I was happy we could visit ahead of time to see where Biscuit was staying and how she acted with their dog. Lindsay and Chris were very caring and understanding of Biscuits needs and making her feel right at home. They also took care of Biscuit’s meds and eye care that was needed. We did not know about til right before trip. We were very pleased with communication and getting back to us right away. We also received pictures of her when gone which was a nice surprise.
