My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own. Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Please understand that while we have experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs, we are currently unable to book dogs that are experiencing incontinence (even with diapers) and night time pacing/spatial disorientation/sleeplessness that comes with senility. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. About: I have house sat for many family members, neighbors, and acquaintance’s pets for two years. Before that I walked a few dogs in my neighborhood. This is currently my only form of work. I am almost always free unless there are other bookings lined up. I have form of transportation to get to your pets easily. I take staying in another’s person’s house very seriously. It is your space, and I intend to only stay to keep your fur babies happy, entertained, and taken care of. I respect your rules and clean up, so you felt like no one was even there.
About: I have always loved dogs and I have decided that I want to be around dogs in my free time because it makes me happy! I am a soon to be retired school teacher and want to spend my time now with animals especially dogs! For the next 10 months I will be still working my teacher schedule and would like to get a head start on my next venture. About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals from dogs to cats and even rats. I have pet-sat for neighbors and family since I was 15 and 3 cats of my own at home. I have also dealt with animals with special needs including my family dog that has seizures and another family dog that is deaf, blind and has to receive insulin injections after every meal. My schedule is currently very open and I am available any day throughout the week as well as weekends. I am not currently looking for too many overnight stays because I do have 3 cats of my own to watch after. I have 3 very spoiled cats of my own that gets all of the attention that I can provide as well as daily play time and brushing. I keep to a very strict feeding schedule because one of my cat does have some food insecurity issues so I try to be very mindful of that. While taking care of my family’s dogs that require medical attention, I keep a check off list next to the food in order to insure that their medications that are either taken with or taken right after food are administered accordingly.

In my own home, I maintain a clean, pet-safe environment that is calm and structured. I supervise interactions at all times, ensure pets are never put in unsafe situations, and provide plenty of enrichment, attention, and comfort so they feel secure and cared for.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life. They bring so much joy. I want you to feel as comfortable as can be when you are away from your pets. I work full-time from home. I will be available throughout the day to take care of all of your pets' needs. I will make sure they are comfortable. I have a fenced in yard. About: I don’t think there’s a better feeling than making sure a pup gets the love and care that they need. Dogs provide emotional support their very loyal and loving and I give them the same love back. I’ve had a ton of experience with pups and getting to do more dog sitting is a great opportunity for me to make that happen! I do have a lot of experience with the dogs I've had one since elementary school. I had a dog and we used to go everywhere together and had a lot of fun. I have rescued a pregnant dog and kept it through the birthing process and fostered dogs also help on the weekends with a rescue lady to get homeless dogs adopted. I’m very used to making sure pups are happy and well taken care of! I don't have any policies around breed preferences or anything like that. I just need an understanding of all of the needs that need to be met for the animal and make sure that that's done in a loving and safe environment. I always like to make sure that both owners and pups are completely comfortable and happy, so getting to know as much as possible about your pup is very important to me. I’m currently working part time with another pet sitting company and I have my own private clients but I will do my best to fill your pet care needs. The safety of your pet and home are my #1 priority. I will treat your pet and home as if it were mine. I love spending time with animals.
