About: Ever since I was a young girl, I have always grown up with pets! I quickly realized how much love pets can bring. It was more than just dogs and cats. We had/have tortoises, fish, aquatic turtles, rabbits, birds, and bearded dragons! Animals provide unconditional love and it is the best thing ever! About: I’ve been taking care of cats and dogs my entire life. At 18, I became a veterinary assistant and learned how to upgrade my level of knowledge and care for pets as well as learn how to take care of bunnies and a variety of reptiles. My veterinary knowledge and experience really helped my level of understanding pets in a multitude of ways whether it’s understand their social cues, behaviors, or even if there’s a medical episode happening which can be hard to notice. My current 2 dogs are both trained in which I personally trained one of them myself. Over the years, I’ve learned how to crate train dogs, correct behaviors the proper way, and trick-train. I do not have a fenced backyard so I will ensure anytime I take dogs outside, they are leashed. All dogs are allowed to free-roam in my house and if they need to be crated for some time, that is no problem. I am very attentive and observant of pets. I keep note of when pets in my home drink water so I know when they may need to go outside to use the bathroom next. I am also very cautious of the items in my household. There is nothing toxic or anything edible in reach of pets. All food and cleaning supplies is put away in a cabinet or pantry. I am also fully aware of the different foods that are toxic to different kinds of pets so I know what needs to be be locked away at all times. “I can’t say enough amazing things about Raymond and Jessica! They watched my dogs for a full week while I traveled to New Jersey to finish moving, and they truly went above and beyond. They kept me updated every single day with videos of my dogs running, playing, and having the best time in their yard… it gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were safe and so well cared for. What meant the most to me was that my dog Ace had his birthday during the stay. I sent over some treats, and they made it so special, they sent me a video of them singing happy birthday and giving treats to all the dogs. It was like a little puppy party, and it honestly made me so happy since I couldn’t be there with him. They even let my dogs hang out on the sofa with them (which they are definitely not allowed to do at home 😂), so I already know they were in absolute heaven being spoiled all week.
