About: I have been around animals my whole life and currently have one dog, three cats (one senior with chronic illnesses/daily meds), four hermit crabs, one ball python, and 10 quail. In the past, I have cared for fish, snails, horses, rabbits, ferrets, a tarantula, and a variety of birds. I am open to watching animals of all kinds! I am able to provide drop in care any time on the weekends and morning/lunchtime/evening during the work week. I am also able to provide dog boarding in my home. I work Monday-Friday but my office is in the same neighborhood as my house - and is pet friendly! For drop in care, my goal is to provide care that keeps to the pets' regular schedule as much as possible in order to ensure they feel safe and cared for. I am able to medicate cats and dogs. For in home care, I am able to accommodate up to 2 dogs from the same household. I have a large, pet friendly house and fenced back yard. All boarding dogs must be cat friendly and good with other dogs.

About: I've always had pets growing up from turtles, fish, ferrets and cats and dogs! I have watched several of my friends and family pets. I am currently working from home 40 hours a week and can host a dog or 2 depending on size for daycare/boarding. I am also available for morning and evening check-ins and walks! I do work from home so your babies can come hang out with me and my puppers during the work day and play out all their energy! I do have a 1.5 yr old golden doodle who loves to play and stays home with me now that I work from home. We love to go on walks or go to the park.

I’ve cared for pets since my teenage years and have experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from small companion breeds to large German Shepherds. About: I've been taking care of animals ever since I was young, from hamsters to fish to dogs and more. I've managed both calm and trouble making animals and have experience dealing with the full age range of pets due to my personal experience as a dog owner, and from my time volunteering as a foster home for dog shelters. I'm currently working part-time, and so I have an incredibly flexible schedule. I'm available for just about hour of day for any period of time. Taking care of animals has been my weekly norm since I was a kid, so it's just what I'm used to. I have a large fenced yard for pets to feel free and roam around, and I've a multitude of my own resources at home such as bowls, crates, and pens to be used as needed. About: Hi there! I'd love to help take care of your fur babies while you're away. I offer drop in visits for dogs and cats in the Shalimar/Eglin/FWB area. I also offer dog boarding in my home. If you're interested in requesting to board your dog I want to be certain we are a great fit for your pup. Please see below for details: -Your dog must be ok with other dogs (I personally have 2 large dogs) -Your dog must be ok with cats (I have 1 sassy cat) I do ask your dog be comfortable in a kennel for short periods for the first day or two(Approx 4hrs max at a time,I require this for when I have to leave the house for the first few days while the dogs are still getting to know each other, I want everyone to be safe) After comfort has been established and if you normally allow your dog to free roam and prefer it, that is no problem. We love to let our pups free roam. -I do work Mon-Fri but work 5 minutes away and always come home and hour for lunch I've been working with local rescues and shelters for years walking, caring for, and fostering animals. I've also watched many pets for friends and family. I have a full privacy fenced yard. I enjoy doing drop in visits for both cats and dogs and dog walking. I also love boarding dogs in my home. I love cats and can offer drop in visits in your home for them, however I am unable to board cats in my home(our cat isn't a fan of other cats) I have a military background and understand the challenges military pet owners face. I do have Eglin base access. If you're going on an extended TDY/deployment beyond 3 weeks reach out for special pricing. * I require a meet and greet prior to any boarding confirmation to ensure everyone is comfortable and gets along. The saftey and well being of your pets and mine is my #1 priority. I currently work full time during the day(Mon-Fri) , but am fortunate enough to work only a few minutes from home. I can do drop ins/walks in the morning/evenings. I also come home at lunch or could do drop in/walk during my lunch break if needed. If I'm caring for your pets in your home, I will ask your preferences. If I am boarding them, I allow animals to free roam the home while I am home. While I'm gone I generally kennel to ensure everyone's saftey since I'm not there to keep an eye on eveyone.(I can always make exceptions to this based on the dog, especially once I know eveyone is comfortable with each other) I do have a fully fenced backyard and a doggy door and we will also enjoy daily walks. *Please have your pup wear a collar for their visit with their information on it. Its a simple way to keep them safe in a new environment.
About: While professional dog walking for others is new for me, caring for dogs is not. I was lucky to spend 14 amazing years with my own dog, who was truly my soul dog and taught me so much about patience, attentiveness, routine, and unconditional love. She gave them exercise, relaxed with them, played with them, and overall gave them the best care and affection! She even helped me do some foundational and potty training for my 4 month old puppy. When I dropped them off, they were so excited it was like they already knew him, even though it was their first time meeting him. “Alexandra and crew (people, cats and a dog) were so welcoming that our two aussies were soon happy with their doggie vacation. They had very much built-in play time with the resident dog, and bonded with humans and animals alike in ways we'd not heard of from new contacts since Misty was a puppy (seriously, the pics and descriptions indicated a level of ease, happiness and playfulness we see with them at home). At pick-up time, they were glad to have us visit, but didn't seem completely ready to leave, We cannot imagine a better experience for our pups.
