About: Beginning in childhood, I’ve had several dog breeds (over 20!) that I’ve been tasked to take care of, play with, keep healthy and whose needs I’ve grown to pay attention to and understand. I adore animals and I approach them gently and mindfully, always considering what support will help prolong their lifespan and keep them happy, yet trained and behaved. My friends and family often call on me to either keep their pets company, train or housesit them, and I’m always more than happy to spend time with their animals. I firmly believe pets are not toys, and much more like our own kids, deserving of care, compassion, joy and attention. I have 17+ years experience taking care of and loving French bulldogs and pugs, who notoriously require extra responsibility, attention and instruction, as they can be stubborn and prone to health and breathing issues (often brought on by heat). I have cared for senior dogs who deserve nothing but love towards the end of their lives, and also puppies who need time spent on training and feeling safe, and lots of play and activity to stimulate their growing minds. I am a graduate student, with flexible availability between Saturday to Tuesday, during my off days, when I’ll be studying from home, often lounging and relaxing in my space. Having a pet to look after, feed and care for would not only be a very welcomed time commitment, but would make my space feel even more homely and bring me joy. About: I've had the joy of a dog in my life for nearly ALL of it! I grew up with them and have owned various breeds, rescues and sizes. I have been asked to walk, feed, and take care of many types of pets over the years and can't resist the love they share. I have a safe, relaxed environment to share with your pet. Fortunately, I have a very flexible work schedule in both time and location which allows for lots of availability for taking care of your pet. I am trained in American Red Cross Pet First Aid & CPR, have administered meds/shots and cared for all ages of dog/cats from puppies to senior dogs. My home has a fenced in yard, but I'm happy to take outside for walks through my low traffic neighborhood, or your neighborhood. If the pet parent approves, we can also go to a park! I have room to place a crate or personal dog bed if preferred.

About: I’ve had animals ever since I was a child growing up on a farm. We had so many types of animals and I loved them all. I currently have 5 pets (3 cats & 2 dogs) and I’ve done everything from potty training 8 week old Beagles to end of life care for two of our sweetest dogs over the years. I love training my dogs to do tricks, but also just giving them cuddles at the end of a long day. I’ve given countless doses of meds, cleaned up plenty of puke & other messes, & know at the end of the day what it means to leave your pets in someone else’s care. I’m here to help you relax while they’re with me. I have my own pets & I have my own business that I run from home. Pets are constantly top of mind for me as they’re around me all day. I use crate training for nighttime & while I’m away from home (for our own two dogs) but otherwise they’re running around the home & yard all day long (or, if you’re our beagle, napping all day long). I love to do a quick check & make sure there are no messes (ie, puke, accidents, hairballs, etc.) and then make sure each pet gets some affection. They’ll get lots of pets throughout the day in my own home, but I also make sure to let them out frequently (we have a doggie door for the dogs). They’re fed consistently & appropriately, and I follow any guidelines left with me. My children, if your pets are at our home, will also ensure your pets get lots of affection & attention.

“Terrie watched our dog, Duke, for the weekend while we attended a wedding. She was so friendly and caring-and from the moment we arrived at her house she welcomed us and Duke with open arms. She sent lots of pictures over the weekend so we could see all the fun Duke was having! I never felt worried or anxious about leaving my dog with her. She's got a great home for the dogs too-with a huge back yard play space. I will certainly be contacting her again in the future if we should need sitting services. “So amazing! If you have large dogs and are worried about leaving them with someone, this is the perfect person for you! She took such good care of my bullmastiff, she was with her 24/7. This was my first time boarding her and I was very nervous and hesitant because she is a very large dog with anxiety, Natasha made sure to send lots of pictures of nala having fun and going on walks and the communication was awesome. Nala requires medication every morning and can make it quite difficult, but Natasha had no problem with that and made sure she got her medicine every morning. I will be boarding nala with Natasha every time from now on, my dog loves her! I have a tractive on my dog and was able to see her activity, she took her on so many walks she reached her activity goal every day! Definitely recommend”

“My dogs LOVE to go to Rebecca’s! They run to her and Cosmo. She’s good with them. Her house is clean, nothing for them to get into. Backyard is huge! My large breed loves to run around back there.it’s all secured with fencing but also has a long leash they can clip to if they can jump fences (my Ella) . My other dog has separation anxiety but was not in a panic when I picked him up, which says a lot! I could go on and on, but she’s great, her boyfriends great, house/yard wonderful! My dogs have gone multiple times and I feel 100% comfortable dropping them and going.”
