I lost my passport so got stuck overseas an additional day and then our flight was canceled so we were stuck for a second additional day. She was so understanding and assured me that I shouldn’t worry about Bowser and that they would be happy to help out. “My papillon has had a difficult life. Stud at a mill, two years in various foster homes. As you can imagine, he is fragile, but loving. Lili accepted him into her home. He got so much love (many pics) and time outside. And most remarkably, he began playing with other dogs! I thought this was just a dogsitting while I traveled, but it was a fun and healing time for my little guy. And apparently all her guests enjoy romps in her fenced yard with constant supervision. Mikki was a semi-feral cat when she adopted us and is still extremely shy around anyone but my wife; she doesn't even allow me to pet her. She allowed Jen to hand-feed treats to her. After quick trips to hide under our bed, Mikki always came back out to see what Jen was up to. Jen also brought in some packages and put trash cans out for pickup. Above and Beyond!”
About: I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds my entire life! I helped my family foster dogs of all ages and sizes (up to 23 at a time) since elementary school. I haven’t met a doggy I didn’t love! I’ve cared for dogs by administering medicine, grooming, wrapping injuries, and more. I love going on runs and playing catch if your furry family needs some exercise as well! I work full time, but have a lengthy lunch break and free evenings after 5pm. I would be happy to drop in for an early morning visit as well. I don’t currently have any pets in my own home, but in my family home I am responsible for feeding, administering medicine, walking, cleaning up after, playing with, and giving head scratches!

About: I have had multiple cats since I was very young and adopted several from animal shelters over the past 11 years. I have been a Rover user blessed with some wonderful car sitters and now I have some extra time, I would like to give some back to the community. I am semi retired and love taking care of cats. They all have different personalities and I know the only way to gain their trust is to have them decide on their own terms. All my cats are indoor only cats and I would treat my clients’ cats the same way. I will be extra careful with their staying inside and follow all the instructions about litter box cleaning and feeding them.

About: I have owned dogs since I was a little girl. I have doggie doors at my house that lead out to a large fenced back yard. I work from home and love taking dogs for small walks on my break or just sitting out back with them. We have doggie doors so they can have access any time or I can close them and keep them inside. I dog kennel my Abby when I leave the house but only because she is older and has had small accidents recently. I have doggie doors leading to a fenced in large back yard.

Her and her husband went above and beyond. They cleaned an accident that happened after our usual walker didn't walk the dog accordingly because of the rain. Our poor boy, who never has house accidents, pooped inside. Again, Christine made sure our house was cleaned and even checked to make sure there were no further accidents.
