One of the main reasons we chose her is that she doesn’t board dogs from different families at the same time, and her own dogs don’t interact with guests—something that really mattered to us since our 8-month-old German Shepherd was boarding for the very first time. I was never anxious regarding leaving Nellie with them from the first meet and greet and all throughout my vacation. “I boarded Nacho with Monique for a long weekend, and when I picked him up it was obvious that he had a very good time while he was with her. As others have stated, I received daily pictures and even a video. Monique followed my rather involved feeding instructions to a T. I would not hesitate to use her services again, as she had a very gentle, sweet way with Nacho, which made him trust her (not easy since he was a shelter dog and before that a stray).”

“We had a wonderful experience with Karen! Before confirming the booking, she invited us for a meet and greet at her place, which has a spacious and comfortable room just for boarding dogs. One of the main reasons we chose her is that she doesn’t board dogs from different families at the same time, and her own dogs don’t interact with guests—something that really mattered to us since our 8-month-old German Shepherd was boarding for the very first time. Karen took careful notes, asked lots of thoughtful questions, and made sure to follow our dog’s usual routine. During our two-day trip, she sent frequent photo updates that gave us so much peace of mind. Our puppy was clearly comfortable and relaxed around her. We’ll definitely book with Karen again in the future!”
