I am very lenient with pets, they are allowed on furniture and they won’t be crated unless that is your preference. My fiancé works full time, so I am the full time caretaker of the animals. Stranger pets in my home are introduced calmly and carefully, as to maintain a safe environment for all. Higher energy dogs meet my shepheards first, calmer animals meet my old boy first. My animals stay leashed infront of guests until a calmness has been reached. I have separate feeding bowls for all animals, water is communal as to resist territorial behavior. If calmness can not be reached, I have space to separate any unrully animals as needed. As a stranger in another animals home, I aproach very calmly and happily to respect their space. I am very adaptable to understanding and applying a feeding/walking schedule. Play time is always important, and my favorite part of the day! Lots of play time and pets are given to fur babies.

I am working on getting canine and equine massage therapy certifications and I need time work and bond with my service dog so I will not be available 100% of the time. My home has a lot of land including a fenced in backyard that our three dogs love! That being said, any potential pets staying in my home must be friendly around other dogs. In my clients home I will do everything to my ability to maintain a safe environment for their pets.
About: I’ve taken care of different types of cats and dogs over the past 10-15 years, as I love animals! I feel I have a good bond with the animals I meet and am aware of signs from animals if we just don’t click - and that’s okay! I’m open to meeting you and your animals, hoping we are a good match and that I can assist you with your animal care needs. I’m currently working part time during the week so I will have plenty of time to provide the needed walks for your dogs! I am open to checking in on your cats as well! The cats that I currently have are both indoor cats, they have plenty of toys to keep occupied with and food/water to nibble on. My 2 dogs also have their toys, food/water and fenced in yard to make their days a fun and comfortable as possible! I love animals and treat every one that I have with respect and care.

About: I have worked and shadowed at three veterinary clinics over the past three years, where I have cared for many dogs and cats, along with their numerous needs. I also have a dog and two cats at home that I take on walks, feed daily, and play with. I am currently shadowing two veterinary practices part-time, where I have improved my animal caregiving skills. I am available the majority of the week to provide pet care for others, as can be seen on my calendar. I have very good time management skills and I will always put your pet’s care as my first priority. My husband works locally and is home very often. All pets are closely watched and cared for. They are never left alone for longer than 2-3 hours. They are only outside supervised in a fenced in yard.
