“Boarding my 2 dogs with Andrea was the best decision I could have made with the circumstances! My husband and I went out of the country and had no service so we would not have been able to keep in touch in case of emergency or accident which did make us nervous based on previous experiences, however, Andrea did a meet and greet with us before our trip and was super understanding about the situation. She still sent daily updates and pictures and videos that I was able to see upon return. She took the time to give feedback on things that worked for her as a sitter to overcome obstacles that came along with our dogs! She was very knowledgeable when it came to caring for them and did an amazing job with their medical needs as well as general needs! About: I’ve taken care of dogs of multiple different breeds since I was about 12 years old. Walking, bathing, playing, feeding schedules, basic training, etc. I use to walk neighborhood dogs as a kid/teen plus owning quite a few over the years myself. Since then I worked in a doggy daycare for about 3 years before becoming a stay at home mom. I’m currently looking to return to work since both kids are in school now, so rover is something I want to pick back up on until I find something and continue on the side once I start back working. My availability is pretty open.. I am gone from 7:40am-8:10am & 2:20-3:20pm Monday-Friday to drop off/pick up my children from school. I would absolutely love to help with your fur-baby(ies) from companionship, to feeding schedules, to walking/exercising, bathing, medication and even basic training or continuing the training schedules you already have in place at home! 🙂 I’m currently in between being a stay at home mom and returning to the work force part time, so my availability is pretty open.. Flexible I can accommodate any rules, schedules or training set in place by the owners.. at their home or in mine. “Wendy was super awesome to accept my last minute booking for my baby's evening care. I have never left my Squiggle with a pro-sitter, so I was apprehensive about the experience - but I had to try it out, knowing I would probably need sitting services in the future. Wendy was on time picking up my little guy, and even went above and beyond when she went by the pet store to pick up Squiggy's fave brand of food at my request. Thanks, Wendy. She was responsive, quickly answering when I messaged to check on my baby. About: I’ve always lived with many cats and dogs my whole life. I’ve had a variety of pets of all ages including rabbits, snakes, bearded dragons, hamsters. I’ve also fostered many kittens and puppies and I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats, the majority rescues. I’m a huge animal lover! I am mostly a stay at home mom with 4 pets. We take the dogs on daily walks and sometimes to the park. We are always spending time outdoors in our spacious back yard with our dogs running around and cats climbing trees and roofs and such! I have 2 dogs and 2 cats both very friendly if spending time together! I also have a fenced in yard with a garden. I have a separate indoor petroom stocked with a couple crates (if needed for my big dog), enclosed cat litter boxes, a large cat climbing tree, plenty of pet food and treats, many water bowls and toys for all! The services I can provide= Special needs, separation anxiety attention, food, hugs, butt scratches, treats, and tons of belly rubs. When I first tried Rover I was so nervous but ended up finding someone great it makes sense that if I was cautious to try then other people are too. I’m excited to take care of pets the way I want mine cared for. I believe that pets are family and leaving pets at home can be scary but my dog was so relaxed being able to stay where she is familiar with her surroundings and to just come home and jump back in to routine was a good feeling. It will be my personal goal to provide reassurance to both you and your companion while you’re away. At the beginning of 2022 I decided I wanted to be a dog trainer and am currently trying enrolled with Animal Behavior College to come a certified trainer. With this I've also completed the CPR certification for cats and dogs. My full time job was able to give me Fridays and Saturdays for the more likely chances for myself to give the care to family pets that I want for my animals. With my services I always do a check or other possible dogs around. If I am unable to cross the street of a passerby with a dog and safely I do so because I do not know the other dog well enough to know if it is okay. However if I am in a situation where I do have to pass another dog I speak up and ask if the dog is friendly while also being away of the pet I'm walking and how he or she is approaching.

About: I've had animals my whole life. Dogs, cats, birds, lizards, chinchillas, and more. I currently have two dogs who are living the good life, with no worries in the world. Sleep, play, eat, repeat. Pet care IS a part of my routine. Almost everything I do starts with the question: what's gonna happen to my dogs and cat? Can they come with me? Do I need a friend to check on them? Etc. My pets come first. I treat every animal as if it were mine. When I'm entrusted with friend's and family's pets, I am willing to go above and beyond to treat them the same as my own pets. They get to sleep, play, eat just like my pets do.
