About: I have utmost respect (and lots of love!) for all animals. I truly view them as real friends and equals. With experience, I have also learned how to set and maintain good (and firm - when necessary) boundaries. Dogs have been trusted members of my family since I was a child. I have cared for senior rescue dogs; I have socialized puppies; I have taught reserved dogs new tricks; and I have taught stubborn dogs to sit and wait. I have admittedly less history with cats, but just as much respect and care for them as any other animal. I do currently have one close cat companion (we used to be roommates, and have been best buds ever since). As with all animals, I find that the respect and love I give to the pets I interact with is reciprocated - and often multiplied! As a person who is both adventurous and empathetic, I am generally very well attuned to the health and wellbeing of those around me, and I really enjoy taking dogs for walks almost as much as they do! I also like to play, and I can handle all kinds of doggy games. Big dogs welcome! I am an early riser - morning walks are my favorite! From day to day, I am generally very flexible; I work part-time as an independent handyman (furniture assembly, TV mounting, etc). I can make almost anytime work, as long as we can agree in advance. About: I have had dogs both large and small my entire life. 3 of them I primarily raised from the puppy stage (this includes potty training and the late nights) I have both dog and cat sitting experience! I currently work Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. With that being said, I am available every weekend and evenings as well as most holidays! I prioritize your pets safety, routine, and trust among everything. For example, understanding proper leash handling/ not letting them off a leash when necessary. About: Beginning in childhood, I’ve had several dog breeds (over 20!) that I’ve been tasked to take care of, play with, keep healthy and whose needs I’ve grown to pay attention to and understand. I adore animals and I approach them gently and mindfully, always considering what support will help prolong their lifespan and keep them happy, yet trained and behaved. My friends and family often call on me to either keep their pets company, train or housesit them, and I’m always more than happy to spend time with their animals. I firmly believe pets are not toys, and much more like our own kids, deserving of care, compassion, joy and attention. I have 17+ years experience taking care of and loving French bulldogs and pugs, who notoriously require extra responsibility, attention and instruction, as they can be stubborn and prone to health and breathing issues (often brought on by heat). I have cared for senior dogs who deserve nothing but love towards the end of their lives, and also puppies who need time spent on training and feeling safe, and lots of play and activity to stimulate their growing minds. I am a graduate student, with flexible availability between Saturday to Tuesday, during my off days, when I’ll be studying from home, often lounging and relaxing in my space. Having a pet to look after, feed and care for would not only be a very welcomed time commitment, but would make my space feel even more homely and bring me joy. I have enough time to play with dogs, pay attention to their unique needs and keep them active and joyful, or to simply accompany them while they rest and rejuvenate. I have a spacious apartment and a shaded dog park within my apartment community, as well as a dog wash corner next to the park - helpful during hot days in Florida. I am extremely mindful towards any pet staying with me, and provide them with a comfortable, safe and cooled space, in which I am committed to staying aware of their habits, likes and dislikes, and learning to understand their groove. There are several areas for them to use the bathroom outside, take a walk within the apartment community, as well as designated pee pads inside the apartment. I am happy to be in touch with the clients as often as needed, to help them feel at ease about letting their little one stay with someone new. I care about building trust with a dog, and taking the time to grow our bond, so they can be at ease in their surroundings and reduce any anxiety from a new environment.
About: I love all animals and genuinely enjoy taking care of your fur family member. I grew up on a farm taking care of multiple animals at a time, have rescued dozens of animals throughout my life and currently have 2 of my own. I used to train puppies and have done obedience training course before. My close friend has a senior dog (13 years old) that I have also helped take care of multiple occasions which included giving medication, cleaning up accidents, taking on frequent pee breaks, etc. I’m able to provide around-the-clock care for your babies throughout the day. I’m very flexible and happy to assist with pick-up and drop-off, baths if needed, administering medication, and more. About: I’ve had animals ever since I was a child growing up on a farm. We had so many types of animals and I loved them all. I currently have 5 pets (3 cats & 2 dogs) and I’ve done everything from potty training 8 week old Beagles to end of life care for two of our sweetest dogs over the years. I love training my dogs to do tricks, but also just giving them cuddles at the end of a long day. I’ve given countless doses of meds, cleaned up plenty of puke & other messes, & know at the end of the day what it means to leave your pets in someone else’s care. I’m here to help you relax while they’re with me. I have my own pets & I have my own business that I run from home. Pets are constantly top of mind for me as they’re around me all day. I use crate training for nighttime & while I’m away from home (for our own two dogs) but otherwise they’re running around the home & yard all day long (or, if you’re our beagle, napping all day long). I love to do a quick check & make sure there are no messes (ie, puke, accidents, hairballs, etc.) and then make sure each pet gets some affection. They’ll get lots of pets throughout the day in my own home, but I also make sure to let them out frequently (we have a doggie door for the dogs). They’re fed consistently & appropriately, and I follow any guidelines left with me. My children, if your pets are at our home, will also ensure your pets get lots of affection & attention.

About: I’m new to Rover, but not new to pets. I’ve spent years dog and cat sitting for family, friends, and people from my church while they travel so I’ve basically already been doing this, just without the app. Boarding is where I’m strongest. Whatever you’re away for a weekend trip, a long workweek, a stretch out of town your pet gets a quiet, pet free home and someone who’s actually paying attention to them, not just checking a box. It’s just me and my roommate here, no kids, no chaos, no other pets running around unless we’re talking about yours LOL. But if boarding isn’t what you need, I also do drop in visits and walks. A midday or evening walk for your dog, or a quick morning/night stop to feed and check on your cat while you’re out. My schedule’s flexible (I work fulltime but it’s not a rigid 9-5), so I can usually make mornings, evenings, weekends, whenever your pet needs me. I’m not the type to drop them off with food and a bowl and disappear for the day. I want to actually know their personality by the time you pick them up. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of pretty much every age and energy level, from the zoomies at 6am crowd to older pets who just want someone patient around and a quiet spot to nap. Routines matter to me too if your pet eats at a certain time, walks a certain route, or has a little quirk, I want to know about it and stick to it. I’ll keep you in the loop while I’m with them. Feeding on schedule, medication if they need it, litter box scooped, fresh water, the whole routine handled the way you’d do it yourself. Photo updates too, so you’re never left wondering how things are going. Can’t wait to meet you both and hear what your pet’s routine looks like. My schedule is flexible, so I’m available mornings, evenings, weekends, and throughout the week as needed. I take the time to learn your pet’s personality, preferences, and routine so they can feel as comfortable as possible. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether they’re staying in my home or I’m stopping by yours, I follow their routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, medications, and any special instructions you provide. I provide a calm, pet free home for boarding and make sure every pet gets plenty of attention and care. I also send photo updates throughout their stay because I’d want the same thing if it were my pet. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in good hands
“My dogs LOVE to go to Rebecca’s! They run to her and Cosmo. She’s good with them. Her house is clean, nothing for them to get into. Backyard is huge! My large breed loves to run around back there.it’s all secured with fencing but also has a long leash they can clip to if they can jump fences (my Ella) . My other dog has separation anxiety but was not in a panic when I picked him up, which says a lot! I could go on and on, but she’s great, her boyfriends great, house/yard wonderful! My dogs have gone multiple times and I feel 100% comfortable dropping them and going.”
