I was super nervous since this was the first time leaving him but I wrote instructions and I feel as though they followed every single one! About: Ive had cats and dogs since a very young age I currently have 4 dogs and three cats. I have many years of experience and love them all! I am currently a student at University of Delaware and I thought maybe this job would work for my class schedule. I have a lot of free time outside of class. I have 3 cats, a boarder collie, australian shepherd, and a west highland terrier. They are all very good animals most of my animals live at home except for one of my cats that lives with me at school, but I’ve taken care of all these animals from almost all my life.
“The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. About: I had cats growing up, but I’d say my real journey as a cat person began 4 years ago when I adopted my tuxedo cat, Tyson. He was 3 years old when we adopted him, but he adjusted quickly! I like to make sure everything is up to his standards like the litter box, his food bowls, and his mug he likes to drink out of instead of the water bowl I got him. 2 years ago, we adopted our “gray guy”, Miso, as a kitten. He’s a bundle of energy and is always playing. Quite a difference from his older brother! To this day Miso’s still a bundle of energy and we try to play with him every day. I also try to find new ways to stimulate them. I’m currently trying a new puzzle feeder! I might be rambling on, I could talk about my boys all day, but I want to communicate to you that I love cats and I’ll be happy to care for yours!

About: I have pets of my own. I have owned cats, dogs and and small animals too. Currently I have one dog and his name is Max. There were plenty of times in my neighborhood that dogs will get out and I would take care of them until they are safe with their owner. I also have a years experience in dog walking I am a full time student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am home most of the time but as for my schedule I have classes Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 11-2. Tuesday/Thursday 9:30-12:30. Currently I do not live with my dog so I can provide more one on one attention to the animal I am taking care of. My apartment is very spacious for the animal to play with toys, do tricks etc. Also I love to be out doors and go to Mack park. I have transportation so that shouldn’t be an issue.

About: I’ve been dog sitting since I was young and have always loved caring for animals. Now that I have a mini Goldendoodle of my own, I’m always excited to welcome more pups to love and care for! I spend a lot of time outside playing and going on walks, so your pup will get plenty of exercise, attention, and companionship. About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with Border Collies and have also adopted several dogs over the years, so I'm comfortable with everything from high-energy working breeds to laid-back companions. I've also volunteered at several shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, temperaments, and backgrounds. I work from home (as does my wife) so your pet will be getting consistent, attentive care. To be honest, our dog passed away last fall and we are missing the joy of being dog owners and having dogs around, but we need something a little more flexible for the time being. You are getting two sitters for the price of one and we will care for your dog as if they were our own :) As a former dog parent who has used Rover, my goal is to provide exactly what I was looking for each time I booked a walker/sitter: clear communication, limited hassle, and all of the assurances that you can rest easy and not worry...your doggo is in good hands! I work from home and call my own hours (as does my wife) so as long as we know your dog's routine we will make sure to incorporate it into our own. We have a fenced-in yard and a walking path near our home so walks are never a problem (we love walks). My wife and I both work from home so one of us will always be giving your dog attention/supervision. We have previously owned dogs who were flight risks so we have been conditioned to keep an eye out, keep doors closed, etc. We have a big fenced-in yard and have a little indoor gate/fence that we use in the house if need be to secure a hallway, etc.

About: I haven’t taken care of dogs professionally but I have always had a deep love for dogs. I have owned an American Bully and English Bulldog on my own and have had multiple family dogs growing up. Having my own dogs, I have gone through the process of training two different types of temperaments and am looking forward to engaging/learning about more! I currently work from home as an accountant M-F. I have the flexibility to leave and return as needed. I could take my laptop if I needed to be around for an extended amount of time. When I moved out, I helped my parents take care of him until he passed a few years ago from arthritis in his hips. Since I moved out, I adopted two cats from the shelter. About: ever since I was younger, I’ve been infatuated with all kinds of animals. I even wanted to be a vet. I was the six-year-old that neighbors trusted to watch over their dogs while they stepped out for a second and I even taught them some tricks. They say you can’t teach an old dog new tricks well that’s a lie. I’ve done it myself. It just takes a little extra persistence. In my home life we have a dog and a bunny, and I’ve trained the dog to get along very well with the bunny. My dog also knows a handful of tricks where she can’t take a bow, shake hands and even spin in a circle. I am a freshly graduated high school student just looking to pay some of her debt from vet bills so I figured it might as well be something I enjoy while doing it. I do have a part-time job, but I am willing to free my calendar for you, and your pets needs! if you prefer me to be with you pets all day i need at least a two week notice so i can free up my time! I love all animals so I just plan to keep an eye on them, keep their brains teased and maybe even try to teach them a few tricks and do a few enrichment games like hide and seek where they have to use their nose or lick mats or even fetch it all just depends on the pet!

In a client’s home, I respect their space and make sure their pets stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow their instructions carefully, keep up with their usual routine, and provide regular updates and photos so they know their pets are happy and well cared for. I’m also comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, including shy or nervous animals that may need extra patience and reassurance.

“The sweetest people! They agreed to take my puppy less than a week before my trip(after I got canceled on and started stressing). I was super nervous since this was the first time leaving him but I wrote instructions and I feel as though they followed every single one! I got picture updates as requested and when they had questions they asked. He got plenty of playtime and outdoor/potty time! They also didn't mind us bringing our crate to their home since were are crate training snd he sleeps in there. I will definitely use them again in the future! About: Ive had cats and dogs since a very young age I currently have 4 dogs and three cats. I have many years of experience and love them all! I am currently a student at University of Delaware and I thought maybe this job would work for my class schedule. I have a lot of free time outside of class. I have 3 cats, a boarder collie, australian shepherd, and a west highland terrier. They are all very good animals most of my animals live at home except for one of my cats that lives with me at school, but I’ve taken care of all these animals from almost all my life.
“The fact that Courtney is a vet was one of the reasons I reached out to see if she was able to watch Sunny for a weekend while I was out of town due to how anxious she can get. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. During the meet and greet, she asked about emergency vet info and offered her office as an option for urgent but non-emergency situations since I don’t have a primary emergency vet. She was aware of Sunny’s needs while she was there. Courtney also kept great communication and sent lots of videos and pics during her stay. I would 10/10 recommend her and will definitely be booking services with her again when the time comes!”
