She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. “I hesitate to leave a review, honestly, because I don’t want more people taking up all of Amber’s availability! She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. Amber shared daily photos and videos and other updates. She’s both proactive and quickly responsive. Will happily trust her to watch my pup anytime. But for my sake, please just…find someone else 🙏🏻”

About: I love animals and have always had a dog plus some fun family pets like gerbils, turtles, fish, and a cockatiel! I often care for my children’s pets when they are out of town. They have a variety of breeds: Mini Golden Doodle, Great Dane, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Lab with puppies, and cats. I’m comfortable with providing your pet with any medications or following special instructions, because I know how important their health is to you. I’d be happy to care for all of your pets. I’m retired, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets and can make most anytime work. I prefer daylight hours, and can be available on weekdays or weekends. I have a fenced backyard for your dog to play in, a nice neighborhood to go for walks, and I currently have no pets at home.
“Jamie was amazing while taking care of Luna! From the very beginning, she was incredibly welcoming and made Luna feel completely at home. She sent me daily pictures and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. Jamie was also super responsive, answering all of my questions and keeping me informed the entire time. Luna looked so happy and comfortable—almost like she was on her own little vacation!
