She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. “Traveling for my stepdaughter's destination wedding in Trenton, GA / Chattanooga TN and realized that the week long wedding plans involved 2 days where my dogs would be alone in our AIRBNB house for way too many hours for the rehearsal/cocktail evening 8 + hours and the wedding day 12+ hours. Hence, I went to my ROVER application I use while in my home state FL and searched who was near me that could do drop visits on both days to watch 3 dogs they had never met & in all home the dogs had only spent a few days in. LAURA to the rescue!!!!! She provided a courtesy meet & greet and seeing her handle all three dogs truly impressed me. All three of my dogs are seniors, Luna an American Bulldog 11 years and weighs 70 lbs, Maya a Pointer-Mix 9 years weighing 65 lbs and Lemon 11 year old Chihuahua that is both blind and loosing his hearing. Laura was mindful of each of their distinct personalities and even offered to give Lemon his heart medication if needed. She realized during the first drop in that Luna would take some gentle guidance to trust her as well as Lemon who on her own, Laura devised a method to get him outside to go have a bathroom break. All instructions and suggestions were followed with great care and she provided pictures & updates delivering me comfort. To be able to trust a stranger in a rented home and with your fur babies is not a situation one wants to be in but I had to think of the dogs needs and trust Laura. I AM SO GLAD I DID! About: I’ve had animals my entire life and currently have 2 dogs of my own, along with a flock of chickens and our very own honeybees. Animals are my passion and dogs are the direct lifeline to my heart. I treat animals with the upmost respect and love they deserve ❤️. I currently work part time! To make some time for house-sitting, these are the days I hope to get some extra puppy love and scratches during this very itchy season. ✨ I’m currently own my special furry babies Hux and Luna! Hux is a Great Pyrenees and Collie mix so he happens to be very intelligent, so we work on a lot of training to help stimulate his mind and keep him active! About: Your babies will be in good hands! Currently I have 2 doggos and 2 kitties. I have been sitting on Rover for about a year now and I have really enjoyed meeting so many different breeds and encountering so many different personalities. Every baby is SO different! I will treat your babies like my own. I've had pets most of my life and the happiest times were when I had at least one animal. I can come by after work for drop-ins M-F and almost anytime on weekends. I am able to house-sit most days, I will need enough notice to be able to meet with you and your babies to make sure we are a good fit for each other. I prefer at least a week's notice for house sitting requests. I work full time during the week. I am typically gone from around 7am until 5pm but sometimes later on Mondays. If a mid day drop in is needed during this stay please let me know ahead of time. I will do everything I can to keep your babies a on as close of a routine as they are used to. I will send pictures while you are away.

I also was a dog foster for the animal shelter for two years, fostering over two dozen dogs ranging from a pug to a Great Dane, and every type of dog in-between. About: Over the years I have walked dogs of all sizes and baby sat many houses for family and friends. I grow up on a farm. I have trained horses and owned pretty much every farm animal out there. I am not afraid of a challenge. I am excited to expand my services to other people. I enjoy volunteering at the local SPCA for time to time. I am CPR/First Aid Certified. I have never tried these skills on a animal and hopefully I will never have to try them out. I have worked in several daycare over the years and am currently a nanny. People trust me with their kids so I am confident in my ability to handle your pets. Pets are family as well.
About: I am a former Animal Officer who has been trained to watch out for the best interest of the fur babies of Chattanooga and North Georgia. I am an avid runner who could always use a running buddy, but I also love just taking a stroll - whatever exercise or stimulation (when applicable) your dog may need will be provided. Your pet will have a new best friend and tell you all about how we spent time together! Jenn's Friends is about giving you peace of mind for both you and your pet while you are away. Pet sitting is my passion and full time “job”. Going a day without petting, snuggling, or just coming into contact with an animal is not possible! When I care for pets in YOUR home, I always make sure your house is better than when you left it. Mail/packages will be collected, plants will be watered, and your fur kid will play inside or outside (depending on each pet needs and parent requests).
About: I’ve taken Care of all types of pets, I understand the importance of caring for them like my own and giving the pet owner a great peace of mind while they are apart I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule because of it, I’m an accountant for usxpress but due to my husbands knee injury in the marines and recent surgery he had I am trying to earn extra money that we need I do have a cat he is friendly and as usual when it comes to cats he does his own thing I understand the importance of what rules u set for them that I would do as well

She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport.
