“Joann & Chris were awesome!! I can't say enough about them!! I had a last minute emergency creating the need for a dog boarder for a holiday weekend on the Thursday before the holiday for my nervous nilly dog. I found them in my Rover account. They had a space for my dog and let us come over that same day for a meet and greet. My nervous nilly dog showed me right away how comfortable she was there. I loved what I saw and booked with them right away. Over the weekend, my fur baby was allowed to do the kinds of things we let her do at home - snuggle up on our chairs with us, sleep in our bed, etc. In addition to their fenced-in back yard, they went on daily walks and played in the house with their dog and 1 other that was also there for the weekend. I recieved photos and I could tell my dog was having a great time. When I picked her up yesterday I could quickly see that she was not stressed at all from this new last-minute situation. I give the credit to JoAnn & Chris for making my baby feel loved and at home in their home in our absense. I will absolutely book them again! They were awesome!!”

I stumbled upon rover and found Katie, so I decided to message her right away, she responded within minutes! And that same conversation led us to our meet and greet the next day. When we got to the meet and greet, we were welcomed by Katie and her family, she has two older dogs and she created a safe place for Hank to meet her dogs individually first. All the dogs got along really well and we know that Hank was comfortable and happy to stay with Katie when we had to leave. During the stay with Katie, she was very good at communicating with me throughout the trip, and from the picture she sent us we know that Hank was having a great time. Katie is wonderful and if we ever have to look for care for hing, we will definitely come back to her!”

I have owned dogs of a variety of sizes Big (Labradors - Sassie and Flounder), Cocker Spaniel (Cleo), Basset Hound (Ginger), Terrier (Kush), and Pomeranian (Foxy). I learned by caring for these dogs that the most important thing is to identify each dog's individual needs by paying attention to how they are feeling and how they interact with me and the other dogs. I am currently a stay at home wife who has plenty of time to take care of dogs up to 40 lbs. My home is pet friendly, with doorway gates to make sure that each dog has a safe place to eat and enjoy their stay at my home. My schedule is flexible and can be changed and updated on an as needed basis, I have a back yard and a safe sidewalk that is easily accessible outside my front door. My back yard has grass and a screened in porch for those days when it is comfortable for dogs to be outside.

“We were travelling from out-of-country and had a chance to spend the day with friends locally. We messaged Chris during the Super Bowl game for a daycare session with our two dogs the next day. They responded almost instantly. Amazing communications and very responsive. The facility is incredible. Very clean. Sheltered. A double perimeter fence. Motion activated spot lights. Our dogs were secure and we felt very comfortable leaving them there for the day. We received updates and photos throughout the day which made us happy to know our dogs were visibly relaxed and comfortable in a new environment. When we picked them up the dogs were clearly happy, tired, relaxed, and definitely appeared to be smiling! We would not hesitate to use Chris and their spouse again. Amazing people. About: From pups to great Danes, turtles to amazon green parrots, fish and more, love them all. Cats are great but only can do drop in visits. I work from home and pets will go out supervised in the yard and walks, weather permitting( down pour rain). Letting pets out IS MY PRIORITY!! I am a certified dog trainer and formerly worked at an animal rescue as the behavior manager. My work schedule is pretty flexible so I can make time any day of the week to work with you and your pets. For dogs in boarding, I always make time throughout the day for plenty of playing, physical exercise, mental enrichment, and relaxation. I have experience with a variety of care requirements including special handling for animals of different temperaments, walking and exercising dogs with behavioral issues, preparing specialized diets, and administering medications that I am confident in applying to your pet’s needs. While boarded, each dog has their own space to sleep, eat, and otherwise relax without being bothered by other dogs in the home. This can be a crate or puppy pen depending on what is the best fit for the dog. This is also where the dogs stay while I am out of the house to prevent any incidents between dogs. During the day, the dogs have the opportunity to spend their time inside or outside. There are plenty of toys and beds inside for some playing or relaxing. Outside, they have a fenced-in acre to run, explore, and roughhouse. The dog-friendly pool will be ready for use in April 2026. It has a 8x16ft sun shelf to allow for lounging in shallow water and a ramp for easy access in and out of the deep end. It is screened in to prevent anyone from slipping in unnoticed. For days that don’t allow for much exercise outside, I have treadmills to burn energy for dogs that are comfortable with them and plenty of puzzle feeders to keep their minds busy.

About: I’ve had dogs off and on since I was about 12 with all sorts of personalities due to fostering. I currently have 2 Australian Sheppards, 8 chickens and 4 cows. I work from home so I am available for many dogs needs. I am used to high energy dogs and one of my Aussies loves to play and run and run some more, so if you have an active dog they will be worn out when you get them home. I also have an older small dog in my family that is blind and deaf so I am used to that as well. I work from home and am available to take out your dogs for breaks quite a lot. I am available 24/7 unless I already have been booked. I have a large fenced in pasture that will be used for the dogs to run around and play in, my personal dogs are high energy so I can promise that most dogs will be worn out when they get home. I am also training for a half marathon in the fall so I welcome walking dogs too.

About: For 2 years I’ve took care of my neighbors dogs by letting them out, feeding them and playing with them. I love animals and I grew up in a household filled with animals. Ive always loved animals and caring for them is the highlight of my day oftentimes. I would be happy to care for your baby, and make sure that when youre away your fur baby has no worries or anxieties that will make any future trips stressful for you, im available whenever you need me! Ive taken care of senior dogs before and am willing to follow whatever instructions to make sure theyre comfortable and happy, please entrust your animal in my hands! I work part time right now as a publix pharmacist but my schedule is fairly flexible, i have my own ways of getting there and am willing to do whatever youre comfortable with to make your animals as comfortable as possible. :) Whatever your pets need is what I will provide, I don't offer pet boarding. I would be happy to go to your house and stay whether it be for a few hours or days if thats what you’re comfortable with. I love seeing animals comfortable in their own spaces and will do everything in my power to make sure it doesn’t stress out your animal when i’m there.

About: From pups to great Danes, turtles to amazon green parrots, fish and more, love them all. Cats are great but only can do drop in visits. I work from home and pets will go out supervised in the yard and walks, weather permitting( down pour rain). Letting pets out IS MY PRIORITY!! I have a fenced in shaded yard perfect for small sunbathing and rolling around in the grass. Great for doing zoomies and playing ball lots of fun!!
