When I had reached out to Amanda, she was incredibly understanding and sympathetic about the situation and agreed to watch our kitties during the duration we were gone. It was the best decision we have ever made and we definitely plan to book with them again if we ever need help in the future or plan to go on vacation. They agreed to stay in our house to watch our kitties the whole time we were gone and even helped us manage a few things when some complications arose during my surgery. Amanda kept in touch to update us on our kitties and the house to let us know how things were going, and sent pictures of the cats consistently to show us how were doing. She even let me FaceTime the kitties while I was in the hospital which made my whole day and helped make the stay better. She went above and beyond for my family and my cats, and helped us to make sure everything at home was taken care of while we were away! The best thing is our cats absolutely loved her and Zach. She would send pictures of all three of our cats lying in their laps or cuddled up by them. They played with our cats and kept them entertained with squirrel/bird videos on the television, and took such amazing care of our precious babies. I can’t thank them enough for everything that they did, they are incredibly amazing people. She also went above and beyond while staying at our house. We have water bowls outside for the wild animals that she would fill up, even though she didn’t have to do it at all and she would check out mail, keep an eye out for packages that may come in, and overall just made sure everything was good in and around our house. If you are looking for an amazing, trustworthy, and kind pet sitter who truly cares about your animals and will take the absolute best care of them and your house, Amanda and her husband Zach are the best people for the job! We will 100% use them again in the future!”

“I was a little nervous about leaving Ingrid since she’s so “needy” and has never been with anyone besides the groomer and that’s only for a couple of hours. But as soon as I met Leah I was instantly at ease. I could tell she loves the fur babies she takes care of. And as I suspected, she and her husband did a lot of holding Ingrid. I wasn’t concerned about Max - he loves everybody and gets along fine with other dogs. I was impressed with Leah’s documentation of the pees/poops/water breaks and food and taking pictures. About: I have had animals most of my life so caring for them is easy. We also have 2 small dogs of our own and 2 small children to keep them entertained. I run my own company so my schedule is extremely flexible and my wife is a stay at home mom so someone is always here to supervise. We have a fenced in yard and 2 small dogs for your dogs to play with. We don't keep the animals outside for very long, especially in the winter time. Our dogs are fed twice a day but as many feedings can be done as needed.

I am a full time nurse and do not need this job but I have two dogs that were very difficult and stubborn to train and I would have loved to have someone like me to be there if I went out of town or on vacation because I only ever trusted myself with them. I never went on vacation in their younger years because I was so scared someone would be mean to them or not care for them like I would if I boarded them. So I have decided to do this part time because every pet should be treated with love and care because they ARE our family ❤️🐾. About: IMPORTANT NOTE: I am a teacher, so I work from 7am to 4pm. I’ve been dog sitting for many years, caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personality types. Whether it's a dog walk, a drop-in visit, or an overnight stay, my main goals are simple: keep your pet happy, give them plenty of love, and make sure they get great exercise! As a school teacher, I have a very predictable routine that works wonderfully for pet care! My schedule makes it super easy to take on dog walks and drop-in visits before school (5:00 AM – 6:30 AM) and after school (4:00 PM or later). My availability opens up significantly during school breaks and throughout the summer! I always ask owners for detailed notes on food restrictions, meds, routines, and house rules so I can provide the exact care your pet is used to. I also build my schedule entirely around your pet’s needs—if they’ve been home alone during the day, I make sure to spend my evenings right there with them. (Bonus: I’m always happy to bring in the mail or care for your houseplants while you're away!) I look forward to giving your dog the best experience possible! Important Safety Note: I have a severe nut allergy! I am more than happy to give your pup any nut-free treats, snacks, or medicine pockets you provide. Since I am a school teacher, my schedule is pretty consistent for morning, afternoon and evening care. In the morning (5:00-6:30 am) I love to get the day started by moving my body, dropping in to get the dogs fed, and making sure they're set up for success before my day begins. In the afternoon and evenings (4:00 pm onwards) I like to destress the day by making sure pets are getting exercise and time outside. I dedicate my time to extra activities, such as pet care. I aim to ensure that your pets receive focused attention, exercise, and companionship while their parents are away. On weekends and school breaks, I am more flexible to do longer walks, drop-ins, and housesitting/dog sitting appointments. I am also more available to do midday appointments. I prefer to stay at the client's home for ease of care and pet emotions. While in the home, I abide by the client's rules/desires listed before leaving. I also make sure to stick to their normal schedule as closely as possible. While staying at the house, I will happily take care of trash/recycling, mail, and house plants. Unless permission was granted beforehand, I don't let anyone into your home and enjoy the alone time with dogs.

About: My love for animals is genuine. They've been a part of my life since childhood. I often pet sit for my friends and family alike. While being cared for in my home, our four legged friends will enjoy playing fetch, hide and seek, tug of war, and of course getting cuddles too. I welcome elderly dogs as well. About: I have over 40 years worth of experience taking care of and owning all types, breeds and ages of dogs and cats including administering any medications I am a self employed personal trainer and work out of my home so I typically have a lot of flexibility whether that's keeping an eye on your pet at my house or checking in on them at yours. My availability: Open Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays; Thursdays after 12 PM. (I work 12-hour shifts Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, so I'm unavailable those days unless you need late night or early morning care) I have my own pride and joy, Stubby Chubby, who keeps me company on my days off, but he prefers to be the only dog, so I don't offer in-home services. Instead, I'll come to you and treat your home like it's my own (but better, because I'll leave it cleaner than I found it!). Your dog's safety, comfort, and joy are my top priority. Have questions? I work 12-hour shifts 3x a week at Pepper's Senior Dog Sanctuary, but I'm blessed with a 3-day weekend and a short Thursday shift—leaving me open Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursday afternoons to care for your pup with the same dedication I give my seniors. At Pepper's, I administer medications to 20+ dogs every week, pills, eye drops, insulin shots, you name it. I'm no stranger to meds. The pups there receive around the clock care, meals, and love, and I work alongside a vet team daily with training in emergencies, first aid, CPR, and behavioral challenges. At home, my own medically compromised pup, Stubby Chubby, keeps me on my toes too so the care doesn't stop when I clock out. What I do is hard work, but I love every minute of it and wouldn't ask to be doing anything else.
