About: Hi, I am Tammy… I recently lost our beloved Great Dane, Blue after 7 wonderful years together. While our home feels a little too quiet right now, our love for animals hasn’t changed. I am opening our hearts and home on Rover to give other pets the same dedicated, high-quality care, comfort, and affection we gave our own. I have long backgrounds (30+ years) of dog ownership. I have attended many training courses (e.g., Sit Means Sit) and have full comprehension for the theory and application of training principles. I live in a child-free and pet-free home - your dog would would be my sole guest. My home is completely tiled on the first floor and accident proof. My home is fully dog-proofed for safety, quiet, and secure. My backyard is ample and unfenced, so we would provide regular, leashed access outside for potty breaks and walks as desired/appropriate. Dogs can expect to spend most time inside in the air-conditioning with access to the outdoors as needed/desired. I are not a farm, etc., where your pet would be primarily outside. I live in a wonderful, quiet, gated community. Several of my previous pets had special needs, requirements, etc., so I fully understand how critical those needs are. Whether your pup is an energetic fetch enthusiast, a senior dog who prefers slow strolls and cozy naps, or a dog with food allergies or specific dietary concerns, we follow your routine to the letter—including strict feeding and medication schedules. I would love to meet you and your fur baby! Feel free to reach out to schedule a Meet & Greet so I can ensure we’re the perfect fit for your dog's needs. I am available for long weekends only at this point - Friday through Sunday. If needed drop off also available Thursday evenings after 7pm. Pet care during this time would be my 100% focus. We have a large 2-story home in a safe, quiet, gated community. Our previous dog (Blue, the Great Dane) had severe allergies and strict dietary restrictions, so our home is dog-proofed, our yard is well-manicured to minimize allergens tracked inside, and the entire first floor is tiled in case of accidents. We are child and pet free - your pet would be our sole guest and 100% focus.

About: Paws & Claws Pet Care of Lake Mary I am mom to an adorable 18lb pup who I raised using the positive reinforcement method. In addition, I've always had pets since I was young. On most days I am currently available for drop-in visits from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I have more flexibility. In June 2026 my schedule changes to Thursday and Sunday with open flexibility and 9:30 am to 10:00 am on Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Saturday. Safety is a priority for me. For boarding, dogs must have updated vaccines, be clean, and free of fleas, worms, mites, etc. During boarding with more than one dog, I always make sure that the new dog gets along well with the other dogs before the pet parent leaves. It’s best to know your dog’s personality. If your dog shows signs that they do not respect other pets boundaries even during play then group boarding may not be the best fit. For everyone's safety, health, and happiness, if the dog does not get along then the pet parent may need to make back up arrangements. For best practices, parents should always have a back up option in case things don't work out or if there is an emergency. To prevent the risk of dogs not getting along, the pet parent can offer to buyout the sitter at their full capacity. Other best practices to consider: For pups who are sensitive to minor sounds, it may be best to book them with a sitter who lives in a house versus an apartment. For dogs who are prone to potty accidents or excessive drooling, it may be best to book them in a home that has wood floors versus full carpeting. Pups who don't like to share attention would match best with sitters who except one dog at a time. Pets who have extremely high energy may be happiest with sitters who have a fenced in yard for them to run around freely.

My passion for animals comes through the way I care for them I work full but my daughter 15 and son 13 after school help me with the pets with whatever it needs to be done. About: While I may not have years of experience like some, my love for animals does not fall short. I have taken care of dogs, big and small. Some with dietary restrictions and rigid feeding routines and others with a more lax regimen. I have house sat/pet sat and stayed in the owner’s home on multiple occasions. I’ve taken care of four dogs of various sizes at once, done drop-ins to feed/change water and let the puppers out for friends and family members, and I’ve also stopped by to do something as simple as a quick walk. Whatever you need, I can do it! I can assure you that I will treat your pet as my own. I currently work full time at a law firm in downtown but I live in Sanford. I have a reliable car and I don’t mind driving. I can pet sit/house sit on weekdays but I have work so it would be morning care and evening/night. I can also take a midday break if needed. I am off on the weekends so I will be able to be there full time. Depending on the owner, I have put pets into their crates when leaving the house or at night for sleeping but I have also let them roam freely, if the owner allows it.

About: I've always felt more comfortable with animals rather than people. I've worked with horses off and on for years. I like dogs more than most people. I feel comfortable around dogs that many people are afraid of. I take a cautious approach to dogs and let them get comfortable with me before petting them. I enjoy letting cats be themselves and slowly come out of their shell. I'd like to think I make sure pets feel safe and comfortable around me. I'm eager to help you with your pets. Monday through Friday, I'm available from 4pm until midnight. On Saturdays and Sundays, I'm available from 7am until midnight. I love to take dogs for walks. I take my dog for a walk every day to my apartment's dog run where we play for at least 30 minutes. If your dog is staying overnight with me, I can make sure to take your dog to the dog run when it's cooler, right before sunset. I can watch cats in my apartment, too.

I have a safe non-smoking home with a great lanai to look at the conservation areas, and make sure there are no impediments to their safety and happiness.
About: I have worked in a vet clinic setting that has allowed me to work with different types of animals of all ages. I have works from little dogs to big dogs to little cats to big cats. I always treat the animals like they’re one of us and make sure they are comfortable and happy. I always make time for my animals no matter the time I always work around and make sure everyone is happy. I’m open to work around my schedule in their schedule. About: I grew up with cats and dogs my whole life and shared responsibility for taking care of them with my siblings. I now have my own fuzzball - Miso (Brown tabby cat). I also frequently watch my close friends, neighbors, and family's pets while they’re out of town or just need a little 'me' time away from their energetic gremlins - always being sure to give them lots of love while their person is away. I have helped my closest friend train her Husky/German Shepard mix puppy do simple commands like: sit, stay, paw and most importantly potty training. I do have experience with younger animals so I can help out with training and I of course have loads of patience, experience, and love to care for senior pets too! About: Hi, I am Tammy… I recently lost our beloved Great Dane, Blue after 7 wonderful years together. While our home feels a little too quiet right now, our love for animals hasn’t changed. I am opening our hearts and home on Rover to give other pets the same dedicated, high-quality care, comfort, and affection we gave our own. I have long backgrounds (30+ years) of dog ownership. I have attended many training courses (e.g., Sit Means Sit) and have full comprehension for the theory and application of training principles. I live in a child-free and pet-free home - your dog would would be my sole guest. My home is completely tiled on the first floor and accident proof. My home is fully dog-proofed for safety, quiet, and secure. My backyard is ample and unfenced, so we would provide regular, leashed access outside for potty breaks and walks as desired/appropriate. Dogs can expect to spend most time inside in the air-conditioning with access to the outdoors as needed/desired. I are not a farm, etc., where your pet would be primarily outside. I live in a wonderful, quiet, gated community. Several of my previous pets had special needs, requirements, etc., so I fully understand how critical those needs are. Whether your pup is an energetic fetch enthusiast, a senior dog who prefers slow strolls and cozy naps, or a dog with food allergies or specific dietary concerns, we follow your routine to the letter—including strict feeding and medication schedules. I would love to meet you and your fur baby! Feel free to reach out to schedule a Meet & Greet so I can ensure we’re the perfect fit for your dog's needs. I am available for long weekends only at this point - Friday through Sunday. If needed drop off also available Thursday evenings after 7pm. Pet care during this time would be my 100% focus. Our previous dog (Blue, the Great Dane) had severe allergies and strict dietary restrictions, so our home is dog-proofed, our yard is well-manicured to minimize allergens tracked inside, and the entire first floor is tiled in case of accidents. We are child and pet free - your pet would be our sole guest and 100% focus.

“Second time leaving my 2 dogs with Douglania and this time was for about 14 days. felt informed at all times. One of my dogs is diabetic and it’s not easy to feel comfortable leaving her with anyone but Douglania has been amazing and made us feel that they were in great hands. My other pup is a little odd with other dogs and they have done a great job socializing him with other dogs and kept sending photos and videos of how well they were all playing and behaving.
