“I booked Lynn with little notice so my girls and I could take a quick trip before I needed to return to my classroom for the school year. Although, she prefers a weeks notice, which I understand, I appreciate that she was very quick to respond and was willing to help me out. This was my first time using rover and I was so pleased and put at ease the second I met Lynn! Not only is her home spotless, she is warm, quick to communicate, transparent, and makes you feel comfortable from the minute she greets you and your fur baby! She is also very knowledgeable since she used to breed huskies and has a lot of experience with many different breeds. So she had a lot of helpful tips that she was willing to share with me from her experience! My dog, Daisy, seemed very comfortable with her and seemed right at home. I love that she only takes one dog at a time and so she can give your fur baby her full attention. I also appreciated that she sent me updates and pictures. Overall, Lynn was super responsible and trust worthy. I would use Lynn in a heartbeat the next time we plan a trip, but I will give her at least a weeks notice next time around ?! My Husband Chris is disabled and at home 24/7 to give your fur babies all the love and attention they need. We have a doggie door for outside access to our fully fenced in backyard. So they can roam freely through the house and yard as they please. We will follow all requests for care in clients home and if unable to do so or are delayed will always be transparent and let them know.

We were taking a much-needed break to grieve the loss of Ryan’s parents, and knowing Onyx was in such loving hands helped bring peace during a very heavy time. It's hard to trust just anyone with our senior boy, but Janel and Jeffrey made us feel confident and cared for. We would absolutely leave Onyx with them again. People who help ease your heart during hard seasons really stand out, and these two did just that.”
“Chandler was amazing!! I reached out pretty close to the date I needed someone to take care of my boy; That wasn’t a problem at all. Chandler was really efficient in communication and made sure everything went smoothly. He was very proactive sending videos and pictures of my pup the whole time he was staying with him.
