“I completely trust Madelyn to care for my dog Charlie. He loves her family and their dog Penny! Madelyn is great to communicate with and easy going. She kept me updated during Charlie’s stay and shared photos which allowed us to enjoy our trip with full confidence that our dog was well taken care of.”

“Wow! What an incredible boarding situation Robert provides! He took care of my dogs, including one very senior guy and didn’t flinch at his list of needs. My dogs came home happy and healthy. Robert sent pics and updates daily. It was the first time in a long time I traveled and had zero worries. I’d give him SIX stars if it was an option! Thank you so much.”
“Diana is incredible! She is the best person I’ve encountered in a while. I wish I could give 10 stars to her for how great she is and how much care she provided my puppy!”

“Julia did great with our senior dog Bo! She was responsive and sent pictures throughout the stay. Since she is a vet tech, Bo was in great hands during his stay. We will definitely book with her again.”

“DeAndre did an outstanding job taking care of our cat, Jayce, while we were away. He made sure Jayce was well cared for and gave us complete peace of mind by sending regular photo and video updates throughout the stay. It was clear that he genuinely cared about Jayce and treated him like his own. We really appreciated the excellent communication and attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to book DeAndre again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

“They are amazing. Kendall and Matthew were flexible with my drop off/pick up times. Took wonderful care of my very active lab. She came home worn out! I was updated through the weekend with videos and pictures. 5 out of 5 stars!”

“Sarah is amazing! She has taken Kaiser in twice now while we’ve been out of town and he has such a good time and well taken cared of. She consistently provides updates and pictures which is really nice too. I would highly recommend Sarah for watching your pup!”

About: I am a CPDT I’m trained in understanding dog body language and know what your dogs need I monitor your dogs all day. I train puppies and will accommodate to your training requests. I also teach agility classes and tricks classes. I have a really nice dog of my own that loves to do agility as well. You can talk to me about what tricks and agility you would like your dogs to know, if this is something that you would like. Your dogs will have a nice playmate as well but I also understand if they need to play by themselves. I am also able to administer meds if needed. Your pups are in great hands and will not be bored at all. I work from home and will have time to train and play with your dogs. I will also be able to bath your pups if wanted or needed but only for dogs that like being bathed I have a fenced in yard that is big and has a separate agility area to train in. They will have rest times and ac or heating depending on the weather. They will also have water at all times I also have a really friendly dog that is trained to do Service dog work and he is super friendly to all dogs and he is a big boy but friendly.

“This was my first experience with Rover. We had a last minute opportunity to leave town for the weekend and unfortunately at a hotel and venue that were not pet friendly. Contacted Reymun on Thursday and he was able to take Sophie on Friday! We'd previously put her in a kennel once and it was clearly very stressful for her. While Reymun said he was open for long walks he also said he was cool with sitting on the couch watching TV. Sophie is older and sleeping through movies is her favorite pastime! We picked her up on Sunday relaxed and comfortable. Would recommend Reymun and if needed, I will contact him again!”

“Highly recommend! She was fabulous in every way. Gave updates on how our dog was doing, was flexible when we needed to extend our trip, and most of all loved on our dog. Her energy is calm and confident - a great fit for dog sitting. She truly gifted us with peace of mind while we were away. Will 100% use her again!”

“Ayana and family watched our two dogs for a weekend. Communication and timely responses along with photos. Our dogs seemed quite content with their stay. It worked out great for our family.”

“Anna was the absolute best!! She gave us daily updates including pictures that really helped keep our minds at ease while away. She took incredible care of both our cat and dog and they both loved Anna!! We’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“I love sitting my dog Chop with Franceska & Daniel, he’s been with them several times now and he loves staying over. He really enjoys their company and I love having them sit since they seem to have such a genuine connection with my dog as well as Chops connection with their dog Atlas. It makes me excited that they are excited to sit for him every time I reach out :)”

“My family just moved to Tallahassee, and we thought finding someone to trust with our fur baby would be difficult. It was such a pleasure to use the Rover app and find Judith D. She is very professional and knowledgeable of taking care of fur babies. Our 12 yr old fur baby, Foxy Diva, had such a great time. Foxy is more playful and energetic. Judith D. is absolutely the best. Highly recommend!!!”
“Nilanie did a great job watching our dog, Lola, while we were out of town for a few days. She sent adorable photos everyday of our pup and provided consistent updates on how she was adjusting. Definitely recommend!”

“She took very good of my dog. She took my dog on long walks daily for exercise, gave her lots of attention, and gave her daily medications. Would not hesitate to leave my dog with her again.”

“Andrea was so wonderful with my pup! She was so responsive and sending constant updates and pictures which was so appreciated. She clearly took great care of my dog and I would 100% leave her with her again!”

“Iomar did a lovely job with our cat!! Everything looks very clean, our cat seemed to like her, will definitely book her again it, if available :-)”

“Andrew watched our cats while we were away for over a week - the longest we’ve ever been gone from them - and helped keep them happy the whole time! His communication was great and eased the anxiety of being away. He really went above and beyond!”

“She was absolutely amazing! You can tell she genuinely loves animals and really cares about them. She was incredibly detail-oriented with all of my pet care instructions. She even came over a few days before the booking to go through everything with me, and then came back again the day before I left just to make sure she had everything right. She took photos and kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Most importantly, she gave my fur baby so much love and attention when I couldn’t be there. I’m so grateful to have found her! From now on, whenever I travel, I know I can leave home without worrying. I would 100% book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable!”

About: In my childhood I had many cats and I have now had a dog for almost 8 years! I started dog sitting about 3 years ago for my neighbors and I really enjoy it. I have taken care of their dogs while they were on vacation and have also dropped in while they were working. I have been around pets my whole life and I love them! I love going on walks and playing with them and am very passionate about animal care. I currently work part time at a bakery but my schedule is pretty flexible around that. I do school mostly online so work is the only time I wouldn’t be with the pet! I occasionally work in afternoons, sometimes in the mornings. Contact me and I can work a shcedule out for you! I am very diligent about following instructions for your pet and I am respectful of both your space and the pet! I am also very diligent about safety and will do my best to keep an eye on your pet the whole time. I will clean any messes that may be made and check locks before leaving every time. I always make it a habit to check for food, water, any potential messes, and locks every visit.

“Kelly is amazing! So professional and I had zero doubt that she would let us down! My kitties are usually shy but she was able to pet most of them! Would 100% book her again ! :)🙂”

About: I have been taking care of dogs, cats and even horses since the age of 9. From drop ins, dog walking, overnights and even puppy classes I have worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have potty trained, crate trained, and taught basic commands to both puppy and adult dogs. I have cared for senior dogs and have experience giving meds and care for post surgery/medical procedure. From the time I was a child I have loved being trusted to care for neighbors and friends animals while they were away. No animal is off limits as I love them all! I look forward to meeting and working with you and yours! I am currently staying at home while my husband works so my schedule is very open. Every day of the week is a possibility for drop ins or overnight care. I live in a home with plenty of space to crate your baby if they stay the night, ensuring their safety and ours. I currently own a 75lb goldendoodle who loves playing with other dogs. My neighborhood is incredibly dog friendly and is lined on a paved circle perfect for walking dogs. I usually do an AM and PM walk to allow dogs to potty, along with intermittently taking them out throughout the day. Most play time happens inside where there is a much lower risk of escape or overheating.
About: I've cared for furry friends since I could walk. My family raised me in an environment where caring for animals was a form of education, and one I'm happy to share every day. I own a business that operates in a seasonal fashion. This affords me the opportunity to be available where most aren't. Whether that be for day visits and walks, or night time check ins. My home is great for dogs. My old boy loves company. He's very gentle. I have access to walking trails as well. I am happy to accommodate for kennel trained or non-kennel trained.
About: Hi, I’m Analia! What separates me from other pet sitters is my unique experiences with animals while working and managing in a corporate setting (a pet store). I know very well the standard of care that the pickiest of clients (and animals!) expect, and my hope is to be allowed to extend such high standards and more to any pets in need of a buddy, and facilitate your peace of mind while they’re under my watch! My love for animals is boundless, and I can assure you that your animal will come back to you feeling super loved and appreciated too :) I am a happy and enthusiastic learner and most of all very, very adaptable to your pet’s individual needs and special requirements as well as your own personal day to day requests. Currently part time with a lottttt of free time in the afternoon! I am able to make drop in visits or walks as need be. I've also worked together with my partner (very loving and a stickler for rules- your rules!) to ensure we cover any gaps in timely care. My partner would be part of the meet and greet should we need to ensure your pets are comfortable and socialized if my visits before and after work do not suffice :) It goes without saying, I will heed whatever tips you have for your pets—they’re your babies after all!!— and I will absolutely make sure their safety and well-being is paramount while in my care! Never off a leash when outside, and always with my phone handy in case of emergencies. (Knock on wood!)
About: I have been taking care of dogs for two years. I am more used to taking care of 3 big dogs at a time. I love all types of dogs and all size of dogs. I also I have been taking care of senior dogs and dogs that have diets. I’m currently working a part time job. I will be able to plan meet ups and be able to respond anytime. I usually won’t be able to spend the night considering I do have a dog myself. I want to make this know I will NOT be able to house animals in my house. Reason I can’t is because my dog has anxiety and if she gets stressed out she gets aggressive.

About: Although my profile is new to Rover, I am well versed in the experience for years. My mother has been a Rover sitter since I was a child and I have much experience with her going to help at clients houses. I have experience with dogs of all ages from birth to end of life, as well as cats. I am an avid animal lover and owner of exotic pets as well. I grew up on a homestead and have experience with many types of pets including livestock! Dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, rodents, birds, insects and invertebrates, I have experience with them all. I grew up with 10 dogs! My schedule is very open. I am currently post bachelors taking a break from school, as well as pursuing my degrees in Art and Anthropology. I have flexibility in my schedule to meet your needs, and I love to have detailed communication to make sure that we are always on the same page. As a sitter I am prepared to follow your pet's schedule and specific needs to keep them as comfortable and happy as possible while you are away. I would want to meet you and your pets beforehand to make sure I have a clear grasp on their schedule and needs and follow them precisely. I am very detailed when it comes to directions for my own pets so I am prepared to give your babies the same care I want for mine. I have so much in depth experience with dogs growing up on a homestead, and many of those experiences involved emergencies. I know what signs to look for to make sure your dog is safe and healthy, and will always err on the side of complete caution. I have a strong respect for safety and health and want your dog to not only be taken care of but observed in depth to make sure they are getting everything they need from me. I hope to leave every client better connected with their dogs.

About: Hi, I’m Raina – expert in meows, purrs, and perfectly timed treats 😻 I’ve worked at the Humane Society’s summer camp for nearly a decade, where I taught kids how to care for animals – and spent lots of time with fabulous felines. I’ve had cats of my own and always seem to be the one friends call when their kitty needs love, food, or someone brave enough to give meds. I come to you, so your cat can stay cozy in their own kingdom while I handle the pets, play, and litter patrol. Whether your cat wants attention or just a human who understands “no touching,” I’ve got it covered.

About: I’ve cared for cats of all personalities for over 7 years. Friends and neighbors trust me to feed, play, and give their cats plenty of love and attention. I’m experienced with shy or independent cats, patient with kittens, and always make sure litter boxes stay clean and cozy spaces feel safe.
About: I’ve loved animals my whole life and have grown up surrounded by pets of all kinds. I currently have three cats and one dog, so I’m very comfortable caring for different personalities and needs. I’m home for the summer and looking to spend my time doing something I genuinely enjoy—taking care of animals! Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just having someone reliable around, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I treat every pet like they’re my own and can’t wait to meet your furry family members! 🐾 Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I currently care for my three cats and one dog every day, making sure they’re fed, exercised, played with, and given plenty of attention. Since I’m home for the summer, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate extra time to caring for other pets as well. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so fitting walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care into my routine comes naturally. I love making sure every pet feels comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owners are away. I always make it a priority to care for pets as if they were my own. In a client’s home, I follow their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of love and attention. I know that keeping pets on their regular routine helps them feel comfortable and reduces stress while their owners are away. If I’m caring for pets in my own home, they’ll have a safe, clean, and loving environment with lots of supervision, playtime, and opportunities to relax. I make sure they always have fresh water, regular potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of affection. I also pay close attention to each pet’s personality and needs, whether they enjoy being active or prefer a calm, quiet space. My goal is to make every pet feel happy, comfortable, and cared for throughout their stay.

“Reymun was great! He was there for us when we had a last minute request and was so quick to communicate. He sent us updates during the day and some cute pictures of peaches spending time outside. We won’t hesistate to reach out to Reymun again or recommend him to others!”

About: I grew up around animals of all kinds — dogs, cats, cows, pigs, and more — so caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life. I currently have two spoiled pups of my own, Milly and RJ, and I treat every pet in my care like family. One thing that sets me apart is that I’m a teacher, so during school breaks and summers I’m home throughout the day and able to provide plenty of supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and attention. We also have a fenced-in yard where dogs can safely run and play. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I pride myself on being dependable, patient, attentive, and communicative so you can feel comfortable while you’re away. 🐾 Since it’s summer break, pet care fits naturally into my daily routine! We usually start the mornings slowly outside before it gets too warm, giving the dogs time to play, explore, and enjoy some fresh air. After breakfast, we spend time relaxing inside where the pups can nap, play, or follow me around while I read or get things done around the house. In the evenings, we head back outside for more playtime, walks, fetch, or whatever activities your dog enjoys most. I’m home throughout the day, so potty breaks, attention, and supervision are never a problem — your pet will get plenty of love and care all day long! 🐾 I will care for your pet like they’re one of my own! 🐾 I know how important routines and comfort are for animals, so I do my best to stick closely to your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and rest. Pets in my home will receive lots of attention, love, supervision, and cuddles throughout the day. We have a fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play, and pets are welcome to relax inside with me just like family. Treats are always given with owner permission, and I’m happy to accommodate any specific instructions or preferences to help your pet feel comfortable and happy while you’re away.
“I’m beyond beyond grateful to Ainla! She took my dog in for the day on only a few hours notice. I’m one of those crazy dog mom’s who is very neurotic about who I leave my dog with but I got a great vibe from Ainla and could tell her loving toward the dogs she is. And throughout the day she humored my requests and sent me tons of photos. She even went above and beyond and took me and my friend to the train station at the end of my dog’s stay. She was such a lovely person to talk with. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!”

About: I have owned or cared for my own dogs my entire life. Having lost my senior 'Stanley' last year I find myself longing for a dog's company and spirit. My own dogs have lived long lives - two for 18 years, one for 17 so I know how to give meds and care for their special needs. Stanley's petsitter recommended I try Rover - so here I am! I can come to your house, or bring your dog here to my 1/2 acre fenced in yard, with a dog door to the house and lots of time to share with your pet. I am retired and in Tallahassee or the vicinity walking or meeting up with friends. I have lots of free time to share with your pet. I have a 1/2 acre fenced in yard and a dog door to the house. I have a pool. I can come to your house if needed, or care for your dog here.
“Diana put all my worries to rest. She took amazing care of my senior dog! Paris came back super relaxed. Diana provided updates and I could tell she was taking good care of my Paris :) Would 100% recommend and will definitely contact her again.”

About: I love animals, and sit my friends pets often. I will be a great caretaker for your pets. I look forward to meeting you and your dog (or cat)! I know how hard it is to find someone reliable to take care of your pets when you're out town. I am able to visit your dog up to 2 times per day and I am home on the weekends. Please feel free to ask me any questions and I look forward to meeting ... As summer is almost upon us, I know many of you are planning vacations. If you need a house and or pet-sitter during your away time, please, write to me. I do not always use rover to conduct payments but am happy to use the site if you prefer. If you would like to contact one of my previous clients for a recommendation, please let me know and I will send you their contact information.
“Aylee was absolutely wonderful with Peaches! She accommodated us on very short notice, which we really appreciated, and she was incredibly communicative and friendly throughout the entire stay. We felt confident right away that Peaches was in great hands. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was being so well cared for. We would recommend Aylee to anyone and are already looking forward to bringing Peaches back in the future!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 13 years old, so I’m very experienced with their needs and routines. I’m dependable, patient, and treat every dog like my own. Being a student athlete has taught me responsibility, consistency, and time management. I plan my days carefully, so I always have time for walks, feeding, playtime, and giving pets the attention they need. I treat every pet like my own and follow their regular routine with feeding, walks, and playtime. I can also create space for crates in my apartment so pets feel safe and comfortable.
“I have a senior dog with special needs. Kate asked intelligent appropriate questions to evaluate if she and Matthew would be a good fit to ensure my dog was not a risk to himself, their home, or other dogs, and how to best meet his needs by understanding his behaviors. Once we agreed to a trial day care day. I was impressed with the care provided and my dog was very comfortable and happy being there. Kate sent photos and updates and was quickly responsive to my questions. Their dogs and teens are good companions to the client dogs, the house is dog-friendly in comfort and safety with all non-chewable temptations stowed away, and their spacious fenced yard provides stimulation and exercise. With a dog-friendly pool, they are hitting the pet resort level for my Boykin! They have earned our trust and respect as dog care providers, and we are grateful to have found them!”

“Communication was great. At drop-off I truly felt my pup was in great hands. Sent pictures throughout the day to let me know how everything was going. Definitely will be a returning client.”

About: I trained canine assistance dogs for 9 months and have over 25 years of experience. I’m very good with all types and personalities when it comes to our furry companions Working on switching my career path right now since there is a shift to corporate medicine in animal hospitals and as support staff I lost the feeling of being supported, or properly compensated myself. I recently started watching my neice from 6-4 Monday through Friday. Sometimes I will do delivery driving at night, but only if that is ok with you! I also have my medical marijuana card. Despite that review that says I agreed not to, I have never negotiated this. I’m an anxious, insomniac with cyclical vomiting syndrome. Some days I would not be ok without it🥺 I apologize if that does not work for anybody, but one must take care of themselves before they can care for others. This actually isn’t lucrative enough with my schedule. I ONLY do this because animals are my passion!!! Feel free to ask me any questions at all! I really am an open book! I have a 3/3 townhouse set up with lots of room for walks. Unfortunately there is no fence, but it is a very pet friendly environment.
About: I have had dogs my entire life. We adopted Frankie in June 2025. He’s very dog friendly. Frankie is about 45 pounds. He is pretty energetic and can play rough so we’d do best with dogs his size or larger that match his energy and play style. We are a pretty active household. We like to spend time in the backyard and go for walks around the neighborhood or on the trails. I typically work from home so your dog won’t be alone for long. We have done a lot of training since getting Frankie. I’ve become very knowledgeable on training and dog behaviors. I am certainly no expert, but you can trust will we care for your fur baby as if they were our own. If there are behaviors or training you are working on, I will be happy to continue that during their stay. Contact me for any additional information! I primarily work from home so I have the flexibility to accommodate most needs. We tend to walk in the morning and evening with a midday potty break and play. You can trust I will follow any and all care instructions you provide for your dog. You know what’s best for them and I understand the importance of that. I will be sure to follow your typical routine so your dog is as comfortable as possible.

About: I am new to the business of dog walking and dog sitting, but I have been around dogs the majority of my life. Growing up my family had three dogs, and currently I have a seven year old rescue dog, named Arya, whom I had adopted in 2019. I have lived in Tallahassee for almost 8 years now, so I am very familiar with the area. Looking forward to this experience! While I used to be employed as a TA at FSU when I was a graduate student, I am currently unemployed and searching for research positions as a biologist. My days consist currently of job applications, so I hace a flexible schedule. My own dog is a mutt, mixed with pitbull and Rottweiler, so I know there is no such thing as "a bad breed." I will treat all dogs with the same love and care.

About: I love all animals and have experience with animals with minor medical needs (ie. pills, shots, creams, etc). I have 2 dogs and am a 4x foster with LCHS with three of them being medical foster puppies. I also have 6 cats who have all come from different situations and back rounds. I excel at following your pets schedule and needs. I commonly house sit for a 100+ lb dog and am more than willing to watch your dog at my home as long as they are good with other dogs and cats. I work a full time job M-F but am able to do lunchtime potty breaks. If you are interested in booking over weekdays it would be best that your fur baby can be alone for 4 hour increments. If your pet is people/pet friendly and you approve I am able to bring dogs to my office space. We do not have a fenced yard but live in a very walkable area. Our dogs are crate trained and we have no problem crating your fur baby or leaving them out per your preference.

“Kayla communicates well, is very friendly, and goes above and beyond when pet sitting. She walks my dog twice a week and it gives me so much peace of mind to know that my pup is getting some love and attention when I have to work late. Thanks Kayla!!!”

About: I’ve been pet sitting for family for years now and figured it’s time to branch out the business. I live alone, have a large back yard and a nice park nearby my house. I would pet sit at times when I am available to and take on pets in a manner that makes logistical sense for me and my schedule. I check on them and look for any signs of obvious discomfort or distress. Make sure they have time to use the bathroom/clean litter box and water. Most animals will try and communicate to you what they need, so it’s good to follow the routines they have at home and interpret what they need and at what time.
About: I’ve been trusted to care for, walk, feed — owners dogs and their dog always wants me around and ends up loving me! I’d love your dog as my own! Just a busy doctor with a new puppy, Maple, who I love and adore. My days revolve around caring for and loving her. Maple is very easy to love. I will care for the owners dog as my own and follow the instructions given to me. I’ll be sure your dog is walked, fed and cared for — with love.

About: What Sets Me Apart 🐾 I’ve spent years working closely with animals of all kinds—dogs, cats, reptiles, and more. 🧒🐶 For nearly a decade, I ran the summer camp at my local Humane Society, caring for animals daily and teaching kids how to do the same. 🐕🦺 I’ve raised dogs my whole life and once cared for seven huskies—from newborn pups to seniors. 😺 I have plenty of experience with cats, including shy ones, playful ones, and those who need extra patience. What sets me apart is my mix of hands-on experience, dependability, and a calm, respectful approach to each pet’s personality. Whether it’s drop-ins or keeping them company while you’re away, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for in their own space. I have a flexible work schedule and plenty of time for pet care. I also go on lots of walks, so your pup will get plenty of fresh air and exercise! 🐕🦺🌳 When I care for pets in a client’s home, I always prioritize their comfort, routine, and safety. 🏡 I follow all instructions closely—whether it’s feeding, medication, or favorite spots for walks or naps. I make sure doors, gates, and anything hazardous are secure, and I take the time to build trust with each pet so they feel calm and cared for while you’re away. 🐾

“Julia did great with our senior dog Bo! She was responsive and sent pictures throughout the stay. Since she is a vet tech, Bo was in great hands during his stay. We will definitely book with her again.”

We wouldn’t hesitate to book DeAndre again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

“We were so nervous with our 7 month old GSP. But she was so awesome with Amanda. Her first trip away from home and she loved. Amanda picked her and dropped her off, sent several pictures through the day, and ensured us that she was having fun. Definitely will be rebooking with her!!”

“We made arrangements to leave our dogs with Byron and his wife for the week. They have a fenced in yard that is great for the dogs. Our dogs were droped off. Byron was able to send pictures letting us know how our dogs were. They were well taken care of. We picked them and they were all happy. I would leave them with byron and his wife anytime.”

“Was our first time away from our dog and I must say I felt at ease leaving him in her care and while I was away. She kept me updated on how he was doing. If you book with Mrs. Angela your fur baby will be well taken care of. I will definitely be booking with her again.”
