“We are so happy we found Laura! She’s absolutely amazing—she treated our little Roberta like her own and kept us updated with so many cute pictures. The whole family made Roberta feel right at home, loved, and well taken care of. We can’t recommend her enough and will definitely reach out to her again whenever we need a sitter!”

“Kimberly was great. She took great care of my dog and provided daily picture updates. Her own doggie Bailey was really sweet as well. I would book with her again and recommend.”

“Katie was absolutely wonderful. She took GREAT care for our black lab Drax on short notice when a sitter fell through for us. She has ample space, clean and well taken care of with lots of room to run and have fun. This was the first time we have ever let our boy be taken care of by a stranger, so we were nervous. She reassured us and was in communication the for the two days he was there. She sent lots of pictures and videos of our boy having a great time with the other dogs. He even made a best friend while he was there. 10/10 would recommend and will use her services again the future. Thank you!”

“Chris C kept my kitten for four days and three nights. This was her first time being away from me for more than eight hours. He was absolutely awesome. He sent me videos pictures text messages and I felt comfortable the entire time I was away from her. she’s almost 6 months and still a baby. He treated her like she was his own and so did his awesome cat Stasche I would definitely recommend him and I will also rebook with him whenever Skye needs a sitter really nice guy and his home was perfect for my baby to enjoy herself”

“Thank you Laura! I was stressed about leaving Abby with anyone but you and your family made it easy for me. I loved receiving text messages and pictures letting me know Abby was doing great and having fun. Thank you to your son for helping and loving Abby. You guys are awesome!!! Thank you!”

About: Being a dog mom for over 10 years and a cat mom for 3 years, now being a mom to my own babies and staying home full time with the ability to open my home or help others with their fur babies is my favorite hobby. I have a beautiful golden retriever that I’ve had since she was 6 weeks so I’ve been able to be with her and learn all stages of dogs. I have a large, fenced in backyard so plenty of space to play or sun bathe for the pups. I’m currently a stay at home mom to a newborn so I now have extra time for this hobby. I love dogs and sitting them is my fun way of interacting and enjoying a new pup without getting another one of my own. Dogs have always been members of the family to me. Spending quality time with them by going on long walks with plenty time to sniff and stimulate their brains, cuddling on the couch watching movies or playing with their favorite toy.
“Celeste was amazing! She took care of my dogs like they were her own. She made sure to send me photos and keep me updated along the way. I’ll definitely be rebooking with her in the future!”

“Samantha is incredible. She kept us updated about our dog by sending us pictures and messages. She's very professional and kind. We highly recommend her.”

“Jennifer boarded Koda for a week while I was away for a work trip. Every day I received photos and an update on how he was acclimating while I was gone. I’m incredibly impressed with her timely follow up and Koda has such a great time!”

“Becky was so good with my fur baby. This is his first time with a stranger. Started a little slow, wouldn't eat. Made me sad. Then he was happy as can be. Loved running in her fenced back yard. Definitely use her again.”

“We were delighted with the care Janel , Jeffrey and Olivia provided our two dogs during the first visit and we look forward to continuing to book with them . Janel and Jeff are professionals and we highly recommend their service . We have two dogs, with two distinct personalities, and Janel and Jeff did a great job caring for both . Janel and Jeff are compassionate, experienced, patient and thoughtful listeners ( esp when we probably gave them too much information during our first visit!). Olive and Happy say thank you for the wonderful visit - and so do we !”

“This was the first time I have ever had to leave our puppy girl with someone else so of course I had anxiety over it. Lindsay and her family were absolutely wonderful. From updates and pictures I was so at ease that my baby girl was in great hands. I will definitely use her again for a puppy sitter.”

“Chandler was a great sitter. He went above and beyond making sure my pup was given all his meds and ear drops. He was even able to accommodate me with picking him up for a vet visit. I would/will use Chandler again in the future.”

“Lenise was absolutely incredible! She provided daily pictures and updates throughout each day of Shadows stay with her. She also video called me so that I could say hello to him while I was away. Her love for animals and specifically dogs shines bright from the moment you meet her. I felt confident that my precious pup was in the best of care during his long weekend with her. I will 100% be re-booking with Lenise the next time I have an away trip that I need to attend. Thank you for your help, advice and love for our sweet boy!”

“Madison had a great time with Kelli and her family We were so Happy to know she was being Cared for and getting lots of Love and attention while we were gone We would highly recommend Kelli❤️”

“Nelson and Donna were amazing! They watched my very shy cat and were still so kind and gave him all the attention. They even swept my apartment for me! I couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“As a first time Cat owner, we were very concerned about the welfare both physically and emotionally with having to leave our cat for a few days alone to attend a family function. We were fortunate enough to have found Janicia on this Rover app. We found Janicia to be a very caring, compassionate and genuinely concerned sitter who who took excellent, care of Peaches {the cat}; taking care of her physical needs as well as her need to be shown a bit of personal, one on one attention. Janicia provided all of the above. We heartily, without reservation, recommend Janicia to any one looking for a warm, friendly and genuinely attentive cat sitter !”

About: I have a deep love for cats and take great pride in providing them with a clean and comfortable environment. I'm skilled at maintaining spotless litter boxes, ensuring my feline friends stay happy and healthy!
“Kelly is absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of my very needy cat while I was away. From the beginning, she demonstrated a truly professional and thoughtful approach—following clear procedures and making sure every detail was handled with care. What I appreciated most was how consistently she sent me updates and photos, which really gave me peace of mind and made me feel connected even from afar. Knowing my cat was in such good hands let me relax completely during my time away. I couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter. Highly recommended!”

“Mrs Sherry was so amazing! The entirety of our trip we felt confident our cats were in good hands! She sent us notes and photos every day, even brought my babies nicer plates to eat from! She noticed my senior cat Oliver was drinking a lot of water and peeing a lot - we took him to the vet on Sunday and it turns out he has severe hyperthyroidism. I am so grateful for her observations! My cats loved her!!! I highly recommend her services ❤️”

“Fantastic sitter! I had to leave my kitties home for the holiday weekend, and Andrea came to my rescue! She conducted morning and evening check ins on my kitties. She went above and beyond in ensuring my kitties were well taken care of. In addition to the responsibilities I’ve outlined (which she conducted very well), she has the perspective of a pet owner herself, so she’d text me during visits if I would also like her to trim nails, sweep the area around the litter box, etc. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your furbabies as her own, look no further than Andrea!”

“Brooke is doing drop in visits for us daily and has done a fabulous job. The dogs love her visits, she takes the best pictures of them and really treats them like her own. We could not be happier.”

“Thank you so much, we love the pictures you sent and we can tell Winnie was so much at home. Would highly recommend your services. Thank you for everything. She’s exhausted. We’ll definitely use you again.”

“This was the first time we left Jake at Laura‘s house. And I think he did really well. Being a rescue, Jake is a little leery about a lot of people and unknown environments. Overall, I think he did really well, and I am very optimistic about Laura being his pet sitter. Thank you Laura for being patient with Jake.”

About: Trusted local business owner, local home owner and a true lover of animals (it’s why I’m doing this). I’m not someone just doing this to get out of their environment- I’m doing it because I love animals and want to make long term friends whom can trust me with their animals when they need it. My dad has Alzheimer’s and lives out of state and I know how helpful it was when I found a trusted pet sitter for my home when I had to fly to tend to his care. The peace of mind of knowing you have someone well established in your home whom has many reviews and who sends photos daily to show your pet is doing great is a major help to the anxiety of being away from your pets. I decided one day I got far enough in life that my side jobs should be something I actually enjoy doing and it’s a major reason why I’m on rover as well, to spend time doing something I enjoy and help others feel that safety net with their pets when they are away. Whether I house sit or watch your pet from my home they’ll be my priority. My service isn’t treating your pet like a business like many sitters. I give them the time I’d give a new foster cat or dog Ive adopted. I work from home so they will have me here always. I have a deep love for all creatures, big and small, and my experience goes beyond just "liking" pets: • Shelter-Tested: I’ve spent significant time volunteering for local shelters, which taught me how to handle different temperaments, follow strict feeding schedules, and give some extra TLC to pets who might be feeling a little shy or anxious. • Flexible Setup: Whether your fur baby is more comfortable in their own environment or wants to come hang out at my home, I’m happy to accommodate what makes them feel safest. • The "Paparazzi" Treatment: I know how much you miss them when you're away! I’m big on sending photo and video updates so you can see exactly how much fun (or napping) we’re having. A Typical Day With Me Whether I’m watching a high-energy pup who needs three walks a day or a senior cat who just wants a warm lap to snooze on, I tailor my care to their personality. Your pet's routine is my top priority—I want them to feel like they’re on a "staycation" rather than just waiting for you to get back. I’m responsible, communicative, and—most importantly—genuinely excited to meet your furry family members. I can't wait to hear from you! My time is focused on the job. You should want the very best for your pets and home - I’ll provide it. My pricing is adequate for me to actually make your pet the only priority for that. I intentionally limit the number of bookings I take so that your pet and your home receive my absolute, undivided attention. Unlike standard sitting services, I do not juggle multiple clients or outside distractions during our time together. Your pet becomes my sole priority, ensuring their routine is followed perfectly in a stress-free environment. When you book with me, you are investing in total peace of mind, premium communication, and a dedicated companion who treats your pet like family. Everyday I take care of my best friend (my cat) so adding more to the routine is not an issue: I wake up and attend his needs and spend time with him all day. Wouldn’t have it different! I run a business that I can make my own hours and schedule - so it works very well for assisting people with their animal friends tasks. No one comes here besides myself. My doors are all locked and the house is very safe and secure for animals. I have not just one but two security systems with 8 cameras. They have a good amount of space to run around with no chance of getting outside. The backyard is fully fenced - I just spent $2500 replacing the fence as well to make it fully secure and safe. I don’t have anyone else with access to my property but me.
About: I've taken care of animals since I was younger. We've had quite a few different types of animals from bunnies and hamsters to cats and dogs. It fits easily into my routine because I'm home all the time. I don't go anywhere really and I have plenty of free time to spare. I have a fenced in back yard, I have a big house with plenty of room for them, and I have a few other animals that are friendly.
About: i’ve had pets my whole life and always have been the one to watch and take care of them, about 4 years ago i started pet sitting overnight for family friends and im CPR certified i’m currently working very part-time and will have plenty of time to play and hang out with your pets! i’m available from morning-2pm on monday through wednesday and available full time thrusday through sunday! i have a non fenced yard that i can leash and let them run around in, i also have a very friendly small shitzu named daisy dog and cat named theodore who love other animals, my dog is peeped pad trained so i have no issues if thats what your fur baby needs!
About: I have had dogs for over 20 years. I currently have 1 female, 8 year old medium Labradoodle. I work from home so I can provide as many potty breaks as needed. Fully fenced in backyard. I work from home so I am able to care for your baby in my home. If I do go out, it is only for a few hours at the most. I will care for your babies as if they were mine. I have a fenced in back yard and work from home so I can give potty breaks during the day.
About: Animals have been my guide and my great passion since childhood; caring for them is not a job for me, but my life's purpose. In my home, your pet will not only be safe, but will receive pure love, endless patience, and the deep respect they truly deserve. I dedicate my available hours entirely to my soul's purpose: protecting pets. My flexible schedule allows me to offer focused, deeply loving, and high-quality care. In my home: Overnight stays in a safe environment. At yours: Drop-in visits for feeding and walks. My promise: Photo updates and total peace of mind.

“Bison loves the freedom to run with the other dogs…at Katie’s place, and from the photos and video he clearly likes jumping above everyone else to get the ball! We love that he needs ‘crash time’ on the deck.”

About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience working in a veterinary clinic, where I learned how to properly handle animals, recognize signs of illness, and provide safe, attentive care. I’m comfortable with a variety of pets and understand how important it is to follow routines and keep them stress-free. I’ve also been a lifelong pet owner. I cared for my teacup Chihuahua for 17 years, which gave me extensive experience with senior dog care, including patience, gentle handling, and understanding changing needs as pets age. I also have experience caring for cats, including multi-pet households, and currently have a cat of my own. Because of my background, I’m especially attentive, reliable, and tuned in to each pet’s individual personality and needs. Whether it’s an energetic puppy, a shy cat, or a senior pet needing extra care, I treat every animal like my own. I feed my kitty wet food every morning from times ranging 7-10 am and 6-10 pm dinner. I have hard food for randomly throughout the day and provide treats when I have it. I would respect whatever schedule the client is wanting since I am always home being a stay at home mother to an almost 2 year old baby girl. I have a fenced backyard, a crate if necessary, and areas they can be in the house. I am a reliable caregiver and will do what’s necessary for your pets.
About: I've had dogs since I was a little kid. I have always had my own dogs and I have fostered several dogs over the year. I have owned cats just don't have any right now. And I have owned exotic birds and currently own an Amazon parrot. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me with their furry children over several years. I love learning more about the dogs and teaching them tricks. It is an amazing experience to see how they develop. I currently work full time from home, and only have to go into the office every other Wednesday. I have plenty of time for multiple breaks for walks. I have two friendly dogs to keep your pup company. I currently do not have a crate in the house. I am okay with your dog sleeping on the couch or bed.
“Hands down the best experience we have ever had with a sitter! Our old girl dealing with separation anxiety had the time of her life! I would highly recommend frank and Lou!”

About: I walk my dogs 2 times a day,,great for their health as well as mine, so much so that I've lost 165lb in the last 3 years lol Morning walk and evening walk, are every day,,food is always available with fresh water, play time is whenever they want and have the energy, medicine as needed 😀 I have a fenced in yard and you are welcome to visit us and meet my pets to decide,,I'm aware this is an important decision Leaving your fur family with me
About: Let me play with your fur babies! I would love the opportunity to love on them. Throuought my life, I have had the joy of caring for 2 kitties and 3 doggies that have since crossed the rainbow bridge. Currently, we have 2 cats and 2 small dogs at mine and my mom's property with plenty of attention to spare. As for experience, I have hand-fed newborn kittens, cared for new puppies, cats and dogs in their senior days, and everything in between. Every pet has their own personality, quirks, and needs, so I will be sensitive to those needs and I assure you that your fur baby will have tons of cuddles and play time! Every morning begins with tail wags, squeaker toys, and kitty head boops. Your pet will fit right in if boarding is decided and would be supervised all day and night. I can accommodate plenty of potty breaks for those little bladders as well! Since we have a big fenced in yard, we do not have to go to a park to walk the animals and they can enjoy freedom and fun. If your fur baby is boarding, they are welcome to sleep in human bed or dog bed! House sitting is an option as well! Keep your babies at home in their natural environment and I can accommodate your baby's usual routine! I work from home so we can have plenty of quality time together and they can go potty as often as needed! I will care for your babies how YOU care for them and then try to go above and beyond to compensate for the fact that I am not actually their mama. They need to have the easiest transition to a new environment as possible so I don't want to fluctuate from what they would expect at home. Just have all their favorite things that they need, I will keep an inventory, and the beebee will be happy!
“Laura was very accommodating, She sent us a video of Givonni having a great time. Lots of room to run and play. Would absolutely be seeing Laura in the future. We know Giovanni had a great time......he slept the rest of the day. Thank you Laura.”

“Natallia was absolutely wonderful with my pups and treated them like family. She checked in with me daily, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were safe, happy, and well cared for. She’s incredibly friendly, her home is clean and welcoming, and her own dogs are very well-socialized. I highly recommend Natallia. Your furry friends will be in excellent hands with her. 🐾💛”

“Nancy is our first Rover pet care specialist and she did not disappoint. Outstanding communication, well organized, very personable. We are in the area for a few days as part of an Airstream caravan and had a long bus day into the city, leaving our Shiba alone for nearly 11 hours. Nancy proposed a meet and greet on short notice and also handled a reschedule (we decided to have her come by and walk Chewie twice versus once). Nancy understood the quirkiness of actually getting into our trailer as well as some of our hints to get Chewie to be interested in walking with her. Chewie, a guarded nine year old Shiba Inu who is basically our fourth child, took to Nancy like she was part of the family. We very much enjoyed the reports today of her interactions with Chewie as well the plethora of photos that captured Chewie better than we’ve been able to. I cannot say enough good things about Nancy. I wish her the best and anyone who is looking for someone through Rover to walk or check up on their pet can rest assured their pet or pets will be in the best of hands with Nancy.”

I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of time to give pups attention, playtime, and care. Boarding works best for me on weekends after 2pm, but I’m happy to help on weekdays if needed — we can always work something out. For dog walking, I’m available most weekdays and flexible with scheduling to fit your pet’s routine. I have a fenced-in yard with plenty of space and grass for safe outdoor play. I can provide cat food, but I’ll need owners to bring any dog food and a crate if their pup uses one. I’m happy to help with basic dog grooming like brushing and bathing — I just don’t trim nails. Your pet will always be cared for and comfortable while they’re with me!

About: I recently moved, but before that I used to dog sit and walk dogs for neighbors, family, and friends pretty often. I’ve always loved being around dogs and spending time with them. I’m comfortable with different sizes and personalities and can help with walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company and making sure they’re cared for while you’re away. I’m available after 12pm during the week and have open availability on weekends. I’m flexible with walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting, and I’ll always make sure your pets get plenty of attention and care. I always want pets to feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I’ll follow any routines or instructions you leave for me and make sure your pets get lots of attention, playtime, walks, and care. I’m patient with animals and will treat your pets like they’re my own.
“Amanda has been with us for a couple of years. She is amazing really pays attention to my pups needs! She goes above and beyond each and every visit. Could not ask for a better Pup nanny.”

About: I've pet and house sat for cats and dogs of many breeds and sizes. Mostly for family and friends and I treat them like the beloved family members they are! Many times they have multiple dogs and or cats which is fine by me, love them all. I have been the lucky pet mama of many dogs, a few cats, birds, guinea pig and hamsters. They all were very dear to me and my family. Right now I'm retired and unfortunately my sweet old beagle-mix girl Leela, past away this past fall. I miss her dearly and the routine of walking her in her stroller because in her last year she lost mobility in her hind legs. I know I will eventually adopt another, but right now just enjoying her sweet memories 😊 ♥️ A typical day would start with outside time to do their business and get some exercise, followed by their breakfast and meds/ supplements if so needed. Then we relax a bit until afternoon walking, weather permitting, and playtime. Then relax until dinner and another walk/some playtime before retiring for the night. This of course varies with the pet's routines and needs each day. This is basically what we did with our dogs, and the cats were indoor/outdoor.

About: Hi! I’m Victoria, and I’ve worked in veterinary medicine for over eight years, including emergency medicine. Caring for animals isn’t just my job it’s my passion. My experience allows me to recognize signs of illness, administer medications, care for senior pets, and provide extra attention to pets with special needs. Whether your pet needs an active adventure, a relaxing walk, or simply a loving companion while you’re away, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy and make time for in my weekly routine. I work in emergency veterinary medicine three days a week, which allows me the flexibility to provide dependable and attentive care for pets outside of those shifts. I carefully manage my schedule to ensure every pet receives the time, attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. Clear communication and reliable care are always a priority for me. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. With over eight years of experience in veterinary medicine, including emergency care, I am attentive to each pet's individual needs and can recognize signs of illness or discomfort. Whether I'm providing a walk, drop-in visit, or pet sitting in your home, I will follow your pet's routine, respect your home, and keep you updated with photos and communication so you can feel confident while you're away. For owners looking for a little extra enrichment, I'm also happy to take dogs on adventures such as longer walks, visits to dog-friendly beaches, paddle boarding, or other activities tailored to their personality, energy level, and comfort.
About: I have been around animals all my life. I know what it's like when you get super busy and don't have much time to attend to your furry family members. When you don't have the time, count on me. I would gladly watch over your pets as if they were my own. At my house, I have 1 dog named Maddie. At my mom's, my other furry family resides. I help take care of rescues that have been a part of our family for a long time now. I have watched over dogs who needed special care and certain meds everyday. I am pet CPR certified. I have worked with a range of puppies to senior dogs. I am a student going to college for allied health and would love to do something on the side that I love. My prices are based on my time I am giving, service fees, and proper supplies needed for the job. I have a flexible schedule right now. I am a stagehand and will only take gigs that can work with your pets schedule/routine. I am a nursing student and do have days I'll be away for clinical. I am currently working on updating my calendar. The back yard is fenced and in great shape. We hardly use the kennel for my dogs. Usually I leave a pee pad on the floor, water and food for my dog Maddie if I know I will be leaving. Clients dogs will not be put in the kennel unless the client specifically indicates certain times and situations.

“Somer, Garrett and the kids were great! They sent pic though out her stay showing that she looked comfortable with them,(she gets very nervous when away from me) she was even snuggling on the couch with Garrett. They took her on walks and they left the patio door open to their fenced in yard and mavis could go out and lay in the sun anytime she wanted, which she loves to do! I would definitely have her stay with them again!!”

“Nicole was really great with our pup! I’m really grateful she made him part of her family for the holidays. She was always responsive and sent us some really great photos. When she dropped off something we’d left at her home, he was so excited to see her again! We’d definitely use her again.”
