About: Hello! I was proud owner of an adorable greyhound named Dixie who was a retired racer. I also just had to put down our 11 year old Golden Retriever Lab mix dog. We used to go for walks and play in our backyard. Sine greyhound have horrible teeth we had brush her teeth. We also had to occasionally give both our dogs medication orally. Before Dixie and Lucy came into my life I grow up with a cocker spaniel and Pomeranian poodle mix. I learned how to care for them at a young age which is where my love for dogs started. Animals are truly important members of the family and are like another child to us. As we are not ready to add another dog of our own to our family we would love to care for yours now. I believe all animals should have a safe home to live with a caring family. I am available all day during the week at my house as I work from home and am available most weekends. I have been taking care of my Chihuahua and Pomeranian mixed for 12 years. Her name is Diamond. I never had an issue with training her because she is very attentive and a great listener. She has always been in excellent health and has everything she needs. My other dog, Bella is a Poodle mixed with a Shitzu. She is 3 years old. Her previous owner gave her to me because she was unable to properly care for her and trusted me to take her in as my own. Bella is so friendly and a ball of energy!! She is more excited than me and ready to have fun when new furr friends come to sit with us. I also had a Jack Russell Terrior named Diego. He was so lovable with so much energy and loved to play. I found him and made a home for him. He was healthy, smart and easy to train. My dogs get along with other dogs and they love kids. They love to play and be active. I like to workout so im pretty active and can help your dog get some exercise. So walking to the park will be great for me and your dog. I live in a gated apartment located near down town area. There is alot of yard space outside and it is suitable for any type of dog to reside here for a stay. There is plenty of room for them to run around and sleep. I think dogs should be free to roam in the house and be comfortable. Unless you prefer your dog to be separate I do have a cage for my dogs. I would like to communicate often to let you know how your dog is doing. So I mostly like to text, send pictures through the Rover app or call. I have 4 years of on the job animal care experience from when I was employed with Cobb County Police Department (Animal Control Unit) and an abundance of personal experience. Currently I work as a Security Enforcement Agent and have been thinking about animal care again. I hope to be able to be able to assist you and your animal soon. Currently I work fulltime as a Security Enforcement Agent and would like to get into animal care again without leaving my current job fully. I am technically a contractor so adjusting and or changes to my schedules are normal for me and won't be hard to do. The way I care for my dog is probably not gonna be the same for you. But my dog sleeps with me, is allowed on the couch and usually gets multiple walks on my off days and longer walks on work days. I let her free feed, one scoop in the morning that she is free to snack on throughout the day. If its finished before 5/6pm she gets a half scoop. I also give her daily vitamins, dental bones and treats. Lots of love and spoiling. But when it comes to in the clients home there rules for the pet(s) are my rules for the pet(s)
About: Having grown up on a farm I have vast experience with various animals. My life has been filled with furry friends since I was a baby. I am retired enjoy relaxing days with my eagles. My schedule is extremely flexible. I am available 7 days a week and can be there during the day for your pets while you are at work. I have a 20 x 20 ft kennel on property for your pet to run in safely during the day. Or they can be comfortable crated inside if needed. Or free range to enjoy my home.
About: I’ve been pet/house sitting for the last couple of years. The most animals I’ve worked with at one time is 4. I’m great with a schedule if your pet needs it. I love all pets and I can’t wait to get to know yours! I’m available most of the time I’m not working right now so the only time I won’t be free are for personal matters. I am looking for new work so this may change. I have worked with both larger and smaller dogs. If they are still working in training I can continue to work with them on what they know. I have helped train in the past but I haven’t done any primary training myself.
