“This is the second time I've booked with Lindsay. I tried to not take it personally when Luna nearly knocked me over getting out of the car and ran up to Lindsay's door. I guess she enjoyed staying there last time. :-) Linsday was great and very understanding when I had car issues and needed to change the pick up time. Will definitely book with her again!”

“Great fit for Luna! A lovely active couple with the perfect house for Miss Luna. They love her and it shows! No concerns. Don’t want to say too many great things because we want them haha.”

“Becca is very sweet and has a lovely home. She spent lot of time bonding with Coco and I could tell Coco has a great time enjoying the neighborhood with Becca.”

“Dorothy and crew were the perfect match for our family. Murray the dog learned how to play with the big sweet (patient) dogs! Perfect back yard for fun with all! Thanks?”

“Marci and her husband were absolutely excellent with Emma. Incredibly responsive and provided great communication throughout her stay. Showed great compassion and care. Emma is a sweet pup but very scared at times. They spent lots of time and effort to make sure she was comfortable and felt secure. The best!”

“I am so grateful and pleased with the care my pups received from Katelyn!!! I had a last minute hunting trip that my dogs could not be a part of, and Katelyn answered me quickly, arranged boarding and my 2 dogs quickly became part of her little dog pack! Katelyn’s property is perfect for watching dogs, off the road, large grass flats in front and around her home, with a large fence in the back, all surrounded by grasslands and farms! A pup parent’s paradise! Katelyn sent me pics throughout the stay and her dogs meshed super well with my dogs! We are already discussing our next trip and will definitely be booking Katelyn again!”

“Asylan was a lifesaver! My plans for boarding Irvin during a vacation over New Years fell through, and she immediately got back to me. She continued to stay in communication throughout his stay, which made me feel reassured as I was many miles away. She was extremely accommodating and even came to pick Irvin up. I am very pleased with this experience, and will definitely reach out to Asylan again for Irvin's care.”

“Lori did a great job looking after Clancy and Tucker. She checked in and sent us photos & videos and the dogs looked like they were definitely settled into her home. They especially loved her beautiful green lawn! I would definitely use her again.”

“Kelly was great with our 8 yr old pup Maxi. She sent us the greatest pics! She took her for walks and even let Maxi help with her garden. The best thing was that another sitter I had made arrangements with had to cancel last minute and Kelly was available to take Maxi. We definitely will be using Kelly in the future!”

“I needed a sitter last minute and Erin was willing to accommodate me. She watched my cat for one week and was very responsive with texts and pictures letting me know how he was doing. Thanks Erin!”

“Kasse was very communicative and provided updates and photos throughout. Her own dogs were playful. Very understanding and empathetic dog sitter as well. Thank you, Kasse!”

“Julia is a wonderful sitter! We are grateful for the care & well being of our new rescue pet and we had peace of mind over the holiday that she was happy & safe! Thank you Julia!!”

About: I have 15 years of experience caring for my own dogs and 4+ years of experience working and managing a professional dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility. I have cared for dogs as small as a 12 week teacup Chihuahua to as large as a Presa Canario Mastiff. I have cared for dogs with allergies, seizures, trachea/swallowing issues, as well as dogs with various back ailments. I have Black Lab (Lyra), & a Landseer Newfoundland (Sebastiano), and 2 cats (Amp & Aster). We love to play soccer and go for walks around the neighborhood (Sometimes our cats even joins in on the fun 😊). The pups also love to go swimming rain or shine. Taking care of all of them, training them, and playing with them is the best part of my day! I can't wait to care for your pets too! I'm taking classes right now but enjoying taking a break from school work to play and spend time with your pets. I am available anyday of the week and I can check on your pets up to 3 times a day. I love playing fetch outside with your active pup (or cat if they are anything like mine ☺️). I'm also just as happy cuddling on the couch with your couch potato.

“Catherine was wonderful! Betty seemed relaxed and happy when we picked her up. Catherine even sent her home with a little treat bag. So happy to find someone close by to take such good care of my pup.”

“This is the first time Beans has had to stay with someone, and I cant’t say enough about how comfortable Judy mad me feel about it. She took exceptional care of him and sent me a nightly update with a photo or video. She provided real peace of mind!”

“My dog is super sweet but has some separation anxiety when we board her so it’s not always easy to find a sitter I can trust. Jennifer checked in with us updating us on how my dog was doing and made me feel comfortable being away for the week. Thanks!”

“Janie was an excellent sitter for our Baxter. She was communicative and sent photos with updates. When Baxter came home, he seemed so happy and content. Highly recommend Janie!”

“Dawna's care of Mac was excellent. She is very friendly and talented when it comes to taking care of Mac. I felt comfortable with her from the start and so did Mac. He doesn't often greet unfamiliar people, but he was friendly from the start with Dawna. I will be recommending her, Rover to others as well as continuing to book Dawna in the future.”

We did not worry about them at all!!! They were so relaxed when we got home. We would definitely use Anastasia again to take care of Papi and Noodles!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. For the last 15 years, I’ve owned very high energy hunting dogs, and love being able to take them on long walks, hiking in the mountains, or just play ball in the back yard. I’ll help with any kind of training/socialization a puppy or dog might need, you just have to let me know if there are behaviors you need help working on. I’m happy to drop in to check on dogs and cats of any size. If I can help out by taking a pup for a wash or anything extra like that, just ask. Willing to help transport, can come feed and medicate, as well as hang out and play for a while. I do have my own pups, and so I cannot do overnight stays at this time. Weekdays, I am only available after 6pm! I just moved back to the Grand Junction area and am working at settling into life back in the valley. I’d love to help you out with your animals! My pups are my family, they go every where with me (unless it’s to someone else’s house, of course). They get daily off leash runs in the north desert or at the family farm in Fruita. I’m not offering boarding at this time because of my own pups and lack of space.
About: I have hands on experience working in both dog boarding, dog daycare where I have cared for all temperaments, breeds, sizes and needs. “Ashley was amazing and very accommodating. She woke up very early for drop off which I appreciated. Her dogs were very friendly and welcoming with my pup. Highly recommend”

“Apollo had a great time with Lori and Tucker! Tucker was the perfect friend for Apollo. Lori was great at listening to Apollo’s needs and working with me to fit my schedule.”

“Like many others, I am an anxious dog mom and can be a bit nervous trusting new people to take care of my girl, Jagger. She’s a sensitive soul, and I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past. However, I’m so happy to say that Dan exceeded expectations with my pup! I took her to his home for a day of daycare, and she had the best time. Dan has a nice home and spacious backyard, which is great for my dog since she’s a big girl and enjoys sniffing, running around and basking in sun like a lizard. He has two dogs of his own, which was a huge bonus for her since she loves making new friends. She loved Dan from the moment they met and loved him just as much (maybe even more!) when I picked her up. Seeing how she acts around caretakers is a huge indicator for me about how comfortable she is and how well she’s being taken care of while I’m away. Dan gets 10/10 stars for this. Even when I came to pick her up, she was still running over the Dan for pets and lovins! She was happy to see me and ready to go home but not in a “please get me out of here” way that I’ve experienced before with other daycares and caretakers. What’s more, whenever I reached out to check on how things were going, Dan responded to me in a timely manner. It was also extremely comforting to know that Dan has such an extensive background in animal care/welfare. It reassured me that he knows what to do if something is wrong with my pup. Overall, I’m really happy with Dan and how he cared for my sweet girl! I’m so excited to have found a good fit for my dog!”

“Marci was very accommodating to my schedule and very communicative. She also didn't allow the size of my dog to intimidate her. Her dogs were very friendly I recommend her for any dog!”

“Ashley took a great care of Bolt while I was attending a concert in Grand Junction! He got along with the kids and their dog Molly pretty well, and they played a lot in the yard. Ashley made sure they're fed separately as I requested, and provided regular updates with photos. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again.”

About: I’ve had pets all my life including dogs and cats, I love animals, and I enjoy spending time with them. I grew up in a farm, and I’ve watched many family friends pets I’m currently working part time, but I’m able to maneuver my schedule very easily. I typically work Monday and Tuesday from 12 to 9 I have lots of room for pets to roam both inside and outside, lots of toys to play with and get all that energy out

“Our first time using Rover….. and we loved Catherine! She was great with communication leading up to the visit and was prompt with picking up and delivering our Olive. She’s had some other small dogs that Olive played with throughout the day, and she was delivered back happy and exhausted. We are tent camping and she took her self to bed way before the night was over! We will definitely be using Catherine again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Amazing experience. Great person and sitter. Immediately felt comfortable leaving our dog, and our dog gave no hesitation to walk in, stay, and be left. We have a nervous dog, so new places and people can make her hesitant. She immediately took to the sitter and the house. We received pics of her activities through the day and she seemed so happy and confident. If she is uncomfortable it becomes obvious quickly, once we received a pic of her napping and comfortable we knew we made the right decision. I am so glad we took our dog here, and she came home tired and stress free. Wonderful experience. Next time we come to the area this is the person we want to watch our dog.”

“Eleshia was everything we could hope for and more! She took great care of our small dog, was flexible on timing, and offered up stellar recommendations for what to do in the area. 10 stars if I could give them!”

“So far we've had 1 Daycare visit before we do 4 nights, and it went great! I was very impressed with the communication I received. My dog was so tired when she got home, so I know she had lots of fun! Looking forward to bringing her back!”

“Moose was taken care of for a long day at work and it took all the stress away from me. Taylor took care of the details and I really appreciate that. Will call on her again.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 10, I have watched all sorts of dogs, from family to friends to coworkers, and neighbors even:) I’m currently working for a second job but I always make sure that my animal care come first, I try to reason with my clients if change happens. I always try to make sure my dogs and cats stay occupied with toys and treats and walks making sure that they are always fed 2 time a day
“Julia is AMAZING!!! We have boarded our dogs with her, as well as dropped them off for doggy daycare. She has a clean, secure yard and we never worried about our dogs getting out. She communicates frequently and sends photos of the pups playing. Our dog Echo loves Julia's dog Abby and gets so excited to see her! I also appreciate that Julia does a meet and greet with any new animal to make sure everyone is comfortable! 10/10 would recommend!!!”

“Suzanne is simply awesome! I had been quite apprehensive because this was Pixie’s first stay away from home and she gets nervous around strangers. I need not have worried. Both Suzanne and her husband Dan knew exactly how to approach Pixie and make her comfortable. Suzanne kept me updated and sent me plenty of pictures. She contacted me when Pixie initially refused to eat and figured out ways to entice Pixie out of her shell. Suzanne and Dan took Pixie out for walks ; had her sleep on their bed and thoroughly spoilt her !They genuinely understand and care for dogs. If you think your dog deserves the absolute best, then look no further.”

I will strive to provide the best possible care for your pets and treat them as if they were my own. I’m here for their needs, whether it’s to wear out a young active pup or take a casual stroll around the block letting your senior dog stop as they need to. I’ve always had a lot of flexibility in my schedule and have enjoyed pet sitting as a side job for many years. I will have your pets safety and comfort always in mind and make sure they have what they need to stay happy until you return.
“Lori B is awesome! Our crew loved her and became more obedient as well, drats. We recommend her without reservation and for us that is unusual. A testament to her skills and our dogs’ judgment of the right person for them.”

About: I've had or have been around pets my entire life. I have had dogs (all sizes) and even a cat in my younger days. I have pet sat for friends and family plenty of times as I am known to be an animal lover and as someone who is trustworthy. I currently have 3 special needs dogs and 2 lizards who my wife and I cherish. While I don't have any sort of vet experience, I do have plenty of real life experience with dogs and cats that I have gathered over my lifetime of having all sorts of pets: CPR, senior care, slow feeding, cautionary actions/reactions, etc. I believe out pets deserve the world and I would love to meet you and your pet(s) and treat them as one of my own. I work in a remote capacity for my families business, therefore I have ultimate flexibility in my schedule. I can be available at just about any time as long as I have a heads up. My pets are like my children. I am as careful and thoughtful as I can be with them. I try my best to communicate with them and read their body language to determine their needs in the moment. I would care for your pet the same way I care for mine, while abiding by whatever instructions you have for me.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have always loved being around animals. I have experience walking dogs and have also done overnight pet sitting for both dogs and cats from time to time. I’m reliable, patient, and treat every pet like my own—with love, attention, and care. I’m comfortable and confident with dogs of all kinds—big or small, shy or energetic—and always prioritize their safety and happiness. I’m a student-athlete at Washburn and also work part-time, but I always make time for pet care because I truly enjoy it. My schedule is flexible around classes and work, especially in the mornings, evenings, and weekends. I’m great at planning ahead and will always make sure your pet gets the attention they deserve. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or at a client’s, their safety and comfort always come first. I follow any instructions carefully, keep a clean and calm environment, and make sure pets feel loved and secure. I take time to build trust with each animal and always respect their routine and space.
About: I have hands on experience working in both dog boarding, dog daycare where I have cared for all temperaments, breeds, sizes and needs. I’m comfortable with multiple dogs, dogs who need a little extra attention, dogs who don’t like attention, you name it! I love keeping their training up, keeping routines in place, and of course leaving them to no energy to spare! I have a very strong understanding of dog body language, and i’m especially good with anxious dogs as one of my dogs is reactive. I always try to make all dogs feel safe and comfortable. I am experienced with oral medication the most and have limited experience with insulin. I treat every dog like how I would want mine treated. I am a current Colorado Mesa University student recieving my bachelors degree of biology to then move on to vet medical school. Until May 18th,2026 my schedule is open on tuesdays, thursdays, saturdays, & sundays. Of course I am open to staying at the doggies house, and am open limited hours other days! I am only servicing in my clients home as my dogs are more people friendly than animal friendly. In my clients home whatever is needed I will do. Crating, watching body language, feeding, playing, running, walking, I am just happy to be around dogs! I understand some dogs don’t want to be touched at all! Those dogs are my favorite because I think of it as a goal, I am always wanting to learn how to be more respectful to dogs and teach them more!

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10. I always had a dog growing up but I would play with all my neighbors and friends animals. I do trim nails and snip the grinch feet on my dogs as needed. I have no issues bathing dogs if they get messy during the visit. I work full time as a loan officer so I do work 9-5. I would care in the morning, midday (during lunch break) and evening where they would get the most attention. I have 2 friendly dogs, 1 cat and 1 bearded dragon that has its own living space. I do own my house in Grand Junction and I have a decent sized front and back yard that are both fenced in.

“My dog is super sweet but has some separation anxiety when we board her so it’s not always easy to find a sitter I can trust. Jennifer checked in with us updating us on how my dog was doing and made me feel comfortable being away for the week. Thanks!”

About: I am a stay at home mom with the time to care for your pup as well as mine. Our kids and dog love to play with other dogs. We often take walks in the neighborhood and play fetch in the backyard. I'd be happy to have your dog join us! There is a good amount of lounging on the couch as well! My schedule is flexible and I can accommodate your pups needs. My kids are in middle and high school so we work around the school district schedule. I have a fenced yard in a great neighborhood. “Whitney is amazing, and I would absolutely recommend her as a 5-star sitter! She is an excellent communicator, incredibly attentive to detail, and completely dependable. We always feel assured knowing our fur baby is safe and cared for under her watch.”
“Shayna was reliable and very accommodating on short notice. She took great care of my dog, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future. Great experience — thank you!”

“Thank you, Suzanne and Dan! It was such a relief to know that Albert was in such good care while we were out of the country. And thank you for taking it up a notch when he was prescribed antibiotics right before our trip. He definitely didn't like those pills and your patience and determination helped keep him medically on track. We were impressed on how dog-friendly your house was and so appreciative that you accommodated his quirkiness by letting him sleep in your bed! Hopefully, his snoring didn't keep you awake! For Albert's first overnight doggie "camp" adventure, we think he had a great time! Thanks, again, for your tender-loving care!”
“Daniel was friendly, helpful, flexible, and communicated with us promptly & sent lots of pics. Our dog had a great stay & must have felt safe, happy, and loved because he ate well. (Our pup will go off his feed when feeling out of sorts). Plenty of room for fun play inside the house and in the fenced backyard. We will definitely use Daniel for our Rover next time we are in the area.”
