About: I’ve taken care of pets, dogs of all sizes, cats. I’ve given medicine orally, and insulin shots. I have sat for pets for several years for family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. I love spending time with all animals between long walks, hiking, and just hanging out on the couch. I work full time but I telework several times per week. Weekends completely available. When I’m at the office my partner is home 24/7 so the pets will never be alone! I have a lead going from the back deck to the shed (across my whole yard) I have two very friendly dogs and cats. I can crate if needed & there is space available if your dog needs to decompress alone without other animals. I slowly introduce animals to make sure everyone coexists well. All dogs are fed separately to avoid any food aggression. We have an over sized, fully gated and covered back deck that the dogs can also hangout on with us safely.

About: I’ve always had pets growing up. Over the past 20 years I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, cats, rabbits, turtles, snakes, and hamsters. I love animals more than most humans. My sister is also a vet which is super handy to have. I currently work from home so I can be present and then I have down time I can play and tend to my furry house guest. I have a room for my dogs with a very bring crate, beds and toys. When I have furry guests I can always alternate my dogs in the room or the furry guest into that room. They could also wonder around the apartment as well. My building complex also has a dog park which is nice to run around and play.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life - my dog, Yogi, was truly my heart. He was handicapped and became very sick starting at the young age of 4. At that time, I was told he would not live long and was advised to consider euthanasia. Instead, I chose to care for him and support him through his illness, and he went on to live a full and happy life until age 12.5. Caring for a dog with special needs taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to recognize even subtle changes in behavior, comfort, or health. Because of that experience, I am especially comfortable caring for senior dogs, dogs with medical needs, or dogs who may require extra patience and compassion. About: I started my career as an animal rescuer and dog trainer, I am very personable when it comes to taking care of animals. I have taken care of range of animals, from newborns to full grown, from past 15 years and I believe that there’s nothing more rewarding than their love. I also prepare home-made organic food and treats for dogs and cats which are loved by them and appreciated by their parents. I have an expertise with animal behavior and nutrition as well. I like to give dogs a pee break every 3-4 hours. Walking, feeding, exercise and lot of cuddles will be given all throughout the day. I always walk dogs on leash and the duration of walk will be set by the pet parents. I love spoiling my fur guests with toys (with permission). When boarding your pet overnight, I encourage sending them with a blanket with your scent as it makes the separation easy on your fur babies. The environment in my house is nothing but love and we are soft spoken people so there’s no loud noise in the house ever. The surrounding area is very safe and very nature oriented. We have sidewalks which are well maintained year round. And since it’s a gated community, you can feel the ease with your pet security. I have taken care of over five dozen dogs and every dog loved our place. Most even feel sad when they leave.

Rest assured your pet will be in great hands with me. :) I am remote 3x/week so my schedule is very flexible. I am often free any time of day (besides tuesdays & wednesdays) from 7am to overnights if needed. I'm flexible to all scheduling - just let me know! I do dog walks, dog feedings, cat feedings, and cat walks (if you are interested!) :) I will keep all pets company if youre just at work for the day or need a late-night stay for a date-night.

“Our boxer, Daisy, stayed with Valerie while we vacationed for a week in Florida. Valerie and her family were great from the start, not only with Daisy but also entertaining my eight year old son when we arrived for an introductory visit. They had plenty of room for Daisy to run around and two playful but well behaved dogs of their own that accepted Daisy in. Valerie provided updates during the week to let us know how Daisy was adapting and getting along with everyone and how much her family loved having her.
