I needed more than a boarding option, I needed a family to care for my dog while I had to be out of town. That is what Kallee and Daniel provided, a family that loved her while I was gone. They went beyond what a boarding facility could offer and personally cared for my dog while she went through separation anxiety and missing her family. Sailor became the older sibling she needed and I received not only daily communication but updates and responses as I was going through my own separation issues from her. I couldn't have asked for a better home for my dog to be in while I was away. Their home is a perfect place for an active dog and they are the perfect family to care for an energetic dog especially one who needs support to come out of her shell while her family is away. About: had many big dogs I've cared for and 2 German shepherds of my own as well as cats. I also took care of animals on a farm, from goats to pigs..I don't have any pets of my own right now so will probrably end up spending more time with them then discussed just because I do enjoy it 😊 I can negotiate times but i am available most of the week . “Danielle did great with taking care of my two dogs and cat while we were away. She went above and beyond with her communication, sending pics and taking her time walking and feeding the pets. She even helped clean up with one of my dogs who had a poopy situation which was not at all expected, I felt bad my dog got runs while I was away. But she helped give him sweet potato so he felt better and even bought peewee pads, which just kept my mind at ease knowing my dog was being cared for. About: Please make sure you read everything before booking me. I recently got a dog 1 year ago, and I've trained him multiple tricks in just a few weeks, my dog has been in the dog park multiple times, I take my dog on walks and I know how to handle him when or if he starts barking at people or other dogs passing by. Keep in mind I own a 1 year old chiweenie so he is relatively a small dog but, I have walked and still do sometimes walk a medium and large dog, though most of my dog walking experience is from my own dog. As for general pet care experience I do own my cat I have had for 12 years. I'm available 5 days a week, I enjoy and I'm up for walking dogs around in nature safely. 5 days could increase in the future. I’m usually available to dog walk around 12am-7pm on the days I can. For safety and personal reasonings I Do Not enter homes I only accept outdoor handoffs. As for dog safety, trust & environment I will do my absolute best to make sure your dog returns safely. I will watch out for any people, cars, other dogs etc.. Its my goal for your dog to return safely and happy.

About: I have loved and care for animals my whole life. I volunteered at a horse rescue from ages 10-15 and worked at a pet store from age 15-20. After graduating high school I perused and graduated with a bachelors degree in wildlife biology from Coastal Carolina University. No matter your loved ones shape or size, scales or fur, 4 legs or no legs, I’m here for all your animals needs and wants ! Dogs/ cats: Growing up we had about 4 dogs in the house at one time. My family always owned large breed dogs (mastiffs, saint Bernard’s, pit bulls, Akitas) and we also fostered dogs for about 4 years having as many as seven dogs in the house. I had one cat growing up and currently own two cats and one dog. In the pet store I worked in we had a doggie daycare where I supervised ~30 dogs at one time. Handling dogs my whole life I have become accustomed to specialized care for puppies, seniors and special needs. I am able to administer medications, help potty train, provide extra comfort to my senior critters, and do nail trims/ touch up haircuts and grooming. Small animals: I currently own 2 ferrets and 2 bunnies and grew up with 4 bunnies and 3 ferrets. In the pet store I worked in growing up, I also conducted animal husbandry and am familiar/ comfortable caring for small animals such as hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, ferrets etc. I am able to administer medications, clean enclosures, and do nail trims. Birds: I have very little experience handling birds but, am open to caring for them if needed. I am not uncomfortable with birds just have less handling experience. I am currently not working and am waiting to start more school in the fall. I take care of my small animals cats and dog on a daily basis and am pretty much available anytime. I have a fenced in yard. The small animals are kept caged and are not accessible to the other pets in the house. The dog (kleya) gets taken on multiple walks daily and brought to a local dog park.

I know how important and stressful finding a reliable place or a trustworthy person is. For over 20 years now neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to take care of their beloved pets at their house or mine. I have a very welcoming home with couches to surf, plenty of laps to sit on, lots of treats(or not), walks and playtime. My backyard is enclosed and the community has lots of green areas, several parks, fun walks and a dog park just a car ride away. I don’t mind traveling. I have taken care of two potbelly pigs, two donkeys, a squirrel, and two cats up in Archer, FL. Five cats and an African Gray parrot in Orlando. Several cats and dogs at their homes and mine, and whenever I can, I escape to my friend’s farm to help with the care of their horses. My grand-dog, April, loves to visit and get spoiled! Give me the opportunity to show you how well and at home your baby will feel! I work part-time from home so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available for boarding 7 days a week. I set up beds in the living room and in my office. I also do pottery, and I have my wheel in an enclosed patio with a rug right next to it for my special helpers! I do a walk in the morning and another one about an hour after breakfast followed by some playtime. Then I do bathroom breaks every two hours or as needed. After noon, I work on my pottery and do some gardening in my fenced backyard. Rest assured your pet will never be outside unsupervised. Late afternoon I take them for a longer walk, a bathroom break after dinner, and again before bed. I make sure your baby is active and well exercised, with plenty of time for play, rest, and cuddles! And of course, I will also follow any schedule or routine they may have. I have a pet friendly home with an enclosed patio and fenced backyard, but rest assured your pup will never be left outside unsupervised. Your pet is welcomed on our couches, our laps, and any part of the house they wish to be in. If I have to go out, and no one else is home, I will leave the TV on with relaxing music or pet friendly content playing. I don’t own a crate, but you’re welcome to bring one if your baby is used to staying or sleeping in one. They are welcome to sleep in any of our bedrooms. I usually don’t allow them on my bed but my daughter will be ever so happy to oblige! If I’m caring for your beloved at your home, I will follow any rules you have set up for them, even sleeping with them if necessary!

They went beyond what a boarding facility could offer and personally cared for my dog while she went through separation anxiety and missing her family. Sailor became the older sibling she needed and I received not only daily communication but updates and responses as I was going through my own separation issues from her. I couldn't have asked for a better home for my dog to be in while I was away. Their home is a perfect place for an active dog and they are the perfect family to care for an energetic dog especially one who needs support to come out of her shell while her family is away.
