About: I am an animal lover who’s enjoys playing and cuddling with all the fur babies. I’m open to meeting the individual needs of every animal I care for! I have experience with puppies to elder dogs and give medication if needed. Routine schedules, play time and potty schedule is ideal. I do try to stick to the routines of the animals so they know what’s coming. I am available most mornings, evenings and weekends. About: When I was 12 a stray Tom adopted us. My mother and I would bandage him after his escapades. I have since then taken care of feral cats and helped get them spayed and neutered. About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was a teenager. Neighbors at first, and then family and friends, relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their dogs. My miniature poodle, Louie, loves to have company. We live in North Lakeland in a fenced-in single home with a pool. I work part-time from home, so I'll have plenty of time to take care of your pup! I'm available for day care and boarding on weekdays and weekends. We have a big fenced-in yard, a pool, and an oversized lanai for your friend to hang out in. “Deanna is absolutely wonderful. She is so caring and personable and my pup, Toby just absolutely adores her and her little 10yo dog Nicco! Could not separate Toby and Nicco from each other and Toby gravitated to Deanna all the time forgetting I was even around or came to pick him up. Deanna's partner also loves animals and loves Toby. Toby sat on his feet even every time he or Deanna sat down. Very refreshing, their home and yard are perfect for dogs and cats and they really love and care for them as if they are theirs. Even let Toby sleep with them too. So funny and cute. Deanna is very willing to work with you and your schedule and you just need to be fair and keep in communication with her. About: It's more about the dog than anything else so I do my utmost to make sure the "kid" is taken care of and how you expect me to do as well. I'm usually home and Dan works out of our home so we make a great team taking care of all the pups here. We are flexible and willing to work with your schedule. We have a privacy fenced in 1/4 acre yard for plenty of exercise and room to run and sniff. I love playing fetch if your pup is into that. Your pup will always be supervised and NEVER left unattended outside. I closely monitor dog introductions and take note of their body language. If their energy levels don't match and one becomes overbearing to another, I can keep them separated in a gated area. If a dog plays too rough, I referee accordingly. My goal is to ensure all dogs are happy and comfortable during their stay. Crate trained is preferred for adult dogs, but not required as long as they are completely potty trained (1-2 accidents are fine), isn't destructive, and can stay within a gated area when needed. All puppies less than a year must be crate trained as they will be sleeping in a crate overnight for their safety. All of my dogs are crate trained, so I can put them in off mode if your pup wants his/her individual playtime. If you have any special needs or routines I will be happy to accommodate.
