mind, dogs are crated in their own individual, secure spaces during nighttime and any extended periods when they cannot be directly supervised. This helps prevent accidents, unwanted interactions, and unnecessary stress while maintaining a safe environment for every dog in my care. I also have interior security cameras throughout my home to provide an additional layer of supervision and security while your dog is staying with me.

About: I have always been very good with animals ever since I was little. I like animals more than humans so I promise to take care of your pet like it is my own. I have volunteered at the Human Society and I am going to college to work with animals so I would love to care for your pet to gain more experience. I am currently home from college so I am free all day, Monday through Friday. Then starting in August I will be home Friday through Sunday. I have an unfenced yard but plenty of yard for them to run around and I have a in ground runner that they can be put on for some freedom.
