“I cannot say enough great things about Francis! She watched my senior dog, Madi, for a week while I was on vacation. Just before I dropped her off, Madi had been scratching and developed an issue with her eye pressure and had to start eye drops. Francis welcomed her with open arms. A few days into her stay, Madi needed a follow-up vet visit, and Francis took her in and handled everything—including her meds and eye drops—with so much care and attention. Madi is also on heart meds and requires extra support, and Francis went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after. She sent me daily updates and photos of her relaxing on the couch or exploring her big backyard, which gave me so much peace of mind. I knew Madi was in loving, capable hands. Francis is kind, thoughtful, and clearly has a huge heart for animals—she had a senior dog herself so she understands. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Madi stay with Francis again. “My pup’s tail wagged with excitement when she recognized she was at Lana’s! Knowing that she was getting lots of snuggles and in a safe and comfortable home while we were away made leaving her for seven days a whole lots easier. She loves having the company of other dogs too! Ty”
“Dana accepted our request within a week of the stay, so we were so thankful she could fit us in last minute. Our cat is very nervous around new people and hides the first couple days but Dana let us know that she came out to eat and sit near her which doesn’t happen everytime. We felt a good energy the moment we met Dana and felt comfortable leaving our baby there with her. She sent us photos and words each day of the stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again if needed.
