She is obviously experienced, and uses baby gates etc to keep a handle on the dogs. There's a nice back deck where the dogs can go outside, enclosed so no little ones can escape. . I didn't see anything worrisome at all about how she kept things. Her house is immaculate, everything clean & orderly. My little rescue baby is sensitive, and does not like to be separated from me. But after a little while at Annette's, during our meet & greet, I could tell that he felt comfortable & happy there. During his stay, she kept in touch with cute pictures & videos, reporting back on his eating & behavior, so I felt very comfortable & never worried while I was away. “This was my first time using Rover and leaving my two cats, Shadow and Luna, in the care of a sitter. Meegan was terrific and took excellent care of my furry babies, sending me regular updates and photos. She did two drop-in visits per day for 6 days. When Meegan came for our first meet and greet, Luna who is normally timid came right out to say hello. On the second meet and greet, Luna plopped down and offered up her belly for a rub, which I took as an excellent sign! Meegan remembered every Instructions I gave from one meet and greet visit to the next, and asked probing questions to make sure she knew all she needed to care for my cats. When I got home from my trip, the two litter boxes had visibly been scooped and refilled, the water bowls were filled, and my cats seemed happy and content with no indication of separation anxiety. Meegan is punctual, professional, friendly and obviously an animal lover. I would absolutely use her services again, and highly recommend her. Rover also made it very easy to communicate.”

About: I do love dogs but. I am a cat person. I travel for work so I haven't gotten another since my last three years ago. My best friend told me she still can't believe I haven't because "Jill" and "cats" are like "peanut butter and jelly" in her head. I got my last two cats, a brother and sister, as kittens in high school and loved them so hard for 12 and 15 years. Max had three urinary blockages and after the last, he just couldn't bounce back. And Jinx had kidney disease that progressed to failure. So I have some experience with prescription food and medications as well as giving subcutaneous fluids. Definitely wasn't my favorite but I would have done anything for my kitties and would do the same for another's.

I have a full time job working from 9am-5pm during the weekdays. I can help walking dogs in the weekends and after 5pm during the weekdays. I can easily crate dogs, take for long walks and spend quality time. Would prefer to take care for dog in their residence instead of mine.

About: 5 years ago I walked into the Humane Society with the intention of fostering a pup and walked out with a sweet older greyhound mix named Chylin! She was in the waiting room with her owner who was trying to surrender her. Unexpectedly, I ended up taking her home. I never thought I’d have a dog of my own, but I have been so lucky and grateful to have her in my life. I see Chylin as an extension of myself. I trust her and give her as much freedom as possible. We love walking trails together and exploring the local nature, both on our feet and during car rides, head out the window. I bathe her regularly, brush her teeth weekly and keep her nails trimmed. My couch and my bed are hers to enjoy. This is the same attitude I will have with your pet! But I will be sure to respect and follow in the ways you love and care for them. So that they feel comfortable, happy and at home, even while you are away. :) To accommodate our other bookings I ask that pickup for boarding clients is at 11am. If your pick up time is past 11am I charge a daycare rate which we will edit onto your Rover booking for your approval. I have a Rover home, through and through. I work from home full time so I are able to completely cater to your fur baby's needs and safety. I have one sweet older rescue pup and do not take more than 4 clients at a time. I live in a cozy home by the beach with a fenced yard. There are toys throughout the house, dog beds, and covered furniture for your pet to enjoy and lay out freely and comfortably. If needed, I am able to separate each pup into their own spacious section of the home. If I need to leave the house for a short time, pups are separated to ensure safety.
